We booked the Vos Chapel for our ceremony because of how beautiful and unique the interior of the chapel is! The communication was not the best leading up to the wedding day. The e...
vents coordinator often took a week or more before getting back to my emails and calls, and once claimed that I must have the wrong number after I called and left a voicemail in her mailbox. Even with different staff members, the response time was poor & our questions were not always answered. When we toured the venue and signed our contract, we chose 2 rooms for our wedding party to get ready in that included a kitchenette. Those rooms were written into our contract. When we arrived for the rehearsal, my husband showed some of our wedding party these rooms, but they were completely gutted! When we addressed the issue to our hosts, they said "Well, since it is summer, we are doing some remodeling." They scrambled to find some new rooms for us, which ended up being fine, except for the fact that we no longer had access to a kitchenette, and the rooms were more than twice the distance away from the Chapel than the original rooms, which was an issue for my brother with mobility difficulties. We specifically requested for the AC to be extra cold as it was going to be a warm day, but the rooms we were moved to were very hot. The actual ceremony turned out beautifully and our live musicians sounded amazing in the space. Vos Chapel is gorgeous, but the background details did not go as smoothly as we hoped!

nvenient that they have a reception hall attached. Lisa Marie and her team are true to their word when they say everything will be set up for you.
Perfect venue for our ceremony! The coordinators were easy to communicate with and our pictures turned out beautifully.
They listened to every request and were soooo helpful!!!! Everything went soo smoothly!
Love this church!
Beautiful place to have a wedding and absolutely perfect for a smaller wedding. Also, the trees surrounding Kuyper make for some really beautiful wedding photos ;)

Vos Chapel at Kuyper College was a beautiful chapel that was perfect for our wedding of about 150 people. They also let us bring in our own pastor which was hard to find in the are...
a. Partway through the planning process, they changed coordinators and even then their communication was great. On the actual wedding day, the coordinator did a great job with the music. She was also very helpful when we were decorating the day before and got us everything we needed to make the process go smoothly.
Kuyper college was a beautiful chapel for our wedding. The hosts were very accommodating and very very go with the flow and as long as I was happy they were happy. They let me brin...
g in whatever I wanted for decorations and as long as I didn't put holes in anything they let me do whatever I wanted. My only thing was that they were a little pricey and I had to pay my officiant on top of that...but I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Kuyper was the perfect place for my daughter's ceremony! My son, who came from out of town, was the officiant, and we had found that many churches were not interested in sharing th...
eir pulpit. This problem was solved when we found Kuyper! The chapel is very quaint and just the right size! Kelly was a huge help to us, taking care of every detail. The room the girls got ready in was kind of a ways from the chapel, but at least the groom didnt see the bride beforehand. I highly recommend Kuyper!
Kuyper is a great venue for small to medium sized weddings. The chapel is a perfect romantic feel. I did a candle lit theme for my wedding and it looked great! Kelly is the one tha...
t helped us there, and she made sure everything ran perfectly! She is very nice and very accommodating! The ceremony went exactly as planned. Only thing is the getting ready rooms are quite small, but was not an issue for my wedding. I would definitely have my ceremony there if I did it all over again!
Vos chapel at kuyper college is a beautiful chapel. The interior is all wood and we chose to do no decorating beyond some ribbons to identify family sections. Their hostess was inc...

e their decorations, mainly greens, to decorate the front of the church. The chapel itself is a very intimate setting. The seating is somewhat wrapped around the front so no matter where you sit you could see the bride and groom. (I heard this from many people that attended).
i loved the small location the friendly staff and the price;make sure that you keep in contact with them they dont always go over details with out you asking about them
