Val and Ed are such a fun couple and that comes across in their conversations with you and during the photo shoot. My husband and I are an awkward couple and hate the attention, so we were a bit nervous, but with how fun Val and Ed made the whole process, we didn’t even notice someone was taking pictures! We also got married at Casa Feliz in Winter Park which is a beautiful old house turned museum. There are so many unique spots for photos and they captured them all in such a short amount of time so that we were still following schedule for the wedding day. You can really get a great sense of the grounds, the uniqueness of the home in all of the photos. It’s like reliving the day! A few weeks before the wedding we also filled out a questionnaire online about our family, who would be in what photos, people’s names, family dynamic, etc. Needless to say my family circle is very complicated, and Val and Ed were so prepared knowing exactly who should be in what photos, memorizing names without even meeting any of the guests! I know they are seasoned professionals, but I was very impressed with how much preparation went into our wedding day. I can’t thank them enough for capturing so many sweet moments at our wedding. It was GORGEOUS!! I’m so excited to make a photo wall in our home; I can’t stop staring at our album. If you want a great experience, genuine people, for a reasonable price, go with KV Photography!

They were great in directing people for group photos, us for the couple shots, and also creative to get a unique array of shots. I knew I wanted 2 photographers for our wedding and I was thrilled that Val and Ed are a husband and wife team – you can tell that they are just as in love as the couples they shoot. It’s just so easy to get along with with them. KV shoots a limited number of weddings throughout the year and from what I gathered, had recently started doing more and more out of state weddings. I was so excited to show them our venue! I didn’t hear from a lot of our vendors throughout the process, but Val and I emailed back and forth every 2 weeks or so – she was always checking in to see how we were doing and was always there to bounce ideas off of and give us inspiration. I felt prepared and confident in them and our planner the most of anyone we worked with! On the day of, Val and Ed were so prepared and professional. They got right to work and took some beautiful detail shots, but I don't remember seeing them after that - it's true that the whole day really flies by, which is why you have to hire and trust professionals to get everything done right. Val and Ed went above and beyond and captured some of the most beautiful images from our ceremony and reception and grand exit! We did a day after shoot and I had never heard of this before – I’m going to give KV Photography the credit for coming up with this – because #lightingmatters – how fun is it to put on your wedding garb again but with messy hair and last night’s makeup, for me a coffee in hand… and wake up at 6am after your wedding to do a sunlight photoshoot at another location… it was so laid back and chill and we got some beautiful shots! Val and Ed gave us a sneak peek album on Facebook less than 72 hours after our wedding – and not just some small 5 image sneak peek, we’re talking almost 100 images on this “sneak peek” – and my friends and family on FB went CRAZY over it. Not only do I get tons of compliments on our images and how beautiful and classy and professional they are, I also STILL have people telling me how much they loved our photographers at our wedding, my guests loved how they interacted throughout the night and just had a great time. That’s the kind of feeling you want around on your wedding day. Surround yourself with professionalism and positivity and all will be OK. Do not skimp on a photographer because… you can’t get back shots that have shadows on everyone’s face or a really bad angle! I am so thankful for Val and Ed shooting our wedding! Then after the wedding, you have hundreds of images, and now what to do with them? How do you pick your favorites? It’s so hard! Here’s where Val REALLY shines – she picks out your best images, puts them together for you to tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish and they mail you a 12x12 album of your wedding. Now, I’ll admit, I was not prepared for the QUALITY of this album. The book is huge and it is heavy, the pages are thick beautifully backed prints. Also the USB of our images was wooden and engraved with our names and date. It’s these kind of touches that really were above and beyond for me in the service that KV Photography provides. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere.

The process of working with them was so smooth, from great response time, and super fast turn around of our engagement photos as well as the sneak peak from our wedding we just had on January 6th.....The wedding day was stressful in the beginning of the day because us girls were running behind on time, and while I was freaking out that we wouldn't get everything done, they were so calm and kept reminding me to just breathe, and smile and I knew that because we had them that they were going to capture our day beautifully. As we were getting ready they captured our moments and after our ceremony they were very efficient with family pics and pics of my wife and I at the wedding venue. In the evening I had a classic car arriving to drive us away at the end of the night. We briefly left the wedding to take pictures with the car. Ed went above and beyond when he used spray fog to make it seem like there was fog around the car in order to get an amazing picture. The pictures after our wedding are amazing. The special effects , the wide array of lenses, angles, editing effects are unbelievable. you spent 8+ hours on one of the most important days in your life with them. They exceeded our expectations. They came very well prepared and equipped with multi cameras each. It was nice having a male and female couple for our photos. Our venue had strict requirements on men in the women's locker room and vice versa. Ed was able to take photos of my husband getting his final touches on his suit and tie while Val was taking photos me getting ready and having my hair and make up done. They both made us feel very comfortable and natural. One of things I loved about our wedding day was that I didn't even notice them around and was just able to enjoy myself while they were getting natural shots of us, which turned out great. For our wedding the pictures were very natural and beautiful exactly what we wanted also, they were very accurate with the arrival time and understanding with all the craziness during my getting ready time (I can said there was a lot of craziness involved) :) During the ceremony and the reception they were very understanding about not asking all the time to pose for pictures, which we liked because we wanted to enjoy our day but , they were still able to capture the most funny and remarkable moments of the day :) I just can say thank you for all your help and to make our day even more special.
