On June 26th Desiree and Jen came to our hotel in Fairfield to do hair and make up for my bridal party and family. Desiree and Jen were the perfect addition to my wedding day morning. They were extremely professional and prompt and arrived at the hotel an hour early just to make sure they beat the Friday rush hour traffic! When they arrived they made everyone feel 110% comfortable and excited to have their hair and make up done. They coordinated their timing very well so that everyone was ready right on time, but also took their time to make sure that each of the girls was 110% satisfied with their hair and make up. Not only were Desiree and Jen professional, prompt, timely, and accommodating, but they were also very flexible. Several months before my wedding I came into the salon for a hair and make-up trial. I absolutely loved the finished product and was sure that I had made up my mind on how I wanted my hair and make up on my wedding day. Well, I had thought wrong! The morning of my wedding I had decided to totally change the look of my hair (from half up half down to a creative updo) and had decided to alter a few make up details. Desiree and Jen were so graceful about my decision and I was so happy with the final product! I have been a client of Desiree’s at Kristina Michele Salon for the past 7 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with her work and attention to detail. I am so happy that Desiree and Jen were part of my wedding day and I could not have asked for two more awesome girls to make our wedding prep amazing. Jen even dried my anxious pre-wedding tears while doing my make-up and comforted me with her own wedding day stories. I plan to be a returning customer for years to come and would gladly recommend Kristina Michele Salon to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service, awesome hair stylists, and fabulous make up artists!
