From set-up location for his equipment, pronunciation of the bridal party names for the reception grand entrance, and special considerations to be aware of, Kyle had everything down on the initial intake form, and it made us comfortable working with him knowing he's done this many times before! Once we hopped on the call, he helped us customize our wedding to what we wanted. We wanted specific timestamps in our walkout song and first dance song, and he was able to edit the songs to play only the parts we wanted. We also didnt want alot of profanity in our dance floor songs and he was able to find alot of the popular songs that bleep out the words or found other good songs. We also wanted to do some fun things like a wedding game, cake cutting with a Sword, and an "auction" to eat first. With all of these I thought some might have come off as "cringey" if not announced right, but Kyle understood what we wanted to do and was the perfect Emcee/auctioneer! He brought the energy and clearly stated to our guests what we were doing! We wanted a wedding that got our guests involved and Kyle was the perfect guy for the job! He is charismatic, funny, and prepared to handle anything you'd like to involve in your wedding! I planned a very late surprise for my bride and told him the details the day of the wedding and he was flexible enough to help me pull off the surprise (and bring my bride to happy tears🥹😂) We'd continue this essay on the "1000 reasons why you should book with DJ Kyle" but the word count would cut us off. My wife and her mother wanted to “remix” two ABBA songs for their mother/daughter dance, and Kyle was able to cut them together, which made the dance extra special! Thank you Kyle, you were awesome. In the day after the wedding, we have had so many guests tell us how much they loved "the vibe" of the wedding, especially because of the music! If we need a DJ in the future, we know who we are going to call.

J service to the style of wedding that my wife and I had in mind. This was no easy task as my wife and I come from two different cultures and have wildly different tastes in music. Kyle reassured us that this was no problem for him and provided us with a questionnaire that was comprehensive and took into account our preferences and cultural norms. After that questionnaire submitted, three months before the wedding, Kyle kept in regular contact with us to ensure that things were proceeding smoothly and to check in if we had any updates. The correspondence that Kyle kept with us was highly professional and reassuring. We planned the whole wedding ourselves, a stressful endeavor, but because of the professionalism Kyle showed, we were not worried at all about our DJ service. The day of the wedding, DJ Kyle was one of the first people to show up! He set up efficiently and needed minimal contact for his set up. The IT logistics of his DJ booth were minimally invasive, as everything was out of view and he kept the focus on the decor we had for the wedding. Kyle made it a point to understand the layout of our wedding and easily tailored his needs around the needs of the wedding. It was singular and seamless, and I was very impressed with his level of coordination. During the wedding, Kyle was very respectful of the cultural requirements and expectations of the wedding. My wife is Sri Lankan, and Sri Lankan weddings have a flair of ceremony and spiritual hymns/dances that occur throughout. Kyle expertly provided his service around these traditions and kept the focus on the Sri Lankan customs. Throughout the wedding he kept us apprised to the schedule and helped plan the wedding hallmark events such as the Mother-Son dance, the First Dance, the Grand Entrance, etc. While this was the first DJ I have ever hired in my life, Kyle set the bar extremely high for any other DJs that I may hire in the future. Scratch that, there ARE NO other DJs that I would hire other than Kyle. If you are in Southern California and are planning a wedding or an event, Kyle is a class act and I give him my highest recommendation. Five out of five. Our officiant had a last-minute request during our rehearsal, and Kyle quickly hopped on the phone with me to talk about what we needed and make sure he was meeting our needs. He really took our song list to heart and incorporated some great additions to create the perfect play list.
