When it comes to Krystal and her work there are not enough synonyms for AMAZING. I hired her for my wedding and post wedding shoot well over a year ahead of time because I have been following her since the beginning (literally) and I couldn’t NOT have her.. Literally, the best part of my wedding is the pictures y’all! She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s so polite and fun and she makes you feel like you’re a queen (or king). I was so afraid that my husband’s face would be weird in all the pictures because he is just not a fan of pictures… there is not ONE bad picture in the whole thing! Of anyone! And did I mention her timeliness?! She arrived half an hour early on both days and then I got sneak peek pictures in a little over 24 hours! THAT IS UNHEARD OF. If you need a photographer, you need Krystal! Hands down. I would hire again and again and again.

Literally one of the best people I've ever met. I hired Krystal January of 2019 and she has been the most magnificent person to work with. She sent us helpful guides and her own personal wedding planning book. She facetimed me to help me literally plan the schedule of my wedding and talk me through some other planning because I don't live in town. She is so organized, she had a collection of the pictures types I wanted, a list of the exact family pictures I wanted in photographs, and even wanted to come to the rehearsal so she could practice the space to find the best angles for pictures. 30 days before our wedding she sent us a card with a Starbucks giftcard telling us to relax and have a cup of coffee on her! And then BOOM, Covid-19 hit like a hurricane and my wedding was canceled. But that's not all! Krystal then offered us a full refund but having already taken so much of her time I had to meet her so we arranged to have a bride and groom only photo session which had to be rescheduled several times due to Covid. So FINALLY we met in May and my goodness did she go above and BEYOND! First she offered to do it on her land since all public parks and venues were still shut down. Then she had her husband build an archway and set up a couch out in middle of nowhere Louisiana to give us a "wedding". My photos turned out soooo beautiful and my "wedding day" ended up being full of fun and laughter with Krystal Breaux Troutt, her husband, and our parents. THEN to top it off she sent us a full set of prints of our wedding photos in an engraved box with our names and "wedding date" in addition to a fancy flashdrive engraved with her company with of all the digital photos. She really was so fantastic we had to venmo her an extra tip because she just went so far above and beyond. Especially compared to my friend's experiences with their photographers that they paid near triple for and their responses to Covid were so subpar to how Krystal treated us.

I found Krystal by perusing theknot.com and loved her brightness and photo composition. I contacted her and she immediately got back in touch with me. She is communicative and open to your ideas. I had a grand vision I wanted and she was so excited to provide me not only the normal shots but those special shots to really allow me to get what I wanted. I wanted typical LA shot here in BR, and she scouted multiple locations and gave me gorgeous swamp photos and gorgeous cypress with moss photos. I am not even sure I can pick they all turned out so well. She also really got the details of our small backyard wedding and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Krystal for all your photo needs!

It is hard to know where to begin! I guess you could say I "randomly" found Krystal here through the Knot website while looking for photographers for our wedding... but I believe God truly put her in our path!! She was meant to photograph the most important day of our lives and we could not be more thrilled with the results! Krystal photographed my bridal portraits and our wedding day... she made us feel so comfortable with her sweet and bubbly personality! Krystal's attention to detail is incredible! She truly has a gift for photography and her talent shines through! On our wedding day, she was SO focused doing her thing and did not miss a beat the whole night! She even made the extra effort to memorize names in our bridal party (and we had 10 on each side!), and this is one of the many reasons we are so grateful for her and will be sharing her name with anyone in need of a photographer in the years to come!! Beautiful, blown - away pictures every time! Krystal is simply WONDERFUL to work with! She has a very outgoing personality and gets just as excited for your special days as you are! Shes very helpful and creative! also very patient and makes sure your pictures turn out EXACTLY the way you want! She’s willing to try any ideas you can come up with on your own too to make the pictures Be unique to your specific style or taste! She took our engagement pictures, my bridal portraits, and our wedding photos and every time I am simply blown away! No matter the circumstances, she makes sure you are 100% satisfied with the out come!

My husband and I reached out to Krystal for a detailed engagement session, since we decided to do a private ceremony, we used the pictures in place of formal wedding pictures. I can not say enough good about Krystal or the images she captured. Krystal is sweet and makes the photoshoot so comfortable. Our pictures were gorgeous, and our smiles were genuine because we laughed the whole time with her. You can tell she truly loves what she does in her enthusiasm. She is extremely talented and has a natural eye for capturing the most perfect pictures- I was blown away by the detail that brought us to life in our pictures. She is extremely reasonable in pricing & her turnaround was faster than anything I could have imagined. I can’t thank her enough for pictures I will treasure forever.

My wedding photos were absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Less than flawless photos (i.e. a boutonniere mishap, a random head peeking out) were all edited to perfection. Krystal provided me the personal attention I needed and the professionalism I expected. Her amazing skills and creativity far surpass the value she provides her brides. It was a blessing to have found her.

Krystal did our wedding, my bridals, engagement pictures and another photo shoot for me and for everyone of them she has been the best! Not only is she an amazing photographer but she definitely makes you feel comfortable under the camera. I HIGHLY recommend her for any and all photo needs!

Krystal was AMAZING. I don't have enough words to describe how much I love my engagement and wedding pictures. Not to mention, mine was only her second wedding - if she was that good on her second wedding, I can only imagine how much better she's gotten. Some of the shots she captured still bring tears to my eyes. Krystal's services are worth way more than what she's charging, that's for sure. I have friends who paid 4-5 times what I did and didn't get half of the shots that Krystal did. She was always open to my ideas, and sat down with me to discuss exactly what I wanted - and got it all. There is no contest - CHOOSE KRYSTAL to be your wedding photographer! You won't regret it!

My wife found Krystal after another photographer, who was booked, reccomended her. BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN. She was the photographer that we were meant to have, and I would not have wanted to work with anyone else. Not only was she so sweet and easy to work with, she has an amazing creative eye and her attention to detail was spot on. Everything you want in a photographer she has! But she went beyond that and accommodated all of our requests. When we realized we would need her for over an hour more than we initially booked her for she was there for us, and worked out the details quickly and made what could have been a stressful situation easy. Then, we got the photo sneaks back and it confirmed what we already knew, she was amazing. The pictures are the one thing that will last forever and she captured things we wouldn't have even thought of and they were so beautiful! I would not only highly recommend Krystal to anyone else but also plan to book with her in the future.
