From the moment I reached out expressing interest until the very last minute of our wedding, Kristina's team was absolutely amazing. We shared the idea of wanting a taco bar, and they absolutely ran with it. The communication was constant and constructive, the pricing was fair, the staff was incredible, and the food was AMAZING. We were able to come for a complimentary tasting, and even brought a friend along. At this tasting, they prepared the appetizers we selected as well as the entire taco bar, followed by some complimentary desserts in case we wanted to add. I cannot express how amazing this food was. I dream of the risotto arancini balls we selected. Their team was also incredibly accommodating of food allergies and dietary restrictions. They were patient when we needed to pick up napkins. Truly every single encounter we had with Krisitna, Nicole and team was flawless and enjoyable. Furthermore, we had minimally 10 people come up to us and say this was the best wedding food they ever had. Not only did they keep everything fresh and warm, but they arranged it in a way where folks could do a build-your-own style. The final lasting touch was a thoughtful card and gift basket they arranged for us. It meant so much to us. Like I said at the beginning, there truly aren't enough positive things I can say about this vendor. I would recommend them to anyone hosting a large event. staff was extremely friendly & fully invested in the wedding (they literally cheered when I walked in!!!). The food was OUTSTANDING, it even traveled well (we loved it at the tasting but we’re nervous maybe it wouldn’t meet our set expectations, but it did). Everyone gushed about the appetizers & how unique they were, the chicken & waffles were the biggest hit! Considering we did the full service it was expensive but it was worth it at the end of the day! Only suggest is make sure whoever is in charge of your wedding is who talks to them (my MIL was their main point of contact), we had a few things get lost in translation when going from person to person to person.

David and Brigette the bartenders, would hear me saying "I have to go get another aperol spritz and I would turn around and it was already there! The serving staff was fantastic! They personally made sure everyone in the wedding party were served food and drink during the long photo sessions. If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend Kristina's catering! I will book them again, no question!!!! Seriously, look no further!

to finalize our choices. We went with filet, airline chicken, and eggplant parmesan. WOW, did Kristina's blow us away!! I have no idea how they cooked almost 200 filets PERFECTLY - but they did! The meat was tender, the vegetables were crisp, and the presentation was beautiful and colorful. Also, the portions were so big! I have a huge Italian family who is very picky about food and they are still raving about Kristina's (over a month later). My husband's family is Korean and Kristina's even came up with some Korean inspired appetizer options for us which was so thoughtful! Our guests LOVED them! The servers were professional, timely, and always had smiles on their faces! We cannot recommend Kristina's Catering enough!

The tasting dinner was incredible and the staff were so friendly and helpful, we knew immediately that Kristina’s was the right choice. It’s not just a business- they are food people too. Through the whole process they were responsive and offered much-needed guidance, as well as working hard to accommodate our requests. Day of… wow. Liz, our catering manager, was on top of everything. She and all the staff know their business so well; they are extremely professional but also fun and friendly! They made sure that the wedding party and our photographer had appetizers and drinks to enjoy while we did our photos after the ceremony, which made that so much more pleasant! And of course, the appetizers were incredible. At dinner, my husband and I never had to get up for food or drinks- the staff made sure we always had anything we wanted. I can’t overstate how helpful that was. They also served our cake and our late-night snack, which made all of that run smoothly. For cleanup, our venue manager was so impressed- she said it was the cleanest any caterer has ever left the site. Throughout the evening we received so many compliments about Kristina’s, and now, months later, our guests are still raving- about the food AND the service. So many people told us they have never had such good food at a wedding, or such incredible service. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard someone comment on the service at a reception before, so it was unexpected for that to be such a standout thing, but it was- the staff really did help make the day even better for all of us. If you’re undecided, I assure you that you can wait and have your tasting dinner after booking, if you need one at all… everything is delicious. Working with Kristina’s was the best choice we made for our wedding!

And they worked so well helping me with my dietary restrictions have the best wedding meal I could! Liz, Joan, and Kristina all provided exactly what we needed and then things we didn't know we needed too. And they offered the opportunity to donate the extra food from the wedding, which was just above and beyond, and exactly what I wanted (and hoped) would be possible.

was circling with trays of lovely & delicious appetizers and the bartenders were quickly serving guests. The guests were called by table to the dinner buffet which contained the best roasted vegetables and beef brisket I've ever tasted. The dessert display after dinner was so beautiful, and I've never seen such an incredible collection of little desserts - I wanted to try them all, but there were too many to choose from. All in all, amazing food and gorgious presentation. A hard working, efficient and very pleasant staff made the event flow smoothly. Kristina even stopped over to check on us.
