Since my husband and I live abroad, she not only helped to find excellent and budget friendly vendors, but also did countless Skype sessions with me to touch base and make sure things were going smoothly. Then, while my husband and I were in the States she made sure to meet with us in person to put the final touches on our special day. Kristen is highly professional, hard working and very friendly. We were very comfortable working with her. I would gladly recommend her to any couple looking to hold a wedding.

She could not have been more organized or prepared on the day of, and she did it all with so much energy and a warm smile. I am a type-A worrier, but I knew with Kristen, she would handle anything that came our way. The wedding day was stress-free because of her hard work. Her attention to detail was wonderful. For instance, the groom's side of the wedding had many people who spoke only Spanish, and without us asking Kristen had a bilingual assistant on the day of the event who focused on the Spanish speaking family and made them feel comfortable. This is the best money you will spend on your wedding day! I recommend her to everyone I know!

ook after every detail! Kristen was an absolute lifesaver and without her the day never could have gone so smoothly. She provided invaluable advice and consultation along the way as I was planning. As the first in my group of friends to get married, I didn’t have many past weddings as a point of reference or people to turn to as a sounding board; Kristen was always willing to answer questions along the way as I was choosing my vendors. As the event drew near, she put together a detailed itinerary for the entire day, from hair and makeup to shuttling guests home at the reception’s end. She also took on the role of key point of contact for all vendors for the wedding, making sure that all planned to work according to the correct schedule and would be in the right place at the right time. It was a huge relief in the week before the wedding, as vendors stopped reaching out to me with questions and instead worked directly with Kristen. Kristen provides the perfect balance of a stern voice and warm heart, which you need when trying to corral a large wedding party and keep everyone on schedule! All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen loved her and didn’t have to worry about where to be; she made sure they knew. I am sure there are a number of surprises she handled without me knowing about it throughout the day, but I do know of a few. She helped juggle logistics when one of the hotels refused to send a shuttle to get guests (grandparents!) from the ceremony back to the hotel, making sure the trolley carrying the wedding party dropped us at our photo destination and made an immediate trip back to the church. We were never concerned that we would miss a moment, as Kristen kept us updated on what was coming up next and where we needed to be. It was such a blessing for us (and our parents!) to be able to genuinely kick back, enjoy, and take in the whole evening without tending to logistics. Even after the event, we found items from earlier in the day that Kristen had tucked into my bag so that they made it home safe. The best part? Kristen is such a sweet, fun, and wonderful lady!! She really helps to alleviate some of the stress that’s unavoidable in the planning process, and I always looked forward to our catch-ups. I could not recommend Kristen more to anyone looking for a day-of wedding coordinator.

I would highly recommend Kristen as she has the experience and knowledge and knows how to handle the pressure of such an emotional day. es and takes a lot of pride in what she does. She gets to know you and your day well before the wedding day as well as getting to know your vendors and speaking to them prior. She is EXTREMELY organized. I can't think of one thing that went wrong on my wedding day - and it could have been chaotic. We had numerous buses transporting guests from midtown to the suburbs and back with a lot of small details to handle. Everything went perfectly. I recommend her 1000%.
