Kuba Kreations

Kuba Kreations catered an amazing and elegant custom 4-tier cake for our wedding in January. They took all of our considerations, from the big to the minute details, and ensured they understood everything that we wanted included in our dream wedding cake. We photoshopped Pinterest pictures together to describe our dream cake, and Kuba Kreations was able to incorporate all of the ideas we presented to them into an elegant design. Laura was a joy to work with and was always incredibly responsive to our communications. The sampling process was a dream too, as they sent us five sizable slices of cake to get a true sense of their variety. We couldn’t decide which flavor we liked best, so ended up having each tier be different (and we ate one of each on our wedding day!). One of our favorite flavors that we would highly recommend was the Lemon Lavender which was the ideal light, classic, and sweet taste we were looking for. On the day of the wedding, the cake looked very elegant. The only discrepancy was that a fondant bow on the cake was a bright turquoise color instead of the intended light blue to match the sugar flowers. However, this was not a big deal and everything else on the cake was exactly what we had asked for. The icing scrollwork was intricately designed and the personalized monogram was a wonderful touch. They also delivered the cake to our venue stress free and on time. We loved the cake and appreciate all of the work that Kuba Kreations put in to make it absolutely wonderful!

Erin was an absolute joy to work with! She was extremely professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable, which immediately made us feel that we our wedding cake & desserts were in good hands, and we were right! Aside from executing our plan for our cake and dessert table to such a meticulous detail, her cakes and desserts were also delicious! All our guests really enjoyed the treats, especially our cake (carrot) with a custom design that was everything we could have hoped for. Erin/Kuba Kreations was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is certainly who I would love to work with again for any other events in need of tasty treats. Thank you Erin! :)

She is one of the most meticulous and organized dessert creator out there! Very delicious desserts and ingredients, however—the one thing I would say that frustrates us while planning was of course dealing with COVID and cancelling our wedding twice… this did make our guest count go to half the original size in the end and she WOULD NOT work with us to cut down the amount of desserts we had originally signed up for in the contract. I understand you have to run a business but all of our other vendors worked with us and worked out new pricing. What she ended up doing was having us reallocate funds to make to go bag cookies for all of our guests however if we could have just cut down the total amount we would have. Facing a pandemic and being a bride who had to cancel and reschedule everything not only once but twice made dealing with these difficulties even harder. I wish she would have cut down the amount and let us do a smaller amount, we also had a lot of the desserts left over that were out for the wedding as well. Otherwise she was sweet and really does do a good job, just that one nuance dampened our planning for the special day.

Kuba Kreations did an amazing job with our wedding cake! It was absolutely beautiful and looked just like my inspiration photos. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious! We picked the Cherry Amaretto cake and everyone loved it. We would 100% recommend Erin and Kuba Kreations!
