Krissie (Kristina was paid in full and has yet to provide services paid for… our wedding was 11/6/2021. She claims they were lost in the mail twice and has provided no proof or replacement. Buyers beware!

Krissie Rosa Photography: On 12/7/22 I booked a Christmas photo session for 12/11/22. I paid for the pictures via venmo per request of Krissie. On 12/9/22 Krissie canceled and wanted to reschedule for the following weekend 12/28/22. Responded to messaged on 12/9/22 to confirm time of session- no response. Messaged her again 12/12/22-no response until 12/15/22 confirming date/time/location of session. Pictures session reschedule was set for 12/18/22 for 135pm. Arrive 10-15 early. I live over an hour away from location. On 12/18/22 with my family I departed from my home at 1150am. At 1159am I received at message from Krissies Facebook messenger from her "husband" stating Krissie had an emergency and needed to cancel. I immediately responded. I never received a response and she then blocked me on her FB. I requested a refund via Venmo and she declined the request. As a result I have out the money and was not able to get family pictures done. I highly recommend not using her services as she is clearly not reliable and then scams you for money!

Krissie was wonderful. Working with her was no work at all. She was already at the venue when I arrived to get dressed, taking pictures of the location and reception hall and all the details. We had a few shots that we really wanted and all of those came out beautifully, but the pictures we didn’t plan for were such a wonderful surprise. The look on my husband’s face during the ceremony, everything was there. And I will always appreciate working with someone so composed and professional, knowing that I didn’t have to worry about anything helped to make the day completely stress free. Courtney (Bride)

I can't thank Krissie enough for the great photo's for my Engagement and Wedding! Our first photographer left us high and dry and we stumbled upon Krissie's great deal going on for a holiday. It was 7 hours of photo's wedding day, PLUS an assistant and a free engagement session. It was such a great deal and I looked at her hundreds and hundreds of photo examples on her website. She was a great photographer and a very reasonable price, I thought it was too good to be true. But, as it turns out, it was true! - Engagement pics -  We went to Old Sacramento to take our photo's. She had a ton of great pose's for us to do and even had an iPod that showed us the pics, which ended being super helpful. She got in a ton of pictures in our hour and I was so happy with the results. She gave us sneak peaks on Facebook, and sent us the photo's within a couple weeks! Which was great for our Save the Dates.  We live out of state now, but she was able to keep in touch through Facebook and cell so it was easy to do from far away.  - Wedding - She sent us a detailed list before the wedding so that way we could let her know what was most important for us to have. She put up with all our demands and even researched the venue to look for photo opportunities. She showed up early, I of course was late as the bride unfortunately. But, she took that time to take pics of the groom, and look around for more photo op's. I gave her my expected timeline and she totally worked with it.  The wedding day went by so fast, but she was totally prepared. She had a lot of great photo poses, had tons of great props for us to use and the best part is she kept the groom and groomsmen in line!! They truly needed direction and she wanted to keep us on time and get in all our pics while allowing us to have time to enjoy the day and our guests.  She gave us our sneak peak so soon after, I was really impressed. She also had a website that we could preview the photos which was amazing. I even bugged her for the Thank You card photo sooner because I am kinda A type and needed to get those out ASAP. I think she was even on vacation, but she did it without hesitation.  I'm not the best writer, so hopefully this review is helpful. I can't say enough about her and her assistant and will definitely be using them in the future :)

Krissie is a talented, thorough, & dependable Wedding photographer. she went the extra step of doing some preliminary leg work in order to familiarize herself before the big day. As a result we ended up with some very special shots. Krissie also took a lot of time to listen to our specific requests, namely that we wanted a lot of candid shots. To this end she was able to shoot off an amazing array of super natural shots that wowed us. Wedding photography can be a very personal thing. Many may posses technical shooting skills but not many wedding photographers can deliver that something on your big day. We found that something special in Krissie. She made us feel very comfortable. On a personal level, we found her very warm and sweet, which made taking direction from her on that big day that much less stressful. We would highly recommend her to anybody! Krissie Rosa and her team did an amazing job with the photography for our wedding day in Lake Tahoe Ca.. She made me and my husband feel completely at ease and comfortable, even though we are not accustomed to taking professional photographs. It was extremely helpful that we had an engagement shoot in a few months before the wedding and we had met her in person a couple times before the big day. She is very talented and has a clear vision of how to tell your story and to document your wedding day; however, she is also very open to hear ideas for pictures from her clients. We could tell that photography is Krissie's passion and not just a job. We highly recommed her and her team and hope that we get to work with her again for other special events! Sonja

Krissie was absolutely a wonderful photographer to work with! I booked her for my wedding on June 21st. She was willing to go above and beyond to get me wonderful pictures. We had 150 people and it was a hectic day, but all the important pictures were taken. She was a pleasure to work, she’s really sweet and respectful to my family who can be quite pushy but kept us on track. All my photos turned out wonderful even my older sister who is really critical about photos loved her work. I know I will be using her again for different session’s pictures in our future families’ lives. Thank you for capturing my special day!!

Krissie was not only the photographer for our wedding, but also for our engagement and the birth announcement of our daughter. In a word, she is AWESOME! She manages to capture things that most people don’t even see. Her perspective is unique and intriguing. The comments I heard most from my guests were that they hardly knew she was there and when they were aware of her taking a picture, they were utterly impressed with her professionalism. I cannot express enough how happy my husband and I are with the pictures of our wedding! It was very important to us to find someone who could capture our wedding in a way that was tasteful, elegant, and truly reflected who we are as a couple, and that’s exactly what Krissie delivered. She did a spectacular job and was an absolute pleasure to work. She is professional and incredibly talented. She also has a wonderful calming presence, which is something that any bride will greatly appreciate on their wedding day! Things were running behind and she just went with the flow and changed things up to make sure everything got taken that we wanted/needed. I looked for weeks, trying to find a photographer that not only fit our budget, but also stood out as a photographer. After a while... all of the websites looked exactly the same. When I stumbled upon Krissie's website, I fell in love with the pictures. And after emailing her and other photographers, Krissie being the only one to write back and actually help me to understand her packages and choose what was best for me, I knew she was the one. Krissie was unbelievably helpful along the way and wonderful on the day of. It was great to see her so excited about our pictures and take control of the situation (I had no idea what to expect). And I received all of my pictures electronically and physically, within the same month as the wedding! They are beautiful, I could not love them more. She was able to capture us in a way I don't think anyone else could have. We were comfortable with her and with her poses and ideas. I absolutely recommend Krissie Rosa Photography!

From the beginning we were very excited to have Krissie as our photographer. Her artistic style and personality really matched ours. I looked through the photos about an hour ago and was moved to tears remembering the day. She really captured every aspect. The images are beautiful and will be a cherished keepsake for many generations to come. It has been so easy working with you, we were able to communicate freely, exchange ideas, and really focus on what was important. You encouraged our non-traditional ideas and seemed really excited to do mostly candid and silly shots. We like to have fun and you jumped right in and joined us! You have been with us through the entire planning process, for over a year. Your calm and bubbly personality have been a constant soothing force throughout. Krissie was fantastic. Her photos were beautiful and she was SO accommodating and great to work with. She did everything promised in her contract and I was never worried for even a moment about the photography for our wedding. She even customized a package to work with our extremely limited budget and never treated us like "second rate customers".   She is a very talented photographer and I have absolutely NO regrets about using her services for our wedding. Krissie was so amazing and if you want a photographer that knows what she's doing and what she wants, and who goes where. . . she's your girl! I was so happy with the quality of pictures just from our engagement session and the coordinating of our pictures on our wedding day. She was always there to answer questions if I had any and made me feel so comfortable knowing we were in good hands. As we all know, you can't exactly go back and re-do the first dance, cake cutting, etc. So she was right there and captured it all for us, with no set backs! When it came time to select a photographer for our wedding I searched high and low for not only a good price but for a style of photography that suited the way I wanted our wedding day captured. I came across Krissie's website and knew instantly she was the photographer for us. She did both our engagement pictures and wedding. Our pictures turned out stunning. She got all edited photos to back to us quickly and was a lot of fun to work with. Her assistant at our wedding was amazing as well. One of my favorite features of her packages is not having to pick which memories were the most important of our wedding day. All images were provided on DVD

Krissie was very professional even with our wedding running behind. she didn't waste time and did photos of other things while we were waiting. she interacted with our guests and made me feel very comfortable that i had nothing to worry about photography wise. she was very accomidating to extra photos with family members wanting photos with us. i would 100% recommend her and her company. we loved our engagement photos and when we start a family will definately be going back to her for those as well. don't skip on photography she is well worth every penny

We met with Krissie and my daughter loved her photos. We hired her a few days later for my daughters wedding. We are a family of photographers so we knew what to expect but Krissie blew us away with her professionalism and keep everything on track even when we were running late. The photos were amazing and have tons of them hanging on our walls. Thank you Krissie for capturing my daughters Big Day!!

Even though we didn't need a lot of photos and had a very low key wedding she went beyond our expectations, We are very happy that she pushed us for an additional 15 mins of photo taking. Krissie was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. She took the initiative on our wedding day in order to get all of the shots that we requested. This is especially key on your wedding day when everything is going a million miles an hour. It was great knowing that she knew what she needed to get and was able to keep the wedding party on track in order to do so. Her shots were wonderful, and she came to the table with some really fun and exciting creative ideas. We have recommended Krissie to some friends and family and will continue to do so! We looked for a LONG time for a photographer that fit our budget but most importantly that we meshed with to photograph our vision for our Wedding day. krissie fit that to a T.  She was super sweet and more than flexible with my bridezillaness (lol).  The photos were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more of our day. We have already recommended her to everyone we know and two of our friends have already booked with her for their 2015 weddings. You couldn't find a better photographer out there.

Krissie photographed my daughter and granddaughters weddings and she was professional and completely in control of everything she did. i was very impressed how she handled the little bumps that happened with my daughters wedding. the photographs were phenomenal and have ordered so many favorites. i would recommend Krissie to anyone wanting a professional photographer for their wedding.  thank you Krissie

Pros: The photographer did a good job switching in and out different groups during pre-wedding family portraits. Cons: The photographer only took 4 pictures during the wedding ceremony and they were of such poor quality that they look like bad, grainy, dark cell phone pictures. (The photographer literally sat on the side of ceremony area the entire ceremony, not taking pictures.) The photographer failed to take pictures of the bride coming down the aisle, despite instructing her to beforehand with written instructions and confirming verbally that she would do so the day of the wedding. We have the GoPro video to prove it. The photographer didn’t take any pictures of the reception tables, even though that request was also provided in writing before the wedding. Instead, she sat around not taking pictures for 30 minutes before the family portraits and for an additional 30 minutes following family portraits, before the ceremony. We have the GoPro video to prove it. The photographer took few shots of the maid of honor/best man speeches, and they were all from behind. Literally, pictures of their backs - no faces at all. Many of the best pictures that were delivered were blurry. Simply put, amateur photographer error on what would have been good pictures. When we received the pictures by CD and inquired as to whether or not there were any negatives (since so many pictures were of poor quality and many requested shots were absent,) the owner, Krissie Rosa, informed us that she deleted all the negatives after editing and sending us the pictures. This was about 3 days after we received the disc. I would recommend against hiring Krissie Rosa Photography for any type of event. For a big event, you are much better off allowing your guests to snap pictures with their cell phones. Note: We paid for 6 hours of coverage, and the photographer spent at least two of those sitting around, not taking pictures. Probably more like three.

She was dressed in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. She was rude to guests that were taking pictures. Half of the images were crooked because she couldn't hold the camera level and she refuses to fix the images, which could be done in PhotoShop. Oh, and you have to pay up front, that way if you aren't satisfied she can blow you off and still keep your money.

My wedding day was perfect except for the most important part! This Photographer broke her own contract many times and did not care. She booked another wedding on the same day as mine and sent two photography students to take photos of my wedding. She "forgot" to send our large photo for the entrance of my wedding hall even though we talked about it for 2 weeks before and she assured me she had it. The two ladies that came did the best they could but one camera did not work and the other photographer kept flipping through a binder the whole time. She refused to take pictures by the lake and then said she needed to leave an hour early because Krissie told her the wrong time. After the wedding I never got a thank you card that was part of my package because she refused to change the picture and put our new last names on them. I still dont unserstand why she couldnt add a last name!!!! The final straw was our wedding photobooks came in and they were cheap walmart one hour photobooks. You know the ones with photos on one side that are so crapy looking. After she sent those she has refused to take my calls or answer a single email. This lady caused way too much stress in my life and even made me cry on my wedding day. Do not book her its not worth saving a few bucks!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!
