All of the concerns were addressed in my roughly 5 page response back to which the mother said she wished i hadn't responded and to leave her alone. I still stand by the emails as well as the product delivered. Deidre, I really wish you would have communicated your concerns and handled this instead of leaving your mom to. You have plenty of close up couples photos. The example your mom sent me of what she expected is not documented anywhere on the site, blog, or posted listing. There is nothing that close up on top of faces or even close to the posing of the example image she sent from your brothers wedding on the site. There was absolutely no rush on your family formals. After all of your listed family formals from your questionnaire were completed you had asked more family if they were wanting photos which was great and welcomed. We spent roughly 30 mins of your cocktail hour on family formals per your request and then took the bus to the spot both you and your mother had wanted. You have a 1 hour cocktail hour so we did all couples photos in one location. You had even specified that although you wanted images of the two of you that it was very important to capture all family over anything else per our phone conversation. The images provided were in line with what all couples receive and I've decided to make the couples gallery permanently available as a response. I am a firm believer in customer service and offered both the mother and the bride print credits. I didn't do anything wrong and their images are in focus so I felt that was a happy medium. The bride has left it to her mother to handle the situation although my contract is with the couple I chose to also offer mom the print credit. I also offered a closer crop on the family large group photos that had some distance to them to allow for large print sizes to be made. The brides mother never did address that and only choose to address the print credit dollar amount. I stand by my product and the product that was delivered. It is consistent with social media posts, the blog, and advertising sites. To address the uncle comment as well- I also addressed this with your mother. Photography has many different styles. Per the image your mother sent from your brothers wedding you were looking for more traditional.
