If you are considering dance lessons - go here! The staff is absolutely wonderful and incredibly talented! I’ve danced before but my Husband has zero dance experience and you would have no idea after our 10 lessons with Lindsey and Chris. In fact, our guests were saying WE should teach lessons after they saw our first dance! Huge thank you to everyone at this studio! My husband and I are not dancers by any means but with the help this studio we survived our first dance! The instructors made our dance lessons fun and were very knowledgeable. They helped us come up with our own little routine that wasn’t too challenging for us non-dancers. We really enjoyed attending our private lessons and the group classes (we bought a package that contained both). Thanks again!

Neither myself nor my husband are what you would call dancers. We had no idea what we wanted to do for our first dance, but we did know we didn't want to get out there and look like middle schoolers swaying awkwardly in place for 2+ minutes. So, we signed up for classes with Debbie at Krystal Ballroom, and we could not be happier with our decision. Debbie worked with us, steering us in the right direction from day 1 - which meant choosing a new first dance song!! She worked with us to develop a beautiful first dance, from entrance to exit, and her encouragement and instruction instilled in both of us the confidence that we really needed to ensure that our first dance would be anything but the awkward middle school sway we so desperately wanted to avoid. In the end, our first dance was absolutely perfect. We even had a quite a few couples ask us where we took lessons, and we were happy to tell them it was with Debbie at Krystal Ballroom! In fact, we now plan on continuing classes and broadening our repetoire. We may end up using them sparingly throughout our life - perhaps more in our kitchen than on a real dance floor - but it is more than worth it to us. Thank you!!

My husband and I, particularly my husband, are not the most coordinated people in the world. I love to dance but in no world would consider myself "good" at dancing. When we first got engaged we often talked about how awkward the "first dance" can be for the married couple and guests alike. As two people who don't particularly care for having too much attention on us, we could only imagine how much more awkward the dance would be. We decided to take lessons just to help with that. The more we talked we decided to do something unexpected, a fast paced first dance, to really set the tone or our wedding. Krystal ballroom was the answer to our left-footed prayers. Debbie, our teacher, was kind and very patient with us as each week we fumbled across the floor. She helped us to learn a routine that fit our style and abilities and it made all the difference. Our first dance was a hit. We told no one about it or the dance lessons to keep it a surprise (and in case we backed out haha). Every guest loved it and it made everything more fun. I am so happy we didn't go with the tried and true 8th grade shuffle. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our weekly "date night." it was nice to learn to actually dance and believe we will continue to take lessons for the fact that it was just fun. Krystal Ballroom is definitely a recommended experience and was one of the best decisions we made.
