experience has been! From the first email we sent each other, I could just tell how fun and vibrant her personality is. I had so much stress throughout the planning process of my wedding (I hate being the center of attention and would rather have had a small wedding), but every conversation with Kristen made me laugh and get fully excited again! I knew I wanted someone who was down-to-earth and easy going, which is exactly what we got! I didn't even realize was how amazing and dedicated she is to her craft until we finally met in person. During the engagement shoot, I got to know the type of artist she is. She has a vision and you could see the wheels turning in her mind as she watches the sun set, just looking for the best angle and the best pose to capture her vision. It is truly incredible. I tried to explain how sweet and amazing she is to my family, but I couldn't even do her justice. On the wedding day, my parents were absolutely blown away and even extended family members commented about how wonderful she is! I met her husband, John, on the big day, and I cannot explain how perfectly they work together. Their personalities can't be beat and their photography is just simply amazing. I would very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer and will absolutely use them again for any future photo shoots I may have. I can't thank Kristen and John enough!

y of the wedding planning process. We were not in the United States through most of the planning, but Kristen always helped us so much via phone. It was like talking on the phone with a great friend who has ALL of the answers not only about photos, but wedding planning in general. She had so many valuable suggestions. On the day of the wedding, Kristen and John were on time and ready to go! She brought SO much positivity and friendly energy in the dressing room, during the moments leading up to the ceremony, and during the reception. She traveled all the way to New York for this event. What is so amazing about Kristen is that she was everywhere.....yet we did not even notice! She wasn't at all intrusive at any moment and to this day, we still do not even know how she got these shots because they were so intimate yet we did not know she was even there! Upon receiving our pictures back (all 2000+.....WOW), we were blown away. What we loved is that they weren't so "staged." They were real. I've been to other weddings and seen other photography where it was so clear the photographer told the couple/friends/family what to do. Hers were so candid, yet such high quality and professional. As we flip through, we are able to relive our wedding moments over and over and over again. She caught every laugh, every tear drop, and every intimate exchange between us and our family members. We will treasure our beautiful photos for years to come and will happily share them with our children one day. photos until the end of the night on our wedding night we could not have been happier. They get the shot, and they'll climb on or crouch in any position in order to do it. You don't even really have to ask with them, they have a vision and it creates the most beautiful photos you could ask for. If you do have a vision they'll make sure to capture that and more. As a bonus, they are FUN! They made us feel at ease, laugh, and feel confident all at once. Kristen knows what does and doesn't work before she even finishes clicking and she makes sure you move ever so slightly until it's something that you'll love. That’s exactly what we got. Kristen and her husband John over extended themselves to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. One example would be during our engagement photos, we wanted our chocolate lab to be involved. John came along with Kristen the day of and looked over ‘Teddy’ when it wasn’t his time to be in front of the camera. The day of the wedding was amazing. Both Kristen and John’s genuine personalities made their professionalism shine more so. I’m sure joining a group of strangers who are nervous and anxious could be difficult, but they seamlessly joined in with jokes and laughter which helped ease wedding day stresses. As for the finished product, everyone knows the photographs are extremely important in memorializing the day. We booked both Kristen and John for our wedding day because we wanted to optimize coverage as well as both posed and candid photographs. The images Kristen and John took in both color and black and white are stunning. If pictures are worth a thousand words, the quality of their work leaves us speechless. It’s no wonder Kristen Driscoll Photography is an industry leader within the tri-state area!!!!

She knows what she's doing, and carries a bag of tricks (cameras/lenses) that she whips out at any moment - literally. Our wedding day? Best. Day. Ever. She is so comfortable to work with, as is her second photographer (her husband John), who rolls in the shadows a little more but is SO talented, also (super funny, too!). Kristen will do ANYTHING to get a perfect shot. She will get a photo of every dang person at your wedding - whether you like it or not, but trust me - if you don't like it, your parents/grandparents will. Worth it! Her talent is unbelievable. She is so laid back, quirky, cute, funny, and most importantly - has a fantastic eye to capture the BEST moments, and will make you feel so, so beautiful. My husband and I are SO thankful we found her, and looked no further. You won't regret it! She rocks!

She gave us a great deal on the engagement package for the trip she had to make. I feel like my big day was captured in the best way possible and can’t recommend her enough.

We had her take pictures at the bridal shower, the rehearsal dinner bonfire and for our wedding. She is open to ideas and photo opportunities. For our wedding she had an assistant and they worked so well together I hardly even knew they were there and taking pictures. She photographed both events and nailed the feel for each one through her pictures. I wanted my NYC pictures funky and modern but still capturing that small ceremony feel to it. The wedding reception in Asbury Park was very informal and just a huge party for all of our guests to celebrate - she did such a great job of capturing people dancing and having a great time. Her prices were extremely reasonable, she showed up on time to both events and always responded immediatley to my emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend Kristen, and cannot say enought great things about her. Aside from her awesome personality she is an extremely talented photographer. She will not dissapoint!
