Extremely disappointed in the service with this vendor. We used this transport for our wedding day and extended the hours prior to the event due to the forecast. From the beginning, the driver dropped us off at the wrong location. This was fine initially as it was a simple mistake and around the corner from the church. However, when I pointed the church out to the driver, he became argumentative. Instead of coming back after the ceremony to the location I had instructed him to, he parked at the same wrong location so he was not visible from the church. Most of my guests walked in the cold rain because the van was not visible. It wasn't until we walked a block down the street that we saw him parked around a corner. When I attempted to address the issues with the company, I was notified they could not help me as they have a 72-hour policy stating all issues must be sent in 72-hours after the event. I was out of the country on my honeymoon the following week so they refused to assist in any way. We were not notified of this policy prior and I did not see it included anywhere on our contract. I asked the management team to point this policy out on our paperwork and I have yet to hear back from them. I would not recommend this vendor if you're looking to have reliable transport.
