I had an amazing experience with Kristin for my fall 2023 wedding! I would highly recommend her for bridal and bridesmaid hair and makeup!
First, she is super responsive via email...
and even had a responder set to let you know her working hours and typical response times (I wish all of my vendors did this!). From the very beginning, she was so positive, organized, and professional. She sent multiple timeline options and talked me through the pros and cons of each, which was super helpful. She ended up finding a 2nd artist (Charlie, who was awesome!) so that we could start a little later and finish sooner.
I had a great time chatting with her in person at my trial and knew that she would be a great fit to have with us getting ready on the day-of. She is so personable and made me feel at-ease. She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for the trial, and did a great job of explaining what she was doing and why. I truly felt like my hair and makeup was tailored to me, not a cookie cutter bridal look. After the trial, I decided to change a couple of things and she explained how those would impact wear and veil placement so that I knew everything before choosing the final look!
On the day of the wedding, she was there early and got to work right away! She even stayed calm when we accidentally tripped the breaker in the older home the bridal suite was in. She and Charlie made up for the lost time easily because she was so organized with the timeline and built in time for some delays.
My hair and makeup somehow looked even better than the trial and she incorporated all of the changes I asked for! I looked like an elevated version of myself! The hair and makeup lasted all day even though I am a crier and my hair has trouble holding curl. She even gave me a small sample of lip products to touch up, though I barely needed to. I was so happy with the final look! It looked good in person and in photos, which has been a challenge when I have been in other weddings.
Overall, Kristin and Charlie did 4x bridesmaid hair, 1x bridesmaid makeup, and my hair and makeup. Even with all of those services and a delay, the day went smoothly and we were done right on time! They were both so outgoing and chatty, it felt like we had two more friends with us getting ready.
I would highly recommend Kristin for hair and makeup for your big day!
I can't say enough great things about Kristin. From when I was first communicating with her through to my wedding day, she was absolutely fabulous. She promptly replied to inquirie...
s and was so personable. When it came time for my trial, I had general ideas and pictures for what I liked, and she created a look that was better than anything I could think of myself. She did a wonderful job with hair and makeup for me and my sister, makeup for my maid of honor, and hair for my mother. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and the hair and makeup lasted all day. Not to mention that she's just such a fun person to be around!
Kristin is the absolute best! From the beginning she made me feel comfortable, confident, and ready for my wedding day. Her and her team were professional, fun, and talented!! She ...

SUPER HAPPY with Kristin's work!!! I used Kristin as the makeup artist for my wedding and the final product was gorgeous! I felt confident, beautiful, and my look lasted all nigh...
t (which is of course, super important).
Even the trial was so much fun! Kristin has a great sense of humor and makes it a very enjoyable experience. She works with you and communicates well to get you to your goal look.
I also want to note that Kristin made our moms look so beautiful! Accentuating their natural beauty and making sure they felt confident and special, too!
I honestly don't think I could begin to write a review that would tell you how amazing Kristin is. From the first time I met her for my trials I knew she was something special. She...
actually was not my first trial but in minutes I knew she would be my last. First off, she's an amazing person that I found I had a lot in common with.
But for the things everyone else is concerned with.. she is very professional. She is affordable. She kept in contact with me for all appointments, contracts (changes to contracts due to reduced wedding party), and the day of. She was even super chill when I had changed my mind about my hairstyle that we had done the trial with.
Let me tell you, I do not wear makeup hardly at all. I showed her pics (Pinterest) and she not only brought the ideas to life.. she made me look great! I am usually a self conscious person but after she did my hair and makeup.. I actually thought I looked beautiful. This is a huge thing for me. That alone would make me hire her again. But, she was also so friendly, hilarious, and dealt fabulously with the mothers of the wedding party. (Also a feat in itself)
If you're looking for someone down to earth with out of this world skills, look no further. She's worth every penny
Words can not describe how AMAZING Kristin is! She truly is an artist. She turned this gremlin into a beauty. During my trail,, I told Kristin what I had in mind and she was able t...
o accomplish that 1000x times better than I imagined. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why.
Wedding day she killed it! Everyone was in LOVE with their make up and it lasted all night.
Stop searching and book now.
I initially met Kristin when she did my hair and makeup for a photo shoot. After talking to her for a few minutes, I just felt like we clicked! She is such a free-spirit and so fu...
n to be around. I'm so amazed by her talent--she seemed to be doing things on the fly and somehow was just making magic happen. She made me feel like a true princess and the pictures from the shoot turned out so amazing.
When my fiancé and I realized we wanted to get married sooner than later, I knew I wanted Kristin to do my hair and makeup. But with less than 2 months’ notice, I held my breath and sent an inquiry to Kristin. The rain dance I did to the hair and makeup gods worked—Kristin responded saying It was her only available day left in April!!
Kristin is very responsive and organized. She sent over a timeline and prep tips for the wedding prep.
I was a nervous wreck the morning of my wedding, but Kristin kept me at ease! My girlfriends and I loved getting ready with Kristin and Kayla (hair stylist that Kristin brought with her). They are super fun and made everyone feel special and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
I am so thankful and lucky that Kristin was there to help make my wedding day be the most magical day! I cannot recommend her enough!
Kristin was very responsive to all of my questions and a joy to talk to. She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. I changed my mind on my hair the day of the wedding and she...
just rolled with it and made it look amazing. We tweaked how we wanted my makeup and I don’t regret going “full sultry!” It looked amazing in photos and she did an amazing job. All of our bridal party and my Mom also looked so amazing. I haven’t seen my mom as beautiful as she was in a long time. My Dad was smiling on her beauty from heaven! The only thing I would change is that I wish that for my makeup trial we had actually put fake eyelashes on so that I could see how it would look with my makeup. I would 100% recommend working with Kristin and would HAPPILY have her do my hair/makeup again. Thank you for everything Kristin! You’re the best!!
Kristin is a ROCKSTAR!!!

day of the wedding she was fantastic. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was no easy task and she was so flexible and patient with me through the entire process. I LOVED getting my hair and make up done by her, it was like I was just chatting with an old friend and then before you know it an hour had gone by! Truely incredibe from start to finish, everyone looked amazing. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone and everyone I know that needs hair and make up done.

d to what I wanted and even made a bunch of last minute changes when I asked her to. She was punctual and fun to talk to and, most importantly, she did a fantastic job with our makeup. I felt beautiful and confident all day long. I will definitely be using Kristin's services again the next time I need to feel extra beautiful and glamorous. I could not recommend her more!
Kristin is amazing hair and makeup artist in addition to being an all around amazing person! From our first conversation, I immediately felt comfortable and confident that Kristin ...
understood what it was that I was looking to achieve. She was incredibly flexible with my very busy schedule in accommodating my trial with short notice and I was beyond pleased with the final look. She uses high quality products that stood the tests of many hours of running about, food, drinks and happy tears. She was also very professional and conscious of safety guidelines given the current pandemic. She was such a pleasure to have as part of our special day! If you want great makeup and hair, great conversation and lots of laughs look no further!
I can only give 5 stars on this platform, but if I could give Kristin 10 stars, I would. I've never had my makeup done professionally (in fact, I virtually never wear it) so I had ...
no idea what to expect when hiring someone for my wedding - but wow, am I glad I found Kristin. I hired to do wedding hair and makeup + a trial, and the rest of her reviews don't lie: She is an utter professional. Without much guidance from me, she knew exactly what to do to give me a simple, natural, and classic look. She even worked with me to land my trial on the morning of another friend's wedding so I didn't have to let my trial look go to waste. She is incredibly fun and easy to be around, a wonderful communicator, and most importantly, she was gracious, kind, and flexible while our wedding plans kept changing this year due to COVID. Like many couples, we switched gears from a 150-person wedding to an elopement, which involved a date change and a reduction in the size of our contract, and she took it all in stride. To boot, she was somehow able to do my hair and makeup in a way that didn't look out of place on a windy, 3,000-ft mountain peak in Shenandoah. Kristin is also taking COVID precautions very seriously, which is so important when you are spending time indoors and in such close quarters with someone. Lastly, there's no question in my mind that she's just the coolest gal in the business. I basically can't wait until I have another excuse to hire her again. So trust me, and trust all of Kristin's other reviews: If you're looking for a badass makeup artist (and she truly is an artist) to give you a classic and timeless look for your wedding or any other important event, hire her immediately.

e for our wedding, my mind always came back to her. She is a super cool person and can make anyone look like supermodel/princess. My bridesmaids loved their makeup and so did I! We really liked the hair and makeup schedule she sent us to prepare for the day. She also did a great job of being mindful of COVID precautions - she (and Charlie the hairstylist she brought) both wore facemasks and had us fill out a form to make sure we weren't putting them / and they weren't putting us at risk. My bridesmaids and I wore masks the entire time (except for foundation and lip). Thank-you Kristin & Charlie for making me & my bridesmaids (& my Mom!) look fabulous on my wedding day!!!!
Kristin wasn’t my original hair stylist for my wedding, but thanks to Covid and switching dates, I had the absolute pleasure of working with her on my special day - and I’m SO GLAD...
this worked out the way it did! During my trial, she was able to do two styles for me and I was in love with how my hair turned out! I didn’t have the best trial with my original hair stylist, so after leaving my appointment with Kristin I was so relieved. She also KILLED it on my wedding day! My hair turned out better than expected and she took the time so make sure every piece looked perfect! She is the nicest person and I can’t recommend her enough!
Kristin is an outgoing, free spirited, positive vibes, and overall a great person to have on your wedding day. Her professionalism and make up quality is the best I’ve ever seen. I...
had so many compliments on my make up even after all the tears I’ve cried and cake in my face my make up never smeared. Even my hair stay put with all the veil pulling due to wind , and all the dancing I did. I definitely recommend Kristin for your big day to make you the most beautiful bride. She is worth it!

earing my ideas. Not to mention, she really did help me feel at ease during the trial and the day of the wedding.
Kristin rolled with the punches when I wanted to do a TOTALLY different bridal hairstyle from what we did at my trial. She just nailed what I was describing on the first try. Kristin's team also did an amazing job helping my bridesmaids look their best as well-- in fact, we finished ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated!
If you're considering Kristin, just go a head and reach out to her already! She's a total professional that will work with you to achieve the look you want for your big day. Thank you Kristin!
Kristin and her team are the best. She quickly became one of my favorite vendors to work with and made the morning of my wedding SO fun and stress-free. All of my bridesmaids raved...
about her work (as well as the work of Charlie and Kayla, the two artists she brought with her). I always appreciated as much detail as possible in correspondence (as a bride, you don't know what you don't know!!), and so Kristin's detailed explanations were always appreciated. You can tell she spends a lot of time making sure that her clients are comfortable and happy. Her work was exceptional - my hair, makeup and lipstick lasted ALL NIGHT even on a warm June day, even through sweating, tears, and dancing. You won't regret having Kristin or her associates!
Kristin was great to work with from start to finish. She was responsive via email, calls, and texts and helped me through an emergency wax burn as well! Did a great job on wedding ...
makeup and it stayed all night. Only thing that faded some was the lipstick near the end of the night what was expected. She did a great job on my hair as well and listened to my thoughts to make sure it was what I wanted. My bridesmaids also got their hair done and loved it. Overall very happy with the service received by Kristin!

ok for. I had little to no idea what I wanted my makeup to look like on my wedding day (other than a red lip), and wasn’t sure where to begin my search for the perfect makeup artist. After lots of Instagram searching, I came across Kristin. Her work seemed incredible, and so I reached out. From our first conversation to set up a trial to the very end of my wedding prep, Kristin was amazing. We instantly hit it off, and I can truly say she is one of the people who made my special day extra memorable. On wedding day, Kristin arrived bright and early to set up, and kept all of us girls laughing the entire day. Something to note: she is incredibly meticulous. From setup to cleanup, there is not a single detail that isn’t well planned. She is incredible! She made sure everyone looked absolutely stunning, and truly wanted each girl to be comfortable and happy with the finished product. I was not 100% sure what I wanted, and she put together a more perfect look than I could have hoped for. From the time she arrived to the time she calmed me down when I was starting to feel the nerves set in, she truly felt like one of the girls on my wedding day! Kristin – I cannot thank you enough for everything! You are fabulous!

dding and she had no problem that I was her only girl to style. As a person who doesn't wear makeup normally, Kristin made me look my absolute best self! She helped me go a bit bolder with the lip stick and eyebrows which totally made the perfect look for my bridal portraits! My hair was perfection! Kristin took the images I sent her for my hair style and made it into something that was so classic and me. Everyone kept saying I was made for a wedding magazine with my hair and makeup! I felt like the most confident and beautiful version of myself! Kristin was so easy and fun to work with. She was a huge help to me on the wedding day - getting me to relax and just breathe. I would recommend her for any wedding big or small because she is such a calming professional presence! I cannot wait till the next time I have a special event and I can call on her to give me a great look! Kristin- thank you for everything! You were so AMAZING!
