ience with her- she will cancel on you, or not deliver your photos/video, or not refund you for services unrendered, or if you're lucky, just be extremely uncommunicative leading up to your wedding. Trust me when I say I have talked to many, many brides and vendors alike who have all had terrible experiences with Kyla. She is a scam artist- plain and simple. Saving money on your photography is not worth putting up with her and empowering her to hurt more people. Kyla- if you read this, you have hurt people. You do not deserve to be involved in people's wedding days. I hope no one ever hires you ever again.

I would be refunded and have services cancelled but months later have still not received it. My messages go ignored and my calls go straight to voicemail. The last 2 times I heard back from her she was “rebranding” and “checking on the status”.
