We used Kustom Koozies for our wedding favors for our July 2022 wedding and they turned out great! After reviewing a few other companies, Kustom Koozies had the best prices and rev...
iews. It was easy to design our koozies on their website and they all arrived in great condition. We ordered the neoprene collapsible koozies. Our guests absolutely loved them and I am happy we ordered a few extra so we got to keep some too! I highly recommend Kustom Koozies for your koozie needs.
So so happy with how our Koozies turned out! We did these as wedding favors and they were a HIT. The colors were so fun (and so many options!). When I had a small change to the pro...
of, Kustom Koozies provided me an updated proof with the change within 24 hours. When the Koozies were delivered, the box included a hand written note congratulating and thanking us. The prices were more than reasonable and I was so happy I was able to design the Koozies myself. Couldn’t be happier!
This company gave me the absolute runaround when I tried to cancel my order.
I submitted artwork for a proof, and the results were something a third grader could have done on Mic...
rosoft Word. When I specifically asked some things to be changed, they sent another proof without the changes I requested. When I called and asked to cancel the order as I was displeased with the artwork, they asked for one more chance to do the artwork correctly with a different artist. I agreed, and the proof came in with the word "Saturday" misspelled.
I left multiple voicemails during business hours asking someone to call me about canceling an order and received absolutely no response. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, their customer service was abysmal. The representative on the phone did not even ask for my order number, said it would be taken care of without obtaining any identifying information and hung up on me. I had to call back again to provide an order number for her to cancel.
I still have yet to receive a confirmation email of a cancellation, or any type of refund. What a horrible way to run a business.
Do not use this company if you want to have any type of quality product or customer service.
Our Koozies were delivered quickly, and we received a lot of complements! Now that our wedding is past, I am still getting pictures from friends using our koozies :) I am glad we u...
sed Kustom Koozies! The staff was friendly when I had questions!
I ordered them for my wedding favors and they turned out great! I love that we were able to choose multiple colors and personalize. My guests were asking me for more!

We ordered 250 beer bottle zipper koozies for our wedding favors. They were done perfectly and in a timely manner. Couldn't beat the price either.

es, you have lots of options and can even use your own artwork. I can't wait to use them again for other events! :)
These were just want I wanted and expected at a great value. My colors turned out perfect and they were so easy to work with.
Loved my koozies, however some of them were printed crooked and some of the koozies were cut crooked.
So thankfully I ordered the koozies FAR in advance of when I actually needed them. I submitted my own artwork with the original order. A week had gone by, and I never received a ...
proof. I contact them, and they tell me they were waiting on my artwork. I informed them that I had, but if for some reason they never received it, why did they sit on an order for 7 days. Worst off, I had to contact THEM to straighten everything out. Eventually, everything worked out, and the koozies did turn out as I hoped. If you can find a more reliable company, I would choose to go with someone else.
We served can drinks so the koozies came in handy for everyone. Great favor for the money we spent on them. We got to personalize them and we will have them forever.
We are sooo happy with our koozies! The neoprene koozies could not be better quality construction and printing. The website ordering was very simple, and everything went smoothly...
. Plus, they had some of the best prices I found.

were a big hit at the reception!
I was totally happy with the final product from Kustom Koozies. However, I was a little disappointed in the service. My first order was never placed although i was charged for it. ...
