eing both classic and modern at the same time - is what initially drew me to the KWP Masters group. But it was my initial call with Kristen when I knew it would be a perfect fit. I really appreciated that she took the time (a full hour!) to get to know me, find out what I was looking for, and understand the overall vibe/aesthetic of the wedding design. Details are very important to me so I loved how detail oriented she was too. We discussed color scheme, florals, and even created a full wedding day timeline to capture the best lighting in February. Mind you, this was well over a year in advance so I used this timeline for the rest of my planning! After the call, Kristen paired me with Gabby which was a perfect match!! By the end of our engagement shoot, Gabby already felt like a friend. She has an amazing eye and her calm demeanor really helped us (mainly, me - an anxious bride) stay relaxed during the shoot and also on the wedding day. The photos turned out unbelievably well and I'll cherish them forever. I truly can't thank Kristen, Gabby, and Whitney enough - they are an ELITE team who I would recommend to anyone. I hope they can continue capturing all of my family's big milestones to come!

I knew we wanted it to be an easy booking process(especially because ours was destination), timeless & a clean look for the pictures and someone who pays attention to the little details. he was encouraging and enthusiastic; we never felt awkward around her. I wish that I had a wall large enough to display every single photo she took - they really are all remarkable. She was also able to accommodate some very specific requests, like getting one photo with every single guest at the wedding in it - no easy feat! To top it all off, we received our 'sneak peek' (of over 100 photos!!!) just a few DAYS after the wedding. Having those to gush over on the honeymoon and share on social media was the icing on the cake. We are so grateful to Kristen, Stephanie, and the whole team for capturing our day the way we truly saw it.

We are so grateful for all these precious photos. Kristen and her team are very organized and send you a tentative timeline and booklet right from the very beginning. I knew I was working with a team of professionals from the get-go. You receive your photos earlier than the contract states, and she sends you previews/highlights from the wedding the week after. It was great to see some of the key moments so fast after the wedding! Can’t say enough, but she is worth it!

The photos I received from my engagement session as well as my wedding, are of the highest quality and I will cherish them forever. Due to COVID, I had to change my wedding date three times, and Kristen couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible to make sure everything worked out. If you are considering hiring KWP, do it. She did our engagement photos at Vizcaya in September, and it was blazingggg hot, and she had a smile on her face and positive attitude the whole time! She is just all around good vibes!!! Then Whitney and Gabby did our wedding photos this past weekend and Gabby was equally positive, friendly, and just a genuine delight to be around! They both blended right in with our crew, and were so professional and easy to work with! The photos have turned out BEAUTIFULLY (and we have not even gotten all of them back yet but omggg the ones we have seen from sneak peeks are amazinggg!). Her assistant shooter Mary was also wonderful to work with! While she wasn't in the spotlight, she captured a variety of details in the background and I am so thankful for her extra set of eyes. Overall, I would hire them 10x over and plan on using Stephanie for future events. Truly the best!!

orning of my wedding and we planned to take photos outside. Stephanie kept me calm and had backup locations for family photos for if it was to continue to rain. Fortunately it stopped raining when it was time to take bridal party photos, however it was wet everywhere. Gabrielle got towels from the hotel to soak up the wet puddles to ensure my wedding dress and my bridesmaids’ dresses wouldn’t get soaked. I have a large family, 25 total of my immediate family with 10 nieces and nephews ranging from newborn to 10 years old. My family kept complimenting how patient and efficient they were when we were taking family photos. At the beginning of cocktail hour, we were suppose to have thank you photos with the bride and groom with our photo booth company but there was a miscommunication with the company and our wedding coordinator. Whitney knew we were upset and jumped in to take photos for us immediately without us asking. We had so many compliments on our highlight photos from family and friends. They made our wedding look more beautiful than it really was. They captured all of the details and even candid photos. Can’t wait until we receive the rest of our photos. Highly recommend them!! Love, love, love!!!

we were looking for and really worked with us and our budget. She has clean, timeless photos and she was able to capture those candid moments with such artistry. Our first day meeting Kristen in person was on our wedding day, which can be a little scary for anyone! However, she swooped right in with ease. She was so professional, fit right in with the family, kind and funny, and provided my husband and I the right type of guidance to create special moments that we can cherish for years to come. My husband and I have never had professional photos done and boy are we awkward, but we felt so comfortable with Kristen. Her assistant Stephanie was also a dream. (Knowing my crazy family, I know they had to deal with a lot of craziness and I'm sure a lot went on behind the scenes). I also added on last minute to have Stephanie stay until our reception ended and they were so flexible. We had a very tight timeline (and in hindsight I wish I extended the time for our whole wedding because it flew by!) Kristen & Stephanie took that timeline and we were able to get all our family portraits very quickly. Having a tight timeline, I knew we weren't going to get all our must-have spots on the venue (which having our wedding at Bella Collina there is a lot of beautiful spots!) Kristen asked us in advance and the day of what was a priority and we trusted them when they said lets optimize all this beautiful weather, wind, and light and boy did it pay off! My husband and I are fairly flexible people and decided to go with it, and that is where Kristen Weaver Photography's creativity shines. They worked so well with our videographers. Every vendor I spoke to that asked me who my photographer resounded an excited "YES! You picked a great one!". I knew we were in great hands months in advance. I received so many texts/phone calls from my immediate family when they sent out these beautiful cards of some highlight photographs with a sweet note. We got a blogpost and highlight photos so quickly after our wedding. My mother still cries at these photos and thought the highlight was it. She just is bursting with joy that there are even more pictures coming! Kristen Weaver Photography goes above and beyond! You get what you paid for (plus more!) and it was so worth the cost to have amazing photos. I can definitely see myself reaching out to Kristen Weaver in the future and highly recommend her! pictures. This gives the photographer an opportunity to get to know you and gives you an opportunity to make adjustments prior to the big day. The pictures we received were breath taking but I'm slightly disappointed in a few things that I expected for the price we paid. I specifically timed our wedding timeline around sunset, and didn't get any sunset pictures. It rained the day of our wedding and there were icky puddles throughout the venue, several of the formal pictures have these undesirable puddles in them, images had unsightly objects in the background, there were only 2 poses of the entire wedding party one of them looking disorderly. I would have preferred much more bride and groom formals. I take some of the blame for this, we were the first event for Kristen at our venue so she wasn't familiar with the site, and we were very adamant that we wanted to be at the cocktail hour for a little while which may have made her feel rushed. We are happy with the pictures we received, we just wish there were more pictures and more attention would have been paid to arrangement of people and background details.

ten before the big day, so it was kind of like a trial run for me and my now husband. Her team is very friendly and easy to work with. Any time I had questions, they responded so quickly. Kristen and her team are very professional and will make sure you are happy with what shots you want and keeping you on track on your big day. She is also super friendly and fun to be around, which is important because you'll be spending a lot of time with her as your photographer. She will always make you feel comfortable and find the best shots that make you, your husband, and your wedding party look amazing!

While I was getting ready and for the first look, it felt like we were just hanging out and she made the bridesmaid and I felt at ease. For the first look, my husband and l felt like it was still “our” moment even though there were several people watching. Stephanie gave us some direction, but kept it to a minim. After the ceremony we took just couple photos and had a blast – by that point it felt like a friend was taking photos of us in very fancy attire. I found Kristen's work and have no regrets! She was on top of everything and so fun to have around on our wedding day. I couldn't wait to see the photos, and to my surprise, we didn't have to wait long at all. We were able to get a few photos within a day or so after the wedding. I ended up adding a boudoir session - so glad I did! Amazing, amazing, amazing!
