Kristen was a gem to work with!! She was attentive, detail oriented, and always positive. She gave great ideas that we would not have thought about, stayed on top of everything, and pitched in where needed. She ran to the liquor store during the reception because we ran out of tequila. How wonderful is that!! Do not hesitate to hire her for your wedding.

Kristen was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding coordinator! From our initial conversation, it was clear she was extremely organized and thorough, which immediately reduced my wedding planning stress. Throughout the process, she was prompt in responding to communication, pre-emptively answered many of my questions, and planned for things I hadn't even thought of. Kristen ensured to day of the wedding went smoothly and she brought my decorating vision to life. We were able to have the very best, stress-free day because of her. I can't recommend her enough!

Kristen is the best. I had the privilege of working with Kristen for my wedding a couple of weeks ago with her wedding coordination package and my family is still talking about how incredibly helpful, sweet, and a joy to be around she was. She was there for any questions I had along the way, she solved any issues that came up with vendors or other details, she was insanely knowledgeable about everything, and her personality fits this job so perfectly with how bubbly and welcoming she is. We were lucky enough to have snagged Kristen Caputo Weddings and Events for the best day ever! I can't say enough how grateful we are for Kristen and her hard work behind making sure we had the most relaxing, beautiful, fun wedding day. Kristen went above and beyond from beginning to end in planning and scheduling for our wedding day. She was on top of reaching out to vendors for us in the upcoming weeks of the wedding and communicated so well with us so we were in the loop but not in the crossfire. Kristen was an amazing wedding planner for our degenerate, beachbum, mermaid vibe wedding at the Lessner inn! She not only captured exactly what we wanted for our wedding but exceeded expectations, went above and beyond, and truly did all of the work. She created a stress free experience and day for us! Hiring Kristen and her team was the best decision! As an organized person, I thought I wouldn't need a coordinator. My venue required one for our guest count and I am actually so grateful that they did. Hiring Kristen and her team was the best decision. If youa re thinking about it- DO IT. Kristen took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple and made the month(s) leading up to the wedding more enjoyable. She coordinated with the vendors, church, reception venue, and more. The actual wedding day was SO EASY because of her team. Literally from waking up that morning, all I had to do was show up and enjoy. KCWE ensured that the groomsmen were on schedule, all transportation was prompt, family members were ready and more. My bridesmaids had learned what to do to help me get the dress ready for the reception after photos, but Kristen and her team even bustled my gown in like thirty seconds so I wouldn't have to miss a beat with my friends and family. They made sure we, the bride and groom, got food and drinks and were having fun all night. Especially for people who like to organize and be in control, I highly recommend hiring Kristen and her team. The hand-off from planning months and months in advance to Kristen's "wedding coordination" package was so seamless. Kristen and her team were amazing- her services were the most critical part of our wedding! She was so organized and on top of everything for the wedding, as soon as I hired her I felt so much more at ease with the planning process. I did a pretty much DIY wedding, my venue did not provide anything other than the venue and furniture, therefore, I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding and multiple vendors involved. Kristen took all the chaotic information I provided and streamlined the whole thing. She organized everything for me into a very easy to follow timeline and then was in constant communication with all the vendors. My regular hair dresser is the hair dresser I used for my wedding and she and I are friends. She told me that from a vendor's perspective, Kristen was the best coordinator/planner she had ever worked with. She was very impressed with her constant communication and all of the details she thought of in preparation of the event. Kristen and her team took my vision and made it a reality which was no easy task but she got it done. This was hands down the most positive experience I had in wedding planning/preparation and I would highly recommend Kristen for any planning needs!

Kristen was made to be a Wedding Coordinator! She made our lives a million times easier... Whether it was thinking of things we hadn't even considered, being two steps ahead of us at all times, or gracefully problem solving and facilitating communication with our vendors, we could tell she wanted us to have the most enjoyable and seamless experience. We thought we could tackle wedding prep and day of on our own, and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. I definitely recommend having a Coordinator and I definitely recommend letting Kristen be that person! Her joy and laugher eased our stress, and we loved having her there to encourage us and be excited with us during engagement and wedding planning!

Kristen Caputo was a life saver! We were not a couple who had ever thought about what their wedding would look like, and we had so many questions. She helped us through every step of the way and provided us with great ideas and resources. We shared how we wanted our wedding to feel and our overall vision, and she helped us work through the details to bring our ideas to life. After every planning meeting, we felt relaxed and prepared because of her guidance. She was readily available through text/email whenever we had questions and made multiple trips to the venue. During the rehearsal, she made sure everyone in the wedding knew where to go and fielded logistical questions like the professional she is. On the day of, everything went PERFECTLY. We were lucky enough to not have anything go wrong, and we strongly believe this was because Kristen and Megan’s hard work. They ensured that decorations were set up as planned, everyone was on time, and that all the vendors knew where to go/what to do. As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing! We had the most fun day of our life. After the wedding, she organized all the decorations, collected leftovers, and made sure everyone had their belongings. Our wedding was amazing and we could not have done it without Kristen and her team. We love Kristen!!

Sometimes you just don’t know what you don’t know… My wedding venue required us to hire a professional planner for our event. To be honest, I wasn’t pleased about adding another expense to the ever-growing list of costly “must haves”, and I just knew that I didn’t need help, but what choice did I have? Fast forward, and… The only thing better than hiring Kristen was saying I do! Seriously! She was everything I didn’t know I needed. We hired her for “day of” services, and she went far beyond that. She scheduled calls & meetings, became the vendor contact, created a timeline, and kept everything and everyone on track before, during and after the wedding. She even went out of her way to find last minute table numbers when I left mine at home. Kristen was absolutely AMAZING in every way, and I simply can’t say enough fantastic things about her and what she did to ensure our day was perfect. She’s professional, organized, funny, and completely down to earth. By the time the wedding was over I felt like I had hired a friend, not just a wedding planner. Her assistant, Megan, was on point, and I felt like she knew me. She was helpful, calming and so much fun! I can’t imagine the day going any better, and I owe so much of that to them. If I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn’t have ever tried to do it without her. If you’re on the fence… jump off… pick up the phone… send that email! Girl, you NEED Kristen Caputo in your life. Your only regret will be that you didn't reach out sooner!

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo Weddings & Events highly enough! My finance and I had a beach wedding last month and I was trying to handle everything myself, until I realized how overwhelmed I was. Kristen had good reviews and I thought she had very fair prices for her services. I hired her to be my coordinator and I’m SO thankful I did! After every planning call with her, I would feel like a weight was lifted. She always had such helpful input throughout our calls and there are SO many things I would have overlooked without her there to guide me. On the big day Kristen and her Assistant Megan were AMAZING! I really thought I was going to spend the day worrying about if things were being set up the way I wanted them. On the actual day I wasn’t worried at all, by that point I had so much confidence in Kristen I knew she’d make it happen! And she did! My wedding was set up exactly how I wanted it and everything flowed so nicely! Megan waited with my dad and I before walking down the aisle and she was a lifesaver! She held all my things and helped me stay calm! Our ceremony turned out beautifully. I couldn’t believe how pretty it looked when I got to the aisle! It was better than I had hoped for. For the reception Kristen and Megan directed all our guests while we took photos. Then she made sure we got food and drinks and some time to ourselves before the socializing. Our reception turned out to be so much fun and by the end of the night all of our friends and family LOVED Kristen and Megan! They got to know our guests and they just felt like family celebrating with us by the end of the night! To any brides reading this in need of a wedding coordinator/planner- do yourself a favor and contact Kristen right now! My wedding was a beautiful, fun, unforgettable day and I owe that to all of Kristen and Megan’s hard work!! I honestly couldn’t have done it without them!

Kristen was absolutely amazing! She made sure every detail of our wedding was perfect, Handled all communication with our vendors, and was on top of every aspect of our big day. Kristen and Megan took so much stress out of our day and the weeks leading up to it. I could not recommend anyone else any more than her, nor imagine having the wedding go so smoothly without her. an amazing experience working with Kristen and her team for our Daughter’s wedding in October 2023 again in March 2024 for my Son’s recent wedding. Kristen and her team were contracted for both weddings as a day of wedding planner but I feel they went above and beyond their listed services multiple times. We had several phone planning meetings ,an extensive venue walk thru, rehearsal ,wedding prep day and the actual wedding day service.Kristen provided clear and concise written guidelines for each phase of the wedding, provided a floor plan, provided helpful suggestions on decor placement and lots of reassurance when we where hit with poor weather conditions at BOTH weddings.Kristen and her team made the actual wedding day run incredibly smoothly at both weddings and stayed after the wedding was completed to help put away decor and clean up. I would recommend KristenCaputo Weddings 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

Kristen was such a delight to work with! She didn’t miss a single detail in her preparation for the wedding we performed at on 3/23/24. Kristen and Megan are an amazing crew! They are always on top of things! Kristen lays out everything so neatly and personally reaches out all the time to make sure you are well and feeling confident for your wedding day! The best advice when working with a day of event coordinator would be to communicate everything so that they can effectively do everything to the amount you expect. If you don't communicate a lot then your outcome will not reflect your expectation. Thankfully for me, I made sure to communicate everything to the fullest and Kristen and Megan exceeded all expectations and made the day go seamlessly!!! They over prepare, bringing extra emergency kits for the "just in case" situations. We didn't have a DJ, but Kristen's husband rocked it for us! He made sure to announce things on time, and he played the right songs at the right time. Kristen and her team try to provide solutions to everything, and are so willing to go the extra mile to make sure your day goes as planned. Kristen made sure to check with me before moving forward with the schedule for the day, making sure that we spent just enough time on each thing scheduled. It didn't feel rushed or pushed, but very enjoyable and she still somehow is able to plan things out to end on time perfectly! She makes sure to give you and your wedding party schedules, and makes sure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. They took all my wedding decor and decorated everything so beautifully throughout the venue. Whether a big or small wedding, I believe they would do a fantastic job as long as you do your part in giving them everything they need. Kristen responds so fast, and is so timely with everything. She is so good at communicating with the vendors and made sure they knew exactly what they were doing. She makes sure to get everything done 2 weeks before the wedding so you are not stressed! I can't thank her enough for the stress she took off my shoulders since I planned the wedding myself. I couldn't speak more highly of her, she knows what she is doing. She is always joyful, bubbly, and caring, and her character shines through so much. My wedding would not have been as memorable or the same without her and her team. Thank you again Kristen and Megan for your hard work to make sure my wedding day impacted the lives of others.

Kristen was on top of every little detail, she’s easy to talk to, listens and is very organized. She’s got a great personality and is fun to work with! Same thing for Megan and she was great with setting up decorations and made the process easy. I really felt like they were on top of it all and made my wedding that much more fun for us.
