Being in the wedding industry myself, I've been around photographers often! Since I had first worked with Kristen years ago I knew she would one day photograph my soon to be 10 year Vow Renewal. As soon as I began planning our event, she was one of the first vendors I booked. I knew we wanted it to be an easy booking process(especially because ours was destination), timeless & a clean look for the pictures and someone who pays attention to the little details. That's exactly what we got!! It was truly a dream. The pictures look like something out of a magazine! Her and her team made everyone feel easy and comfortable and I feel like our personalities really showed through these photos. I can't recommend her enough<3

We worked with Gabrielle Brookes in May and loved how our photos turned out. She has a great attention to detail and made us feel comfortable. When we didn't know how to pose she really helped us with options. We had a beach wedding and she was great at using the light to her advantage to make beautiful shots. Highly recommend :)

Kristen's photography stood out from the get go and we were delighted that we could work within our budget and with her Masters team to capture our day in her style. From our initial interaction Kristen was quick to respond, answered all our questions and helped put us at ease with regards to the whole process. Whitney and Ashlee were our Master Photographers and they were exactly what we needed on our wedding day. They were calm, timeous, kind, detailed and provided us with photographic guidance that made us look so natural (and not awkward or too posed). We selected Kristen Weaver Photography for the style that everyone on her team has: light, airy, natural, and fun. Stephanie Dishman was our photographer, and she was incredible. She was encouraging and enthusiastic; we never felt awkward around her. I wish that I had a wall large enough to display every single photo she took - they really are all remarkable. She was also able to accommodate some very specific requests, like getting one photo with every single guest at the wedding in it - no easy feat! To top it all off, we received our 'sneak peek' (of over 100 photos!!!) just a few DAYS after the wedding. Having those to gush over on the honeymoon and share on social media was the icing on the cake. Kristen captured the perfect moments of our wedding! She works with you to identify the key moments you want captured. Along the way of wedding planning she guides you through different types of story board and visions you want captured for yourself. Her and Casey captured all of our special moments, walking down the aisle and dancing through the evening. We are so grateful for all these precious photos. Kristen and her team are very organized and send you a tentative timeline and booklet right from the very beginning. I knew I was working with a team of professionals from the get-go. You receive your photos earlier than the contract states, and she sends you previews/highlights from the wedding the week after. It was great to see some of the key moments so fast after the wedding! Can’t say enough, but she is worth it!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Kristen. She is responsive, professional, passionate, fun to work with it, and most of all - has an amazing eye to capture perfect moments. Her attention to detail was excellent: she was great at scouting locations for perfect backdrops, as well as capturing intimate details and candid shots which are some of my favorite photos. Stephanie and the team at KWP are AMAZING! From the engagement photos to the actual wedding day, she was SO easy to work with. Stephanie is a true professional with so much knowledge and skill set. Kristen Weaver and her team are THE wedding photographers of Florida, if not the entire country. There are not enough good things to say about Kristen, her talent is unmatched, and boy did she deliver! Not only is she so so nice, she is fun and easy to be around - which were qualities I was looking for in all my vendors. The photos I received from my engagement session as well as my wedding, are of the highest quality and I will cherish them forever. Due to COVID, I had to change my wedding date three times, and Kristen couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible to make sure everything worked out. If you are considering hiring KWP, do it. Take my word for it, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I hired Kristen and her KWP Masters team for our wedding this past Saturday (1/29/22). We absolutely cannot say enough nice things about Kristen and her team! Whitney was our lead photographer, and we absolutely ADORE her! She did our engagement photos at Vizcaya in September, and it was blazingggg hot, and she had a smile on her face and positive attitude the whole time! She is just all around good vibes!!! Then Whitney and Gabby did our wedding photos this past weekend and Gabby was equally positive, friendly, and just a genuine delight to be around! They both blended right in with our crew, and were so professional and easy to work with! The photos have turned out BEAUTIFULLY (and we have not even gotten all of them back yet but omggg the ones we have seen from sneak peeks are amazinggg!). We can’t wait to work with this team again in the next stage of life!

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for my wedding late last year. Not only was she absolutely wonderful during the planning and prep stages, she SHOWED UP on the day of our wedding. An absolute wonder woman - she got us where we needed to be while looking our best and capturing the most amazing shots (sometimes when we didn't even realize it!). Stephanie from Kristen Weaver Photographer was AMAZING to work with! She was so well prepared and knew my requests and thoughts based on the surveys I filled out. She is fun, energetic, outgoing and such a joy to work with. I was able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about every detail and every image I wanted captured. Her assistant shooter Mary was also wonderful to work with! While she wasn't in the spotlight, she captured a variety of details in the background and I am so thankful for her extra set of eyes. Additionally, I added an extra hour of time because I didn't want to feel rushed and they were happily able to accommodate that. Overall, I would hire them 10x over and plan on using Stephanie for future events. Truly the best!!

Kristen Weaver Photography was AMAZING!!! We are so happy we had them at our wedding. Stephanie was so easy to work with. She met up with us via Zoom beforehand to talk through some details of the wedding. She made sure to get all the shots we wanted including the bride/groom photos, photos of the guests, and the detailed shots. We had Stephanie as our lead and Mary as a second photographer and they did a phenomenal job capturing our big (long awaited) day! Stephanie was always so kind and easy to correspond with. We absolutely love our photos and she made us feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera! She also came prepared with a beautiful ring box and pretty blue ribbon to spice up the photos of my personals (ie, ring, invitation, perfume, and heels). We had Stephanie as our lead photographer. Whitney was our second photographer and Gabrielle as the photography assistant. They were all so pleasant be around. It was raining the morning of my wedding and we planned to take photos outside. Stephanie kept me calm and had backup locations for family photos for if it was to continue to rain. Fortunately it stopped raining when it was time to take bridal party photos, however it was wet everywhere. Gabrielle got towels from the hotel to soak up the wet puddles to ensure my wedding dress and my bridesmaids’ dresses wouldn’t get soaked. I have a large family, 25 total of my immediate family with 10 nieces and nephews ranging from newborn to 10 years old. My family kept complimenting how patient and efficient they were when we were taking family photos. At the beginning of cocktail hour, we were suppose to have thank you photos with the bride and groom with our photo booth company but there was a miscommunication with the company and our wedding coordinator. Whitney knew we were upset and jumped in to take photos for us immediately without us asking. We had so many compliments on our highlight photos from family and friends. They made our wedding look more beautiful than it really was. They captured all of the details and even candid photos. Can’t wait until we receive the rest of our photos. Highly recommend them!! When searching for a wedding photographer, I immediately fell in love with Kristen’s bright, luxurious, and magical style. Communicating with her and her team was always professional and they are quick to respond. They also spend time through questionnaires getting to know you and your partner. They truly pay attention to detail and to the couple’s story. We are so in love with our wedding photos. They turned out better than we could have hoped. Just as important as the photos—Kristen was so easy to work with which made our wedding day that much more special. Kristen made me, my bridal party and wedding guests feel so comfortable! I called Kristen when I was searching for photographers for our out-of-state wedding. It was so easy to talk to her on the phone and I knew we had to book her. She was exactly what we were looking for and really worked with us and our budget. She has clean, timeless photos and she was able to capture those candid moments with such artistry. Our first day meeting Kristen in person was on our wedding day, which can be a little scary for anyone! However, she swooped right in with ease. She was so professional, fit right in with the family, kind and funny, and provided my husband and I the right type of guidance to create special moments that we can cherish for years to come. My husband and I have never had professional photos done and boy are we awkward, but we felt so comfortable with Kristen. Her assistant Stephanie was also a dream. (Knowing my crazy family, I know they had to deal with a lot of craziness and I'm sure a lot went on behind the scenes). I also added on last minute to have Stephanie stay until our reception ended and they were so flexible. We had a very tight timeline (and in hindsight I wish I extended the time for our whole wedding because it flew by!) Kristen & Stephanie took that timeline and we were able to get all our family portraits very quickly. Having a tight timeline, I knew we weren't going to get all our must-have spots on the venue (which having our wedding at Bella Collina there is a lot of beautiful spots!) Kristen asked us in advance and the day of what was a priority and we trusted them when they said lets optimize all this beautiful weather, wind, and light and boy did it pay off! My husband and I are fairly flexible people and decided to go with it, and that is where Kristen Weaver Photography's creativity shines. They worked so well with our videographers. Every vendor I spoke to that asked me who my photographer resounded an excited "YES! You picked a great one!". I knew we were in great hands months in advance. I received so many texts/phone calls from my immediate family when they sent out these beautiful cards of some highlight photographs with a sweet note. We got a blogpost and highlight photos so quickly after our wedding. My mother still cries at these photos and thought the highlight was it. She just is bursting with joy that there are even more pictures coming! Kristen Weaver Photography goes above and beyond! You get what you paid for (plus more!) and it was so worth the cost to have amazing photos. I can definitely see myself reaching out to Kristen Weaver in the future and highly recommend her! All I can say is I will never have another photographer in my life! She did my maternity pics and the package that included engagement photos and our wedding. Kristen and her team make you feel so comfortable and she knows exactly what photos to get and is damn good at it. I’ve never felt more pretty then looking at these photos and I am so lucky to have her in our lives. Don’t even search for another photographer, she is the best!! ❤️

Kristen photographed our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. We love the photographs and we will cherish them for years to come. Kristen Weaver was a dream! Our photos are everything we wanted and more. She captured our wedding beautifully and did not miss a single detail. It is such an investment but it was worth every single penny! We will use her again for future photos as I know I will not be disappointed, and that is priceless! Kristen's pictures are amazing and her portfolio was very impressive, seemed well worth the higher prices. I highly recommend doing an engagement session even if you don't want the pictures. This gives the photographer an opportunity to get to know you and gives you an opportunity to make adjustments prior to the big day. The pictures we received were breath taking but I'm slightly disappointed in a few things that I expected for the price we paid. I specifically timed our wedding timeline around sunset, and didn't get any sunset pictures. It rained the day of our wedding and there were icky puddles throughout the venue, several of the formal pictures have these undesirable puddles in them, images had unsightly objects in the background, there were only 2 poses of the entire wedding party one of them looking disorderly. I would have preferred much more bride and groom formals. I take some of the blame for this, we were the first event for Kristen at our venue so she wasn't familiar with the site, and we were very adamant that we wanted to be at the cocktail hour for a little while which may have made her feel rushed. We are happy with the pictures we received, we just wish there were more pictures and more attention would have been paid to arrangement of people and background details.

Kristen was BEYOND a joy to work with - I honestly couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our special day! You can tell Kristen genuinely cares about each couple she works with based on the way she talks about them on her blog, and yet she still managed to surpass all my expectations! She thought of everything, she knew what she was doing, and she was just so enjoyable to be around! We will cherish those photos for the rest of our lives - THANK YOU KRISTEN!!!!

We had Kristen as a photographer for our wedding day and she was amazing. She was punctual and made sure we were on time with our schedule. She also tried to capture all special moments that we wanted and was very receptive to our ideas. We got our pictures back and were amazed with the results. Stephanie photographed our wedding day and engagement session. For our engagement session we chose a beach location and thoroughly loved working with her. Stephanie is professional and talented. She knows how to get the lighting just right and efficiently get “the” photo. After that, I was excited to have her photograph our wedding day. While I was getting ready and for the first look, it felt like we were just hanging out and she made the bridesmaid and I felt at ease. For the first look, my husband and l felt like it was still “our” moment even though there were several people watching. Stephanie gave us some direction, but kept it to a minim. After the ceremony we took just couple photos and had a blast – by that point it felt like a friend was taking photos of us in very fancy attire. After the wedding Kristen sent out the sneak peek photos and I almost started crying. They turned out amazing! Thank you Stephanie.

Kristen Weaver is the absolute BEST! Honestly, stop reading this review and just go hire her!.She makes even the most camera shy people feel comfortable, and she's so easy and fun to work with. We love all of the photos that she and Lacey did for us SO much. I've had other people take our photos, but no one has ever really captured us the way Kristen and her team has. There’s no one better than Kristen and her team! Since finding her in 2011 for our wedding, she and her team have photographed every event and holiday photo we’ve taken since. Kristen immediately (as in that same day!) calmed me down and helped get my new contract set up with her and her team. Hands down the best decision we made while wedding planning! Kristen and the whole team were awesome! We worked with Lacey as are day of photographer. She was great, attentive, patient and got the job done so we could enjoy the festivities! They really listened to me and my husband- we tired to keep it simple and they gave us some fantastic shots that we will treasure for ever! Perfect photographer (and assistant) for the perfect day! This review is long overdue. We got married last September at Casa Feliz. While looking at photos of the venue online, I found Kristen's work and have no regrets! She was on top of everything and so fun to have around on our wedding day. I couldn't wait to see the photos, and to my surprise, we didn't have to wait long at all. We were able to get a few photos within a day or so after the wedding. I ended up adding a boudoir session - so glad I did! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Kristen and her team are absolutely amazing! My sister used her for her wedding and the moment I got engaged I knew who I was calling. We did the engagement photos before the wedding so it helped my husband get comfortable in front of the camera and with Kristen. Wedding day can be stressful enough and then throw a camera in your face all day and you would think it would get old or be uncomfortable but Kristen NAILED it! I absolutely loved having her there while getting ready - she has it down to a science of how the flow should go, totally creative, and really just blended in (may sound strange but is exactly what you want). I cannot recommend Kristen Weaver enough! Kristen shot my sister’s wedding in the Spring of 2014 (album below titled: An Elegant Formal Wedding at Reunion Resort Grande Hotel in Orlando, FL). When we got engaged, I knew I definitely wanted Kristen for our wedding. I honestly didn’t look anywhere else. She has an incredible eye to shoot her photos so beautifully. She shot our engagement photos, my bridal portrait and our wedding. It was great to spend this extra time leading up to the wedding to get to know each other even better. It was very important for me to enjoy our photographer since you are with that person your entire wedding day. Kristen made us laugh and helped us feel comfortable. I am thrilled with how our pictures turned out. Look no further than Kristen!

I do not even know where to begin because I have so many wonderful things to say about Kristen and her team. When searching for my photographer with my wedding planner I was shown tons of real life wedding photos by many different photographers. I did not know names of photographers I just picked images that caught my immediate attention and that I loved. Almost every image I picked was Kristen's work and I knew I wanted to work with her team before I even met them. It speaks volumes about an artist when you can pick out their distinct style and work consistently without knowing it is theirs. Flash forward to me contacting Kristen, if I wasn't sold by her work already I would have been completely sold by her fun personality and professionalism. Kristen is so easy to work with and made the booking process easy. When we met Kristen for the first time in person at our crack of dawn engagement shoot at the beach she instantly made us feel comfortable and like we were old friends (which helps when you are essentially canoodling your fiance in front of a stranger). We received so many compliments on our engagement photos! Our wedding day went by so quickly but I cannot imagine having any other photographer around for so many of the intimate moments of the day. Kristen captured the true emotion of our wedding day and I can look back on my photos and remember exactly how I felt the moment she took the photo, this is a true gift. Gabe, Kristen's second shooter, put up with our groomsmen like a champ and he was also great to work with. If there is any question in your mind of who to work with, take it from me and work with Kristen. Kristen and her team will exceed your expectations in every way!

Kristen made us feel so comfortable and made our engagement session so much fun. I was attracted to the beautiful lighting and softness of Kristen's photos, and loved that her clients appear to be...well, themselves in their photos! I hate to get pro photos taken and feel like I look nothing like myself...I'm happy to say that Kristen perfectly captured my fiance and I, making us look gorgeous, but still like ourselves. Kristen made the process very easy, gave great direction and had speedy turn around with previews and digital downloads. I love her online system for booking and downloads. The community she has created for her clients is also super fun to be a part of! I'm sad that we aren't able to have her for our full wedding event, but am so glad that I got to work with her to capture this exciting time in our lives! Kristen is known for being one of the best, and I couldn't agree more with her reputation. She lives up to the hype!

We have really enjoyed working with Kristen and the KWP team! Patient, caring, and just fun to be around are three ways we would describe Kristen! We had a hectic day the day of our engagement pictures (as did Kristen!) and she still managed to help us enjoy ourselves and feel at ease and to capture beautiful shots. She even put up with our non-stop giggles and goofiness. Fast forward to our wedding day, and not only was the team everywhere all at once, but Kristen managed to wrangle in the entire wedding party and guests to get things done on a very tight timeline. She even managed to sneak in a few shots she new were super important to us. We just received our sneak peaks and are in love and can't wait to see more. Thank you to Kristen and the entire KWP team, we are so glad we chose you to share our big day with, and will be looking forward to sharing all of our big life events with you!

I LOVE KRISTEN!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! Kristen has been a joy from the very moment i first emailed her. I had her booked even before we had a date or venue, i couldn't imagine anyone else to work with. We actually booked an associate to shoot our wedding, and Stephanie was WONDERFUL. She arrived early the day of, made us feel comfortable, and always made great suggestions! Kristen and Stephanie absolutely made every element of the photos more special. Kristen answers email quickly, thoroughly, and she's always happy to help. i literally can't even say enough about how incredible the culture that KWP represents. Being from out of state, i booked all our vendors based on reputation and reviews, and KWP far and away surpasses everything i even could have imagined. Kristen’s work speaks for itself- it is phenomenal! But the person behind the lens is even better. Kristen Weaver is an absolute sweet heart and an extremely hard worker. From the moment she arrived to my venue, she got down to business. I am pretty sure not a single moment or detail was overlooked. I had a couple of guest who commented that she was everywhere! You spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day, it is important that you get a long with them. Kristen could get along with anyone. Great photos, great person, Kristen Weaver is the complete package.

I fell in love with Kristen's work by stalking her blog! She has a way of capturing couples in a beautiful natural way. From our first conversation she was so helpful and easy going. My husband is not exactly comfortable with being the center of attention or with being photographed. Kristen highly recommended an engagement session and it was perfect. She had a way of easing both of us into the session. Spending that time together made the wedding day photos feel very natural. It's obvious that Kristen was born to do photography. She is a true professional, through any hiccup she handles it calmly and efficiently. She also referred me to Table 6 Productions (Brooke Wright and Jackie Ross), having vendors that work well together and are friends made our entire wedding go smoother and feel more like a party! Amy was also an amazing part of her team. I couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies! It didn't hurt that Kristen's soon to be hubby Anthony was right by her side either! Ok...enough with the process. Kristen's photos....the proof of every detail we took the time to plan! Her photos are AMAZING! She not only captures the couple in their natural state, she can assist and pose you -if you are like us and need it :) I have had so much pleasure in sharing our photos and receive so many compliments. I have recommended her to my close friends and I am so thankful I found her.

If you're researching Kristen you have probably seen her work, which speaks for itself and is reason enough to hire her. However, you get so much more than AMAZING pictures from Kristen. KWP and team run a top notch business and everything from your first communication to your prints & album are consistent and of the highest quality. From engagement photos to boudoir photos to the wedding day, all communication, payment, meetings, etc is convenient and accommodating. Kristen becomes a friend throughout the process which is a priceless quality to offer a bride on her wedding day. Kristen's team for the wedding day included Rachel and Krista who are equally as likeable and all around awesome! They did so much more than take our pictures... they helped me get ready, pack up my stuff to take from the hotel to venue, offered tips and advice throughout the day, and even just sat and talked to me to make sure I was totally calm and happy. It really felt like they were 3 additional friends hanging out with us in the bridal suite! If you want peace of mind in knowing you have hired the best on your wedding day you should hire KWP :)

Photography was incredibly important to me for my wedding. I wanted to someone that was going to take beautiful pictures without them being too posed or abstract. I wanted beautiful colors and details of the people I loved and with someone I could really trust and not worry about at all. I found KWP by goggling "local organic photography" and as soon as I saw her pictures I immediately got in contact with her. I still look around but always came back to Kristen. I met with Kristen and signed up with her immediately. We also took engagement pictures with her as part of our package and I loved that she would be up for anything. Use our dogs? SURE! sitting in the road? LETS DO IT! stand in that bush of pretty flowers? WOO HOO! Kristen is also very visible and active in terms of social media so we could always keep in touch, I could see the other people pictures she was taking, and revisit our own pictures on her blog. I also want to say that both during our wedding and engagement pictures so would guide us to what would look good with our hands and where to look, but there was never any corny poses, or doing anything that felt inorganic. Finally, Kristen was just a great person to have around. She would make Ricky Bobby jokes, was efficient, even helped me get to my reception when my dress didn't fit in our get away car (oops!), when guests snuck into our reception space for our few minutes of quiet between the cocktail hour and reception she took care of it. Last but not least when I had some problems with my dress and alterations last minute she found some resources for me and helped me out. Get Kristen quick! Her secret is out and she's busy!

My husband and I are so happy that Kristen was a part of our wedding day! She is just such a fun person and so comfortable to be around. Talking to her felt like hanging out with an old friend. :) Not only does she have that awesome personality, her work is just amazing! BEAUTIFUL pictures, extremely creative and she truly captures your personality with every shot. My family and friends are constantly telling us how amazing our pictures are. I would recommend Kristen to everyone I know! And I definitely plan on using her again some day. :)
