ound my perfect dress after just trying on a handful of options! She was so patient and kind and found me the perfect accessories too! When I ordered the dresses I was told one price, but when I went in to pay off the remaining balances the dresses were hiked up $10 in price each.
The dresses were 2 weeks late on arrival, which caused me a lot of stress due to the fact I have to ship one to Northern Cali so my friend could have it altered. I made this woman aware of this prior to ordering to ensure we had time. My friend is needing MAJOR alterations on it so I'm hoping she's able to get those done on time, and I have paid the extra money (which isn't cheap) for 1 day shipping to her. When the dresses were a week and a half late, I called out of concern and was treated very poorly, and she made it known that my inquiry was an annoyance to her. She was very short and rude with me. That was my main issue. I am a very patient person, and if she would have treated me in a respectful manner I would have been understanding. She took no accountability on her part in the issue of the dresses not being on time. The dresses did finally arrive, 2 weeks before the wedding instead of the 4 weeks originally planned. I'm just hoping the girls are able to get alterations done now in a timely manner, (at another location, because I don't trust this business any longer) mainly my out of town friend whose entire dress needs altered. :(
