In reading reviews, I thought this was a site to review wedding flowers so not sure why someone would post about funeral flowers.

ing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The reception was downstairs at Bel Air Bowl in Belleville and if I hadn’t known better it felt like being at the Ritz Carlton surrounded by all the beautiful flowers. Krupp florist has wonderful designers! Impressive work made for wonderful pictures! Kudos to Krupp Florist.

Whomever I spoke with on the phone was oh so nice and was going to make it right - - oh we’re so sorry we would never use dead flowers and yes let me call you back and we will replace these or we will completely credit the people that had sent them. Let me get back to you. Never heard from anyone. I called back on Monday. Whomever I spoke with had a completely different attitude and was not going to replace the TWO arrangements that were dead and would only credit senders 25%. Advised her that I spoke with someone and they were going to replace or they were going to fully credit. Her response was let me get back to you. I never heard from anyone and so I just called back. Whoever I spoke with on the phone had a foul attitude and said they were not going to replace the flowers as I live out of town and would only credit the senders 25%. Let me ask you, this does this seem fair? These are two separate arrangements both are dead. This is really sad because Krupp’s used to have a very fine reputation when I was a child growing up there. It’s sad to say but I cannot recommend them. On another note, I personally worked with Steven Mueller Florist who created two beautiful standing sprays that are still fresh and alive.

had roses everywhere, and my blush pink rose bouquet was to die for. Nancy at Krupp even set up pew decorations at the church, helped the men pin on their boutonnieres, and went to the reception venue with flower decorations. I am so pleased with them. I cannot wait to get our photos back and see how gorgeous all of the flowers were!

She asked me to send her my wedding colors and any inspiration that I had found thus far before I even met with her. When I arrived at our consultation, she had brought a variety of flowers and she put together the flowers in little sample bouquets so I could really visualize them! I was so impressed with the service and then equally impressed with the price--it was lower than all the other florists that I had visited.
Then at the wedding, Nancy had everything set up before I even got there and helped pin on all the guys' boutonnieres. We also had a few grandparents not show up so she found a way to incorporate the extra flowers into our decor. The photographer got a picture of her handing me my bouquet and I have the biggest smile as I saw it for the first time because it turned out so beautiful and unique. Both ladies that work there are so helpful and genuinely nice! The flowers were fresh and BEAUTIFULLY presented...with all the crystals and the ribbon wrapping!
