Before I got ready, she artfully positioned my shoes, dress, ring, and flowers. She took her time and was so calm, focused, and positive. She even helped get some smiles out of my flower girls! When it was time to get ready and do the first look, Kinga gave my husband and I clear and easy directions with so many poses to try. After lots of couple portraits with my husband, Kinga was so helpful in guiding my family members and wedding party into specific poses. As Kinga posed family members, Ziggy was taking pictures, so it felt very quick but also natural and thorough. I feel confident we will have so many photos to choose from for our album! Once the reception started, we saw them a bit but they were very unobtrusive while taking photos. Before they left, right after the cake cutting, they even double checked with us if there were any more photos we wanted, which was so sweet! Kinga and Ziggy are a great team and exactly who we were looking for on our wedding day!

My wedding was August 20, 2017 and we are coming up on a year. I have yet to receive my album which was suppose to be a surprise for my mother and mother in-law. I have always been patient with the photographer knowing there were others who hired this company to complete the job but not responding or updating me on the status is unacceptable and unprofessional. I really didn't want to leave a negative rating but I am hoping to get a response from this.

I was first introduced to Kinga’s work at a bridal show. Though she was not present at the time, her albums were like nothing I have seen before! I instantly fell in love with her artistic and natural style! She also included many amenities in her price including a second photographer, save the date, thank you cards and a gorgeous album! Since my husband and I paid for most of our wedding, we HAD to find out more about Kinga and KS PhotoStudio! Since her studio is located in North Jersey, she met my now hubby and I half way! From the second we met her, we knew she was the one! She was kind, generous, personable and warm! After many photography meetings were it was evident we were trying to be up-charged, it was a breath of fresh air to meet such a loving soul! We hired her on the spot! On the day of my wedding, she was a joy to work with! She made the whole experience enjoyable! She was prompt and reliable. Throughout the night, her artistic talent shined! Some of the shots were completely breathtaking!!! She also asked for my input throughout the night to make sure I was happy and got all the shots I desired. Her team even stayed beyond the time they were paid for to make sure they got those last couple memorable shots! We received final edits super quick, at about the three week mark! We met her through our friends and we were highly impressed with her work. We also received a great package option including lots of great upgrades. Ks.photo studio truly cares to deliver great quality and a very personalized service. We were always a phone call, text or email away from Kinga and we asked her a number of questions throughout the process. She never once forgot to follow up and more than that she even e-mailed late at night after she was done with her weddings. It truly proves her compassionate approach to each client she works with. In the process of prepping for the big day, Kinga became almost like our wedding coordinator-she provided helpful tips and coached us on timing... We love our photos, and there is lots of them. We received almost 700 from our engagement session and almost 3000 from the Wedding. Everyone was in owe of how beautiful they all were. We posted a bunch on our social media and our friends still comment till this day and it has been a year since our Engagement session and three months from our wedding. We felt like Royalty the way we were treated. The love and support that comes from this vendor is unmatched, we did not experience that from any other vendor. We received out thank you cards a month after the wedding. We followed the few suggestions that Kinga had for us, in order to expedite the process and here we are picking up our Albums -three months after the wedding. Wedding day, Kinga really put her foot forward and got everyone moving quick and posed, snapped some pics in such a short time frame (being i was 25 min late for the church) then went to church. once we got to the venue we got straight to work, got the shots i really wanted and then danced the night away. We had a great time working with her. Kinga is fun and very energetic, she taught us how to pose and most importantly she made us very comfortable in front of the camera. We had a blast... Every single photo was better than the one before. Our friends and family could not stop commenting on how great our photos were. During the wedding preparation I had a ton of questions and Kinga was always there for me, she helped us with the timeline and even gave us great recommendations for a few vendors, as well as sooting our pre-wedding day jitters... We felt a strong connection to this vendor and I have to say, it was the best decision we have made. No-one else took as much time or put in as much effort into assisting us, the other vendors almost seemed that they only wanted our business but they did not truly care, where as Kinga was very different - and truly caring ... she proved herself step by step. She took a role of a wedding coordinator in addition to the photographers, haha... she never charged us for it, though. Her suggestions as of the timeline were great. This was our first time, of course and we did not know how to set the day but since she organized thousands of events and helped to coordinated them she put together a schedule in just few minutes.. I cannot stress enough how helpful it was to work with a pro who loves her business and knows it so well. We did not a have a dull moment during the wedding, we were laughing all the time - the photographers made it very easy on us and our bridal family and friends... even the formal photos were done in a very quick and productive manner... We are amazed how wonderful Kinga and her other two photographers worked together. We had a very large wedding so we actually asked her to hire three photographers. Everyone did their job better that we imagined. The package we received with three photographers was even better than another friend's who used a different studio. We ended up paying less for three photographers and albums, plus cards then my friend for two photographers and no albums. Everyone commented on how great my photographers and videographers were... I have almost 4000 photos from my engagement session and wedding and video that I watch everyday. The trailer is stunning!! My wedding was only few months ago we already have our albums, too. before. Kinga has a talent like no other. She made what was an intimate awkward photo shoot into what felt like just a normal photography session. I was extremely nervous and uncomfortable in the beginning and by the end of the shoot I felt like a pro! She was only supposed to take about I think she said 500 photos and 1 hour service according to our contract and she wound up taking about 1200 over a course of 2 hours! She was patient and kind with me and thank you. She may not get back to your emails right away but it’s all worth it in the end. Thank you!!!

Due to the circumstances all the vendors were contacted and were generous enough to return the money for services that would not be and could not be rendered. EXCEPT the photographer. KS photo studio The photographer Kinga, was PAID almost $3,000. For again a wedding that CAN NOT possibly happen. August 18, 2018 is a Saturday and a day that she will definitely book if she hasn’t already. Please share this. This company lacks compassion and karma will be her best friend sooner or later. Shes telling lies saying she offered to donate the money that she didn’t work for, a a cancer foundation, however she only mentioned that after we reviewed our experience with her. She’s also harassing my brother in law via text and call and threatening to sue him, but what’s wrong with telling the truth??!!!!!! Please do not use this company if you want any compassion on your wedding day. I’ve read other reviews where she’s made brides cry on their special day. Your wedding photos are one of the most important parts because these pictures will last forever!!!

Every single vendor returned the money they had put down and paid into,except this place. In her words,a contract is a contract. Had they chose to cancel the wedding because it wasn’t what they wanted, understandable. However, she DIED! She didn’t say hey , I’m gonna wake up with cancer,die,leave my husband with a mortgage,hospital bills and heartbreak. The fact that this vendor could be so cold and insensitive sickens me to the core. They say money is the root of all evil and I couldn’t agree more. If the owner of the place lost their spouse and had to save a replacement photographer, I can bet my life , my friends would not,NOT in a million years went in with a contract asking for money back. How can someone be so disgusting. Use if you want,but you better hope someone doesn’t die, because a contract is a contract ! AN ANSOLUTE DISGRACE!
