sten somehow managed to put us both at ease the entire day of our wedding. She made sure we knew we could stop taking pictures whenever we wanted to if it became too much, could take breaks whenever we wanted to, and would talk to us normally as she was taking the pictures to put us at ease- so we truly were comfortable and didn't need any breaks at all! On top of that, she is VERY organized and did her homework. She checked out all of the areas we wanted to take pictures to find the perfect spots/make sure they would work, and helped to organize our wedding day timeline by providing her suggested timeline to allow for enough time for pictures without rushing everyone. She specifically identified when each person was needed, so family members and wedding party members all knew where they had to be and at what time so everything would run smoothly! She gave us great direction the entire time- none of intrinsically knew how to pose or what would work for pictures, and she was excellent at letting us all know what to do. She also was awesome before/after the actual wedding! We had a meeting with her soon after we decided to go with her where she interviewed my husband and I to get an idea of who we were and what our style was. She sent us a packet months before our wedding to give us an idea of what to expect on the actual day, and started going over timeline a month or so out. She had our picture preview done not even a full week after our wedding which was AMAZING to see- and had our FULL gallery of pictures ready just 2.5 weeks after our wedding! She also sent us a sweet note, flash drive (in addition to our online full gallery we can download/order from), and quite a few prints as a thank you and final note which was SO sweet to do. We absolutely LOVE the pictures- they are beautiful and we have so many to choose from. I truly cannot recommend her enough!!!!

As we continued to watch the weather over the day, she was able to stick to the schedule that we created to get all photographs in before the rain. Not only were the pictures more than what we ever could have asked for, her easy going personality, organization, and friendliness made the day flow so smoothly. Kristen is SO good with kids! She was able to help with the ring bearer, who was not wanting to take pictures at the time, and even let him help take a couple pictures. SO sweet! Leading up to the wedding, she was always willing to answer questions and responded in a very timely manner. She was more like a wedding planner for the both of us and created a schedule of the events months before the wedding. We only continued to be more impressed after the wedding when Kristen posted a sneak peek the night of our special day. We were so excited to come home to look at a picture we loved. Not only did she post a picture the night of our wedding, but we received her favorites and were on the blog within two days! Most of my friends had to wait months to see a preview of their wedding pictures. Just two short weeks after the wedding, we received all 850 images on a flash drive and an online gallery, organized to the events of the day. We strongly recommend Kristen Dyer to photograph your special day. You will not be disappointed. We love our pictures and will be contacting Kristen again in the future!
