I went back and forth on hiring a wedding planner and met with quite a few and eventually landed on hiring Kim from KVB Events. I was definitely a bride that wanted to be involved in my wedding planning but overall needed help with the organization of it all and ideas when it came to décor. Kim was always in constant communication with me and made sure all my concerns, questions, and ideas were heard. Kim helped my wedding vision come to life and I am still so impressed looking back at my photos of how everything turned out. I get so many compliments on how my ballroom looked to this day! Kim is very sweet, professional and organized. A huge plus is the relationships she has with her vendors in the wedding industry. She ended up even knowing the event manager at the hotel where I was hosting the reception which was a huge bonus! She is also very honest and will give you her opinion which I absolutely loved. The day of, she brought a large team with her given that my wedding party was large and the wedding was 350+ people. I constantly felt like someone from her team was with me at all times and they were updating me throughout the day which was reassuring. At the end of the night, Kim and her team organized most of the items and brought them back up to my room, however, there were items that went missing and were unaccounted for that were left in the ballroom. Unfortunately, those items were not found by her team or the hotel so we lost them which was really disappointing. Despite that, Kim and her team were helpful and I appreciate all their hard work to help my wedding happen. Thank you all so much!

Kim was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding planner. She was responsive, attentive and made sure every detail of our wedding was taken care of. We planned our wedding from out of state and she helped us coordinate with impeccable taste even things! On the day of she made sure we didn't have to worry about anything and even calmed down our families when they felt nervous or stressed. Could not recommend her more!

KVB Events offers top of the line service to create your dream event. Let me begin by saying, Kim did an outstanding job in creating my dream wedding. She really gets to know her client’s personality and taste. On top of that, her work ethic and relationship with third party vendors among the wedding industry allowed an ease of communication to execute a seamless event. Kim advocates for your benefit in all vendor contracts to make sure you have a favorable and fair outcome. As well as , she takes care of any minor issues that may occur before or during your event. She’s on top of it and handles any mishap with a calm/ positive attitude to make sure the Bride is not stressed. The package that I selected included a bridal valet, which was the best service that KVB events offered. While Kim handled everything that was going on behind the scenes, the bridal valet was me to help me get dressed ( make sure my dress was perfect on me), made sure I was perfect before I walked down the aisle, and was with me as I took photos before the reception and helped me by holding my dress/veil/bouquet. Thank you Denia! Additionally, all my personal items that was used for the wedding such as card box, champagne flutes, cake knife set, church ceremony items, and veil was all organized and put in my bridal suite after the event was over. Kim organized every detail until the very end of the wedding night. KVB Events delivered exactly what I envisioned; a wedding that was regal in effect but yet soft/elegant. Everything mentioned above makes KVB events stand out from other wedding planners; because Kim provides service with integrity and treats you like family.
