I truly do not know what I would have done without them and said several times throughout the process how happy I was to have them helping. The wedding weekend went perfectly and while I don't think anything went wrong, I wouldn't have known it if it had as Sam, Kristin and Meghan handled everything perfectly, allowing my Mom, my husband and I to enjoy the weekend with no stress! g with Kyle Michelle Weddings & Events was a definite MUST have for my fiancé and me. We knew we had to partner with them after 3 other couples that we knew (2 were family and 1 was a friend) used them and had rave reviews and gorgeous weddings. Through the entire planning process (and it was a long one - thanks COVID!) Kristin and her team were responsive, overly accommodating, reassuring, fun, and just the friendliest group of girls to work with. Wedding planning can be tough, especially when you are doing it during a pandemic, but Kristin took on the hard part(s) and let us enjoy the fun stuff! She was able to transform our wedding vision into our reality by working with multiple vendors and her own team to create the most beautiful outdoor wedding we could have imagined. One of our "must haves" was a day-of wedding coordination so no one was stuck worrying about staying on schedule, the flowers being late, calling and managing transportation, or fixing a bridesmaid’s dress on our wedding day. Kristin and Meghan took all the worry and unknown out of our wedding day for our us and our family and for that we are forever grateful for. It allowed us to have the best memories of the day being relaxed, exciting, and overly joyous! d and gave us monthly checklists to follow up on. They helped us from design creation all the way to execution and really helped us envision our day even a year away. We hosted our wedding at my family’s blueberry farm in south Jersey and completely transformed our pole barn. It was filled with dirt, tractors, hardware, etc and it was definitely difficult for us to envision what the possibilities could be, but Kristin and her teams enthusiasm for the project encouraged us to take on this huge undertaking. She was on site multiple times before the event to help us understand how the space would work and suggested great vendor options. She was flexible with us when we asked for more affordable options and she always delivered finding the greatest vendors around. Kristin even worked behind the scenes with my dad to surprise us with a special toast that had the whole room in tears. The team also made our one of a kind escort table sign! Our “where in the world are you sitting” map that included all the places my husband and I traveled to and depicted the table names and which table people were assigned to. Once our wedding day came around, she definitely took charge and helped wrangle up our large wedding party and family. She made sure we all knew our roles and responsibilities and everything went so smoothly. It was torrential rain the day of our wedding and her entire team was prepared for us with clear umbrellas for our photos. After the wedding, she informed us of all the hiccups they experienced the night of - running out of liquor being one of them - and we had no idea! Kristin sent a member of her team to the local liquor store before we completely ran out and they restocked our bar for us! No one knew anything and the team was absolutely amazing with their on the spot problem solving! We couldn’t imagine our day being as amazing as it was without the KMW team! They were with us from the very beginning and we’d refer them to anyone planning a big party regardless of the occasion.

wedding in Philadelphia/Bucks County during Covid while living in another city: vendors weren’t responding to emails or returning phone calls, and venues weren’t clear on their restrictions and requirements. We’d spent many, many hours trying to get a plan together, and yet we were nowhere. At wits’ end, we reached out to Kyle Michelle Weddings after reading some reviews online. Kristin got back to us quickly, had great ideas, and was totally reassuring and professional. Once we officially hired them, Kyle Michelle walked us through every step of the process, helping us refine our vision. They used their extensive knowledge and industry connections to find an INCREDIBLE venue for our ceremony that we would never have found on our own, and when one of the florists on our short list started backing out of commitments they'd already booked, Kristen quickly steered us to a different florist we could rely on, whose work was stunning. Despite the small size of our wedding, the number of moving pieces would have been overwhelming had we tried to do it on our own. Kyle Michelle handled it all: rentals, transportation, caterer, scheduling, troubleshooting, staging, dealing with last minute questions and worries, and even providing an ice bucket and wine key we’d forgotten to put out ahead of time. They are truly the reason we were actually able to enjoy our big day. As a thrifty couple, we were a little skeptical of whether paying so much for wedding help would be worth it, but it definitely, definitely was. Kyle Michelle are worth every last penny. Hire them.

We had a ton of moving parts on my wedding from vendors to design, but Kyle Michelle Weddings delivered hands down on the wedding day! Meghan created mood boards for me as I am an artist and completely visual when it comes to planning things. With every single change, she re did a mood board so I could see. She had linen samples sent to me, came to the florist meetings, helped arrange vendors and contacts, and so much more. She was simply incredible! The entire team is extremely hands on and you will not be disappointed. I had a dream vision for my wedding that they delivered on the day. The day was filled with anxiety (me), rain, moving parts, etc. as my wedding was at an estate with rooms, a tent and garden area but that wasn’t an issue. The team made the whole day and night flow just as it would in a ballroom where everything would take place in one area… they gave me that same feeling even though my wedding was broken up into tons of mini locations on the day. It was spectacular how much time, effort and genuine care they put into my day. I could never thank them enough and I am super type A but the team made me able to relax as much as possible.. which is hard for me! They even went above and beyond for me when there was an issue with some anxiety before the ceremony and helped me in all ways possible. I love each and every team member for making my wedding unforgettable and I recommend them highly to ANYONE who needs assistance with a wedding or an event. Love them!! not choosing the 'planner package' they allowed us to email them with any questions at anytime, as well as sent us monthly checklist reminders 1 year out to keep us on track. They reviewed contracts, gave us awesome advice, and were always there for us! We also had them create our welcome bags which were perfect - our guests loved them :) As the wedding weekend arrived, Kristin was such a calming presence and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She took care of us, our parents, the bridal parties, etc. We would not have been able to have been so relaxed, calm, and enjoy our wedding weekend without Kristin & her team!

Erin is AMAZING, and that’s not even doing her justice. From constant communication, to monthly checklists, to making sure every aspect of our wedding mood board was brought to life, Erin went above and beyond for our big day. We relied on Erin for every detail of our reception and she made sure that everything was perfect. There are several small details couples may overlook, but Erin made sure all those things were covered: tips for our vendors, a cake knife that looks good in pictures, candles to fill white space, pens for our guest book, and many many more. On the day of the wedding Erin & team arrived well in advance, took charge, and ran the show. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special!

From emailing me a few months out to make sure everything was on track, to dealing with my panicky emails about Covid restrictions, she was able to put our mind at ease with all of the details that goes into planning. I had many breakdown moments during the planning process( hello Covid bride lol), including when I broke our welcome sign just a few weeks before our wedding. The team was able to put together an even BETTER acrylic welcome sign for us that was beautifully displayed at our ceremony. We had a hotel block and the Kyle Michelle team put together the cutest welcome bags for our guests- everyone was super grateful for the snacks after a night of partying! Erin and her team executed our wedding better than we could have imagined. They coordinated timelines with all of our vendors and made sure that everyone was on the same page. They arrived at our venue early to help set up all of our decor and centerpieces and made sure our vendors arrived on time. I consider myself very type A, but I was able to completely relax on our wedding day because I knew Erin and her team had everything, and I mean absolutely everything, under control.

Kristin became my mom and I’s best friend by the end of the fabulous year of planning. ay would NOT have gone so smoothly if I did not have Kristin there. That's for sure! Kristin is friendly, professional, and very positive. I would struggle to find someone who wouldn't get along with her. Now, I have only gotten married once and was the first of my friends, so I don't have too much experience with wedding planners, so not much to compare to. Feel free to take my review with a grain of salt! I found myself being more stressed/overwhelmed/disorganized than I imagined I would be after hiring a wedding planner. The planning portal we used was definitely not my favorite. We ended up not really using it because our updates and payments and to-dos ended up being all over the place/emails/etc. and never updated in the portal. Because I was a 2-year engagement, I sometimes struggled with getting responses/answers which could be frustrating. My true one-on-one time didn't truly come to fruition until the actual week of my wedding. Sometimes I would find out that things happened behind the scenes without me knowing, but it would be very helpful (like Kristin would be talking to vendors without "bothering me" with it). I think that it was great to have someone whose pure job it was to take care of the details and planning while myself and my family could enjoy the day ourselves, but you should expect to do the wide majority of the work yourself until the week of the wedding. I definitely a few times had Kristin bring something up that I hadn't even thought of, and that was great. On the other hand, I found myself having to bring up huge details that we were long overdue to go over. I think at the end of the day, planning a wedding is a LOT of work, and you as a bride or groom have to be very personally involved in it. I am very glad we got Kristin to help with some of the work, and was VERY happy to have her there the day of the wedding, even with an on-site organizer, I thought she was crucial. Thank you! (theknot won't let me change the wedding date, so I just have it as Nov 28.)

r event and you wouldn’t have changed anything? Assuming your answer is “YES!” , then definitely hire Kyle Michelle Weddings for your wedding planner! Kristin shepherded (is that a word?) us through initial planning through to the final bus departure from the Fairmount Horticulture Center at about midnight at the conclusion of the wedding. I see hiring Kyle Michelle Weddings as a splendid choice, borne out of necessity (I live in Idaho, my daughter lives in D.C. and the wedding was in Philly, and I needed a local expert). These are some of the attributes Kristin, (and her assistant, Sam) brought to the table: 1. She is easy to work with and very supportive of the bride; 2. She knows which vendors to recommend who do excellent work and who are as reliable as they are talented; 3. She ensures that you receive updates on what decisions need to made and what budget items need to be paid; 4. She has the timeline and wedding event orchestration down perfectly. We had 140 guests at the wedding. I think I have heard from at least 100 of them (that night, the following morning, via text, via email, via phone call) that the wedding was, “the BEST wedding they had ever attended”, “Magical”, “EPIC!”, “Legendary”. I attribute those compliments in large part, to the work done by Kristin. In fact, I have been interrupted three times while writing this review, responding to more glowing reviews from friends and family. One of my girlfriends told me, “When Clara (her daughter) gets married, I am going to tell her to just elope, because I will never be able to top this wedding!” Kristin knows her stuff. She will advocate for you. She is calm - no drama. She is organized. She is kind and fun. She is reliable. Fit her into your budget. It will be worth every single penny. And instead of rolling into the wedding being stressed, staying up at night thinking of all the details that need attention, getting snappy and rude because you are stressed and have been up every night - - you will be excited and relaxed and confident in the knowledge that all you have to do is enjoy each and every moment!

Without her, we wouldn't even have known the Logan Hotel existed. From finding the venue, to speaking to vendors, to coordinating details, the entire planning process was flawless. even begin to write a "review" about Meghan, Kristin, and Kyle Michelle Weddings is pretty pointless because they are too incredible for words. From the beginning, Meghan was there to sort out the basics- helping us find the best band and DJ (we had both AND I'm a musician from Juilliard aka super critical), and an insane amount of menu additions, after party foods, ice cream truck, and everything in between which for my husband who is in the food industry- was a difficult task to navigate because he is extremely picky. Meghan came with me to my dress fittings, picked up my dress at Kleinfeld's, found the vendors and furniture for my "rustic themed" rehearsal dinner, attended my floral appointment at Konstantino's (also found me this vendor), and attended every single stationary appointment. She even helped me decipher between "shale" and "charcoal" writing on my invitation, as well as the wording. Meghan was an advocate for my opinion the entire year, which was frequently difficult. From bridesmaids dress colors-Meghan was there to lend her voice. On the days of the rehearsal dinner and wedding, Meghan coordinated every detail with her sister Kristin (including making sure the groom was on time, bringing in BBQ, fish, and donuts from 3 different restaurants, picking up sugar cookies, setting up a candy bar). My mom was having a nervous breakdown and Meghan and Kristin managed to handle the situation with ease. Some other things that went down: My make up artist from LA missed his flight, hair dresser came in a day late, but Meghan and Kristin made sure they both got to the venue and got their jobs done! Imagine that?! It's like they are fairy godmothers. All of this was done while managing 230 plus guests, a 24 person wedding party, 7 flower girls and ring bearers, and peeling an orange for the bride who was following the FODMAP diet. Thank you so much Meghan and Kristin. I can't wait to hire you to do my future child's bar and bat mitzvahs. If you don't hire Kyle Michelle Weddings to plan your entire day, prepare to have a huge headache and nervous breakdown. Also prepare to gain weight, because you will be eating your feelings. Remember, this is just a few details of what they did for me. I would basically carry Meghan's baby. They are the best in New York City- and I have seen A LOT of planners in my job.

Every single vendor we chose (all recommended by Kyle Michelle) was amazing and exceeded our expectations! When we met with our photographer for the first time he went out of his way to tell us that we hired some of best planners in the business, right he was! The Kyle Michelle team is professional but at the same time it feels like you are working with friends. They helped with almost every aspect of our wedding day, from overall design to packing our welcome bags. Leading up to the wedding we had a few last minute requests that I had to call Meghan about and she handled them no questions asked. The day of our wedding could not have gone more perfectly. Meghan and Lindsey made sure the day was completely stress free; we did not have to think about a single detail. Many of our friends and family mentioned how smoothly the day went. I can definitely say we share the same feelings!!! I can’t thank the Kyle Michelle team, especially Meghan, enough!
