The prices were more than reasonable and I was so happy I was able to design the Koozies myself. Couldn’t be happier!

rosoft Word. When I specifically asked some things to be changed, they sent another proof without the changes I requested. When I called and asked to cancel the order as I was displeased with the artwork, they asked for one more chance to do the artwork correctly with a different artist. I agreed, and the proof came in with the word "Saturday" misspelled.
I left multiple voicemails during business hours asking someone to call me about canceling an order and received absolutely no response. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, their customer service was abysmal. The representative on the phone did not even ask for my order number, said it would be taken care of without obtaining any identifying information and hung up on me. I had to call back again to provide an order number for her to cancel.
I still have yet to receive a confirmation email of a cancellation, or any type of refund. What a horrible way to run a business.
Do not use this company if you want to have any type of quality product or customer service.

proof. I contact them, and they tell me they were waiting on my artwork. I informed them that I had, but if for some reason they never received it, why did they sit on an order for 7 days. Worst off, I had to contact THEM to straighten everything out. Eventually, everything worked out, and the koozies did turn out as I hoped. If you can find a more reliable company, I would choose to go with someone else.
