Kudo event staff

I would never hire this company again. I hired 5 staff members, but only 3 bothered to show up. There was no backup plan or apologies from Nathan, the owner. The staff was unprepared on their duties even though I listed them out when I booked Kudo. The staff was unprepared to serve food, cut cake or serve cake. They were caught drinking during the reception. They were rude to guests, family and the groom. They were caught trying to leave 45 minutes earlier than their allotted time frame. There was no follow up from Nathan or his team prior to my wedding to confirm times, duties, etc. even though my booking confirmation said there would be. They tried to blame my family for broken serving ware. When I called Nathan after my wedding to discuss what happened, he tried to excuse his staff’s lack of preparedness on my wedding coordinator. I am currently trying to receive a full refund from Kudo. Basically, don’t hire these people. I had to spend my last couple of hours prior to my ceremony alone because my family, bridesmaids and coordinator were having to complete tasks I paid Kudo to handle.
