Krystal was great shooting my Christmas cards! She was so bubbly and creative! Very helpful in creating different visions for these photos. I have two not so easy cats and we wanted them in the pictures. She was very helpful in getting them to look at the camera and creating the perfect family photo! The pictures came out amazing and the cards were the talk of my Christmas dinner table! Will definitely use Krystal in the future! Thank you for the amazing photos! Can’t wait for next year!

The excitement of finally being able to commemorate our union in the presence of our loved ones was marred by the services provided by Miss Alexis, leaving us with a sense of loss for what was supposed to be a day of unbridled happiness. In anticipation of this long-awaited celebration, we entrusted Miss Alexis with the responsibility of capturing the moments we were compelled to postpone. Our agreement with Krystalina Media included a detailed outline of the photography services, underpinned by a $500 deposit and an equal final payment. However, the delivery fell short of our expectations. Not only were there issues accessing the photo files, but the quality of the images captured did not reflect the significance of the occasion. Efforts to resolve these shortcomings through communication were met with promises that remained unfulfilled. Despite sending a high-capacity SSD to facilitate the transfer of our wedding media, a response or resolution from Miss Alexis became increasingly elusive. Our patience and understanding were met with silence, prompting us to dispute the final payment with our credit card company. Their investigation affirmed our concerns, concluding that Krystalina Media did not honor the terms of our agreement. The passage of time has not diminished the sadness we feel for the way our vow renewal was affected by these events. The credit card dispute, while necessary, offered little solace for the emotional impact of this experience. Sharing our story is not only a step toward closure but a cautionary tale for other couples seeking to capture their special moments. As we reflect on our journey from a pandemic-eluded wedding to a vow renewal meant to reclaim our moment, the lessons learned have been invaluable, albeit painful. Our hope is that by sharing our experience, we can prevent others from enduring similar disappointment. The memory of our vow renewal remains bittersweet, a testament to our love’s endurance and a reminder of the vigilance needed when entrusting others with its celebration.
