If I could possibly give no stars I would! Two separate flower arrangements lasted approximately 8 hours -one day after my mothers funeral. I called Krupp’s the following day to ask them to replace or credit the senders. Whomever I spoke with on the phone was oh so nice and was going to make it right - - oh we’re so sorry we would never use dead flowers and yes let me call you back and we will replace these or we will completely credit the people that had sent them. Let me get back to you. Never heard from anyone. I called back on Monday. Whomever I spoke with had a completely different attitude and was not going to replace the TWO arrangements that were dead and would only credit senders 25%. Advised her that I spoke with someone and they were going to replace or they were going to fully credit. Her response was let me get back to you. I never heard from anyone and so I just called back. Whoever I spoke with on the phone had a foul attitude and said they were not going to replace the flowers as I live out of town and would only credit the senders 25%. Let me ask you, this does this seem fair? These are two separate arrangements both are dead. This is really sad because Krupp’s used to have a very fine reputation when I was a child growing up there. It’s sad to say but I cannot recommend them. On another note, I personally worked with Steven Mueller Florist who created two beautiful standing sprays that are still fresh and alive.

We had an amazing experience with Krupp Florist! Nancy was a joy to work with. Delivery and set up went smoothly. They kept in communication every step of the way. And most importantly, our flowers were breathtaking. We received so many compliments. Thank you, Krupp!

I told Nancy what my basic wants for the flowers were, and she went above and beyond with it! I had no real idea what the flowers would look like until I went to pick them up, and the surprise was great! The corsages and boutineers were well crafted, my ladies' bouquets were beautiful. My bouquet was more gorgeous than I could have hoped for, never thought I'd cry over flowers!

Krupp was so great to work with. We knew during our first meeting that we were going to book them. Our entire wedding theme was simple & elegant, and our flowers were just that! We had roses everywhere, and my blush pink rose bouquet was to die for. Nancy at Krupp even set up pew decorations at the church, helped the men pin on their boutonnieres, and went to the reception venue with flower decorations. I am so pleased with them. I cannot wait to get our photos back and see how gorgeous all of the flowers were!
