an just day of! We had several calls with her before the wedding day to get everything prepared and organized. She is great at communicating over email and responded to our questions and ideas quickly. She is very uplifting and has a wonderful, positive energy! She coordinated with all our vendors and made sure everyone provided us with any information that we needed. She had so many resources and documents we could edit and use which really helped in the final stages of planning (such as the seating chart). She was very helpful at the wedding rehearsal making it super smooth and easy! She handed out mini laminated timelines for everyone (which everyone loved!) so we all knew when we needed to be ready on the day of. On our wedding day, there was unfortunately some windy weather which was not ideal conditions, but Kristen made us feel so heard and helped us to have our ceremony outside like we wanted. She made it all happen behind the scenes and we are so grateful! We were not stressed out at all the whole day. We got to relax and enjoy knowing she had it all covered. She made the day truly special and we would not have been able to have such a great day without her. She checked in so many times throughout the day and really showed that she truly cared and was always around to lend a helping hand. If you want to have the most fun, stress free wedding day, and know that you have an amazing professional you can trust, book Kristen as your planner! We cannot thank you enough Kristen! We got married in a different state than we live in and I am not a planner, so I was immediately intimidated by the thought of planning a wedding. But working with Kristen, I never felt a single ounce of stress during the entire planning process. She helped find the perfect vendors, design the right vision board, and answered every question I could think of. I found myself saying many times during planning that I was so happy I was working with her! On wedding day, she made sure all of those design choices and ideas I had came to life perfectly. And, even when we had to go with our rain plan, she stepped in to show me how beautiful our event space looked so I wasn't focused on the change in weather but how excited I was to be getting married. I seriously could not recommend Kristen and her team enough! With Kristen's help, my wedding day was the best night of my life!

Our first planning call was so enjoyable it was like talking to an old friend – Kristen was just so easy to connect with, authentic, and invested in our experience. She served as our steadfast advocate in conversations with the venue and vendors, ensuring every detail happened exactly how we wanted, and advocating for our needs and preferences. With Kristen, it was never a question of whether or not something would or could be done; only how and when, and she was always offering her own hands and heart to make it happen. She took on every possible miscellaneous logistical and/or coordination task we could think of in the weeks leading up to, during, and after the wedding - to make the experience more stress-free and seamless for us, from setting off our cold sparks during our first dance, to dropping off our marriage license at the end of a weekend. She significantly reduced our mental and physical load anywhere she could, removing a ton of stress and allowing us to focus on the celebrations and present moment. We were never concerned that something would be forgotten or go awry in Kristen’s extremely capable hands. Even when our videographer cancelled last minute – just a few days before the wedding – Kristen was on it within a matter of minutes, providing multiple alternatives within our budget in no time, and she ended up saving the day! Every little thing we needed or asked for, she had a plan and was ready to go – it seemed she could truly handle anything. Her assistant on the day of the wedding was equally wonderful – friendly, proactive, supportive, engaged, and on top of everything. Overall, I cannot recommend Kristen enough for anyone planning a wedding, or any other major event, anytime, anywhere! She brings a rewarding sense of down to earth practicality, positive attitude, and go-getter energy that is a blessing to anyone working with her. Our wedding would truly not have been the same without her, and it was an absolute pleasure for us to have her by our side for this huge life milestone!

Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond when she started helping us with wedding planning and on the day of: When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning! She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day. We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it! We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!! After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!! The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect. Thank you Kristen!!!

All of the vendors commented about how wonderful she was. She also has the perfect personality for this job- so incredibly nice but would also keep a friend or family member in line if it was needed (it wasn’t, but she had my back always!). The biggest blessing was the setup and tear down help of the venue, she would not let us lift a finger and it was the absolute easiest move out the next morning. I would choose Kristen again and again.

She was honest about what works and what doesn't at weddings which helped us make decisions. There was a strong chance of rain on our wedding day and I really wanted to have our ceremony outside. Kristen made it happen and we had our rain plan ready to go if needed (it didn't rain, thank goodness). She and her team worked so hard wedding day and made everything beautiful. It was perfect! I gave her our decorations and described the look we wanted and she made it happen! I felt like I could trust her to make decisions on my behalf. I would definitely recommend Kristen and her team! She was a life saver and so sweet!

She and her team set up the cocktail hour and reception exactly how I imagined it! She made sure the whole day ran smoothly, from getting ready, to the ceremony at the church, to the reception. My venue required me to have a wedding planner, but I am glad I was pushed to have one, because the day would not have gone anywhere near as well without her. And I am so glad I found Kristen. I did a pretty much DIY wedding, my venue did not provide anything other than the venue and furniture, therefore, I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding and multiple vendors involved. Kristen took all the chaotic information I provided and streamlined the whole thing. She organized everything for me into a very easy to follow timeline and then was in constant communication with all the vendors. My regular hair dresser is the hair dresser I used for my wedding and she and I are friends. She told me that from a vendor's perspective, Kristen was the best coordinator/planner she had ever worked with. She was very impressed with her constant communication and all of the details she thought of in preparation of the event. Kristen and her team took my vision and made it a reality which was no easy task but she got it done. This was hands down the most positive experience I had in wedding planning/preparation and I would highly recommend Kristen for any planning needs!

She even went out of her way to find last minute table numbers when I left mine at home. Kristen was absolutely AMAZING in every way, and I simply can’t say enough fantastic things about her and what she did to ensure our day was perfect. She’s professional, organized, funny, and completely down to earth. By the time the wedding was over I felt like I had hired a friend, not just a wedding planner.
