We got married in June of 2023 and had Krista help capture our wedding day. She did such an amazing job from the beginning. From our initial FaceTime with her before we booked, she was fun and bubbly, and professional. Then we booked her for our engagement session and not only did she help with what outfit to pick but she made the day so fun. She had ideas of how to pose which was super nice and even made the kissing/more intimate photos not weird by having a photographer there. The photos turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations. Krista also got together with us a second time to help create our wedding day timeline. This was such a stress reliever and amazing to have so we could create a schedule around how much time photos would take. On our wedding day Krista showed up and was so excited for us, bubbly, and just overall so fun to be around to capture our day. She helped the group photos and first looks photos go smoothly. We got over 1000 wedding day photos within 2-3 weeks after the wedding which is unheard of . That doesn’t even include that I had already received roughly 10 photos the next morning I woke up from the wedding and the other sneak peaks later that week. I was shocked at how fast the turn around was and yet how beautiful the photos turned out. We also purchased a wedding book/album from her after which also turned out amazing. I couldn’t recommend Krista enough! I loved her personality and her work just as much.

My fiancé and I hired Krista because her aesthetic looked very similar to what we were looking for in a photographer, and she did an amazing job at our friends wedding. So we at the time believed she would be a good fit. I talked to her on the phone and told her what I was looking for and she was very kind and easy to talk to. The day of our wedding her and the 2nd shooter were 45 mins late. Throughout the day they were rushing us and telling us they didn’t have time for a lot of the things I wanted to do. Even though we had two shooters and an 8 hour day. I expressed to Krista that I didn’t want to take pictures in front of (people walking by, park signs, fountains that don’t work, parked cars or the apartment next to our venue). She told me not to worry, even though I had a bad feeling about it. Half way thru the day I was realizing I wasn’t getting the photos I wanted and tried to show her again and tell her that these were the photos I wanted, and sadly we didn’t receive them. When we got all of our photos back, I was very disappointed. It didn’t look like the work on her page. Out of 1000 photos, my finance and I only liked a few of the sneak peaks, and that was it. I only got 3 photos off my vision board. I don’t feel as if she captured how beautiful our day really was, and it makes me really sad. There was dj equipment in our ceremony photos, some were blurry and not centered. The brightness on some of the photos were so bright, that you couldn’t see the detailing in the hanging structure we got married under, or the detailing in the wall we got married in front of. I couldn’t see the detailing in my dress, veil, decor or flowers. I didn’t get the most important shots I wanted (bridal shots, first look with my friends any wedding party photos, photos of my ring or flowers, or my dad walking me down the aisle. I tried to reach out to her and explain that some edits needed to happen for us to be happy. She agreed to do them, but when we got them back, it didn’t make a difference a huge difference. She then told me she wasn’t the best at editing. The only reason I’m not giving this a lower rating is because I don’t think she intentionally tried to miss some of shots we wanted. We had a smaller venue and the day went by very fast. She was fun to work with the day of our wedding and we got our photos back in a week. Her second shooter got really good shots of my husband and his friends. However, I don’t think we got over 4k worth of photos. My only advice to future brides looking to shoot with Krista, is to ask her if she’s ever shot at the venue you are looking at getting married at and to show you what those photos looked like, before booking.

Krista is amazing! We love our wedding photos and really enjoyed working with her. She was super fun and personable and made us feel really comfortable every step of the way. We appreciated her ability to organize and wrangle our crazy family. She has a lot of experience in the wedding industry and it definitely showed on our day. From navigating a stormy weather situation, family drama, to bustle emergencies, she went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect day. Highly recommend!

Krista was awesome. Super professional and we had beautiful photos from our wedding. Sometimes taking photos can be a little awkward. She made everyone comfortable and the final results definitely showed it. Highly recommend her!

Krista was nothing short of amazing! We immediately felt comfortable with her and all her recommendations turned out to be one hundred percent spot on. She was great with all of us and I would hands down recommend her without hesitation to any and all. Krista is the best!!!

I picked Krista to do our photos for our wedding, because I liked her bright style. We sat down for our first meeting and she was so kind and helpful. She was actually the one who helped me with my wedding timeline! Just goes to show how wonderful she is. She was so understanding and had a calming effect about her. Wedding day came and she brought Kelly as a second shooter. They told me not to worry about anything and they just did their thing! They found some really cool spots to take our couple pictures and bridal party pictures. They captured pretty much everything from morning to night. Krista even helped me bustle my dress! They were pretty much our BFF's throughout the day and were grabbing us when we needed to be some where. The day goes by so fast and Krista really did do a great job and captured everything I asked. I gave a 4/5 just because I was looking for little bit more direction during bridal party photos. It actually went pretty smoothly, but I was just looking for a little bit more "squeeze together" "keep your flowers down" "you here, you there". But I also think that's my personality. I got the pictures I wanted so the end result was great! They really helped the day go by sooo smoothly!

Krista was absolutely amazing during the engagement session when we didn't know how to pose or what to expect, but she will show you how and make it so much fun and really comfortable! Now our wedding day... what can I say about her she did amazing job from when she arrived until she left I didn't want her to leave! Krista made Dan and I feel so comfortable during the entire wedding event, she captured the love with our family,friends and of course Dan and I. We can't say it enough Krista and her team are truly the best and cant wait to use her again!! Thanks again, Krista

My husband and I did a very last minute courthouse wedding last summer and Krista was extremely accommodating to fit us in her schedule. Our pictures turned out phenomenal! She had amazing ideas and also was great at coaching us on how to pose. Our photos captured the love and joy we had that day. She was also very quick to get the finished product back to us. Would definitely recommend!

Krista and her team went above and beyond making sure that our day was special. She did both our engagement and wedding day photos. The pictures were so beautiful, bright and airy, and we have received numerous complaints from family and friends. Before the wedding, Krista met with us, and she went over all the pictures we wanted. Then we put together the timeline based on our photo priorities of the day. This ensured we got all the pictures we wanted. On the day of, Krista and her team brought a lot of energy, and they gave great instructions so we always knew what to do. After the wedding, Krista was so fast getting us preview pictures (literally the next day), and we had all of our wedding pictures soon after.

Krista was so fun and easy to work with! She is the most thoughtful photographer as well and likes to spoil her clients :). Both my husband and I can be a little shy but she did a great job making us feel comfortable during our engagement photos. We were lucky enough to have Krista for our engagement photos and our wedding day photos. She did an amazing job capturing beautiful moments throughout our whole day! I had so many compliments from family members and our wedding group oh how organized and calm Krista was! We cannot thank Krista enough for everything.

When I got engaged I scoured The Knot for photographers. I wanted someone who was truly able to capture the biggest day of my life and deliver amazing photos at the end. I stumbled upon Krista's page during my search and I was intrigued by her past work. Her photos seemed so light and airy and just had a glowing quality to them. Krista did our engagement photos and I was speechless with how they came out. From that point on, I knew I made the right decision in trusting and hiring her. On our wedding day she kept me calm and confident with words of encouragement and a fun attitude. While the day flew by I knew that Krista and her assistant Kelly were there to capture every single moment. At the end of it all they not only proved fun and professional but also went the extra mile to provide extraordinary photography. Our pictures came out beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything more.

We seriously couldn’t have been happier with having Krista as our wedding photographer! Her photos are simply beautiful while still looking and feeling natural and authentic – I literally teared up when I first saw them! She was accommodating, patient, and friendly to all our guests and our friends and family thought she was simply wonderful. She gave our small and casual wedding the same level of attention and care that I’m sure she brings to much larger events. I am so happy we went with Krista for our engagement and wedding photography!! We have never gotten professional photos done, so we were a bit nervous about being in front of the camera. Krista is wonderful! She is not only your photographer, but she will be your hype-girl by firing off genuine compliments, she will fix your hair when she doesn’t think it’s secure enough, she will take that phone picture for your grandma, and calm down anyone who doesn’t see the bigger picture. She’s literally YOUR girl for the whole day plus takes AMAZING photos. She will take into consideration any insecurities you may have when taking your photos. There’s not one photo I don’t like because of any insecurities. She’s always responsive when asking questions over email. Honestly, my in-laws who have never met her wants her to take their family photos because they loved her so much (before even seeing the entire album). My sister-in-laws wished she had taken their wedding photos. You will not regret hiring Krista! She is worth every penny spent.

When I was planning my wedding I knew right away who to hire to do our photos. Krista is the best there is. She made my husband and myself feels so comfortable in front of the camera. Krista was easy to work with and captured our special day flawlessly. She made it run so smooth and effortless when it came to taking our photos. Where do I even begin with how amazing Krista was! My husband and I found Krista through word of mouth and we were SO lucky to be connected with her! Booking a photographer you love for your wedding is so important as it is a huge investment. From the moment we met Krista, we instantly knew that we wanted her to be apart of our team for our big day. She did not let us down! One of my biggest concerns was thinking that the pictures would be awkward or that I would look awkward in the pictures. I could not have been more wrong! She made us feel so comfortable it was like she wasn't even there. She was extremely flexible and accommodating throughout the entire day, and most of all she was FUN! She even sent us sneak peaks of the pictures THAT NIGHT! Her work is absolutely phenomenal and timely. We received all of our pictures back 3 weeks after our wedding. The colors and lighting could not have been more perfect. I am still obsessing over them. It is so fun to relive the day because it goes by so fast! She captured the entire day absolutely perfectly. I could not have picked a better team of people to have worked with us for our big day and I am SO happy Krista was apart of that! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Krista is excellent to work with! She’s hilarious and easy going, but can run a tight ship when she needs to. My husband and I’s wedding party/family were wild and opinionated. She handled all the large personality with grace but stuck to what my husband and I wanted. Now she photographs our little family and she is just as excellent at keeping our baby’s attention and getting incredible shots of him! Hands down, she’s the best!

Krista took photos for a couple of my family members weddings so it was only natural to have her photograph our wedding. Krista and Kelly, her assistant, were awesome to work with. Krista’s and Kelly’s personalities are bubbly and vibrant. You will feel as if they have been your friend forever by the end of the night. My husband is very photo shy and they were able to get him to come out of his shell. The photos we received were beyond all expectations. Krista also did a trash the dress session with us early the following morning and rocked her husband’s muck boots in the river to get the perfect pictures. Krista is an amazing photographer! She goes above and beyond to make your wedding pictures perfect! She has a true talent for working with people and capturing the special day the way you remember it. She asked us what our picture style was, what was important to us and what our budget was. Krista went to the venue early to find perfect spots for pictures, she fit in every picture I wanted, she was even able to calm down my 3 mo. old nephew during pictures. She kept me calm the whole day and knew what I wanted. I am a picture fanatic and she was honest with me on what was realistic to capture in the time we had. She makes you feel beautiful and was so respectful and joyful to my family. She even sends you a beautiful package with your usb drive and some pictures for you to enjoy right away. We loved having Krista as our photographer! Not only is she a great person, she takes amazing photos! We loved all of the natural light that she captured in both our engagement and wedding sessions.
