Oh where do I begin. Kristin was so so so integral to every aspect of our wedding. We booked the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center for our wedding and my moms friend highly recommended we hire Kristin as our wedding planner (she had just finished planning my moms friends daughters wedding) and I’m so glad we did. I was nervous about planning and Kristin guided us through ever decision point, ensuring we had an excellent team. She was always available for questions or just a good old pep talk. She knew our venue so well, took the time to get to know me, my partner and my family and helped us design a spectacular event. On the wedding day, she really shined and my mom said “I don’t know what we would have done without her”. Guests were raving it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and it couldn’t have happened without her help. Thank you Kristin and team!
Kyle Michelle Weddings and Events has helped my family with so many precious events including my baby shower, my mom’s 50th birthday party, Christmas party, and most notably my wedding. Each event has been incredible in its own right (thanks to their help) but I never would have been able to put on the backyard Capri themed wedding of my dreams with out them. Kristin and Sam helped me with nearly every detail. They took the time to truly understand my vision, jump on every call, answer every email, and research the most perfect line up of vendors that I loved. I had not a single worry the day of my wedding because I knew it was in the best hands possible and that every last detail would be managed exactly the way I wanted. Everything went seamlessly and my guests were transported to my very own slice of Capri. Friends who weren’t there had no idea my wedding reception was in my parents backyard. Now that’s a transformation! My wedding was one of the best days of my life and it’s all thanks to the ladies of Kyle Michelle Weddings. If you’re looking for planners that will go above and beyond for you and your event don’t look any further. You found them!
I am SO GLAD that I decided to have a wedding coordinator (I didnt think I needed one in the beginning until my mom recommended that I look into it) and I'm SO GLAD that I chose Kyle Michelle Weddings for the day/month of coordination. I hired them about 12 months before my wedding and Kristin was so fantastic with answering any and all questions I had throughout my planning. They also were able to provide a few helpful things for us like table card stands, and they hand made BEAUTIFUL signage for us - bar signs, welcome sign, and an AMAZING custom escort board. Anything that I asked them to help with, I felt totally at ease and confident that it would get done, and that it would get done how I expected it (I am extremely particular and detail oriented).
They made everyone feel very comfortable at the rehearsal - they made it quick and easy for us and I could tell they had it under control.
Wedding Day - they were so fantastic. We had a ton of moving parts happening, especially with several modes of transportation with deadlines in heavy traffic in center city Philadelphia on a Friday afternoon, and everything was perfectly on time and if there was an issue, I never heard about it. Kristin and Megan and their associate planner Tighler were perfectly calm, composed, professional, and organized throughout the entire day. My bouquet arrived wrong from our florist - and they were on it immediately to make sure it got fixed. They worked seamlessly with our other fantastic vendors and knew many of them personally/professionally. They also made sure all of our tips and final payments were handed out on our behalf - it was nice to not have to ask someone in the bridal party or a family member to do it.
The timing of everything leading up to the wedding and then the wedding/cocktail hour/reception were all perfect. They had a great sense of humor but at the same time were firm when needed (like when an intoxicated groomsman might ask to do something that the bride would frown upon or someone in the processional wanted to wander off right before go-time).
I had let them know I wanted to do sparklers with the bridal party and family after the cake cutting - they provided the sparklers for us and swift-fully got everyone necessary outside for the sparklers (amazing photo opportunity) with the rest of our wedding guests still partying on the dance floor and not knowing we were even gone.
If you want to (and you want your bridal party and family to) enjoy your wedding day to the fullest, you MUST hire a wedding coordinator and if you have high expectations and want it to be perfect, you must hire Kyle Michelle Weddings.

We had our wedding at Cape May Point with the reception at The Chalfonte in June 2016. Kristin and her team are everything you could possibly need or want in a wedding planner. Going into our wedding, I knew I needed help, but was unclear on exactly what I needed (I never realized there were so many little parts to planning a wedding!). I knew I wanted to pick my own vendors (with some advice), have a hand in some of the design, but as Kristin gave her input and advice I felt like I wanted to hand everything over to her (and almost wished I had just had her design the whole thing!). She is so cool, and down to earth, and professional, and talented beyond belief. The team used my dedicated Pinterest page to draw ideas, discuss, design, and execute with perfection. Kristin is especially great at handling panic attacks via e-mail. Because I was so far from my florist, Kristin was happy to meet with her on my behalf and convey my Pinterest ideas. On the day of the rehearsal at our beach ceremony location at Cape May Point, the girls were there on time and Kristin immediately took the reigns of running the show. Without them, we would have been lost. I felt so comfortable knowing exactly how things would run. On the day of, everything came together perfectly. There was slight drama with Cape May Point misplacing our permit (and apparently a very disgruntled beach employee attempting to shut it down), and I knew nothing of it. Kristin asked me once if I had the permit with me- I had a moment of panic trying to remember if I had it in e-mail or paper form, and she immediately said something to the effect of, "Don't worry about it. We will handle it. It's fine," and that was the last I heard of it. Later in the night one of Kristin's interns had bandaids readily available to soothe my blistered dancing feet. I also noticed that the girls attached cute personalized "thank you" labels to our favor bags--which I had put together and just mentioned in passing that they had no labels and joked that I assumed the guests would know what they were. They did this within 24 hours, as I believe I made that comment at the rehearsal. Kyle Michelle Weddings goes the extra mile to make everything as you had imagined and beyond. What's more, is that they are affordable. In my opinion, they are worth so much more than what I paid them. They eliminate so much stress and worry by doing so many little things you wouldn't even think of (things like communicating with each other the location of bride and groom before the wedding so that we didn't see each other while arriving at the beach, making sure the guests get on transportation on time, collecting the gifts and decor at the end of the night and tucking it away safely in a designated location, and handing out vendor tips at the end of the night). The guests loved the team as well. One guest joked about their talent and professionalism, saying she was expecting Jennifer Lopez to come around the corner with her head set too (for those who don't know, a reference to the movie "The Wedding Planner") =) I am so filled with gratitude, and continue to tell everyone that hiring Kyle Michelle Weddings was the best decision made in my wedding hands down (besides marrying my husband ;)). Thank you girls! Kristin, you were made for this! I wish you all the best on your future endeavors!
Kyle Michelle weddings did an amazing job helping us to plan our perfect wedding! We were surprised to see how affordable they were. I always thought they were so expensive and unnecessary, boy was I wrong! We initially decided to have wedding planners after we chose an outdoor garden venue which would require everything from tables and chairs to the caters to be a la carte. With my husband and I both working full time with crazy work schedules Meghan Justice, our wedding planner, was a huge help. She contacted vendors for us inquiring about prices, provides recommendations and various suggestions. Three months from our wedding date we did a walk through at our venue, Pratt Gardens. The owner was giving us a hard time about the original layout of the reception and wanted to make some changes which would have cost us more money in the end. Once my husband and I decided we no longer wanted to have our wedding there Meghan was on it making phone calls to vendors that needed to be either cancelled or informed of the venue change. She was so helpful during such a stressful time. They were present for rehearsal as well as the whole wedding day from getting ready until we left the reception. They ensured everything went smoothly and it sure did! My husband and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding day turned out! I highly recommend Kyle Michelle Weddings. They were very professional, easy to work with as well as communicate with.
We booked Kyle Michelle Weddings the moment we decided to have our wedding. They were with us from the beginning to the very end and they were AMAZING!! We truly couldn't have done it without them. They are all so positive and caring that they made any stressful situation seem calm. Their attention to detail is brilliant. My day turned out exactly how I visioned. I can't even begin to describe how amazing these ladies are. My photographers recommended them to me and I am beyond grateful for that. The week leading up to your wedding can be extremely stressful and I can say they took a huge weight off my shoulders. They came and ran our rehearsal the night before our wedding and were on hand all day the day of the wedding, I didn't know about anything that had gone wrong on our wedding day because they were on top of it. I had 4 recently engaged girls at my wedding who all came up to me at the end of the night and said they need Meg and Kristin's number because they were absolutely amazing. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding and I could just enjoy my day with family and friends. I am so overwhelmed with how amazing they are and I can't thank them enough for making my dream day come true.
We hired Kyle Michelle Weddings as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding at the Smithville Inn and we are SO thankful we did! We worked primarily with Kristin who is nothing short of fabulous. While we didn't have a complete DIY wedding, we wanted to make it very personal (and I went on a Pinterest binge) so it required quite a bit of setup and execution. There were also what seemed like a million moving parts happening throughout our wedding day, so having a coordinator was exactly what we needed. Kristin was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and helped me nail down the logistics and create the best plan possible. And she executed it exactly how we wanted. Kristin and her team were extremely professional, thoughtful and just a ton of fun to be around. When my dress ripped, I can honestly say what prevented a panic attack was the fact that I knew I could call Kristin and it would be ok. And it was. When the florist didn't execute my bouquet the way I requested, Kristin got a photo of the bouquet I wanted off my phone, went to the florist, had it fixed, and my bouquet was back to me within 30 minutes. No matter how much you plan for ever detail (and trust me I thought I had it all planned out!) things inevitably come up that are out of your control. Having Kristin and her team there who are the experts and can handle anything was such a stress relief for myself, the groom, the bridal party and our families. Our entire wedding was perfect and Kirstin played a huge part in that. Kristin is such a sweet, kind, and considerate person. Her staff, especially Olivia, was amazing, too!!! I'm so thankful that they were part of our day. Thank you for everything, Kristin!!! And thank you, Olivia, for amusing me and letting me use your headset at the end of the night! (Over).
Working with Kyle Michelle Weddings was one of the best choices we made in the planning process. We initially contacted them b/c we were having trouble finding a unique wedding venue, and during our first meeting, they asked us so many questions that we never would've thought of, so we knew it was the right decision. We chose the perfect planning package, and they were pretty hands-off in the early stages, but I appreciated their guidance when it came to choosing vendors, reviewing contracts, and trying to keep us on budget. The month before the wedding, we were in regular contact and they were very much involved with the details. They ran our ceremony rehearsal (which would have been a disaster w/o them), and were absolutely AMAZING on our actual wedding day. In fact, I can safely say that it wouldn't have been as perfect if they hadn't been there. The most crucial thing for us was the fact that they came up with a timeline for the entire wedding day, and made sure we were on schedule for everything. Countless guests have told me that our wedding was the best they'd ever been to, and we owe a lot of that to Kyle Michelle for making sure that our vision for the day was perfectly executed.
Booking KMW was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. I was not sure about anything other than my venue. I felt overwhelmed and sad since due to illness and other things I was completely planning my wedding alone. Talking to them was like speaking with a gf of many years. And after some time and pacing I realized I could do more then I gave myself credit for and decided to use them for day of planning. Don't let day of part fool you, they were pretty much there every step of the way. Contacting vendors, calming my nerves, even allowing me to vent when the bridal party drama got the best of me. And on my wedding they were like my special secret agent team. Making sure everyone was where they needed to be keeping track of time, and tackling my annoying bustle that kept coming undone. Please do yourself the favor and book them! I will be forever grateful to them for making my day amazing!
I cannot say enough wonderful words about Kyle Michelle. They were a) responsive b) totally cool and normal c) amazing coordinators that could handle anything thrown their way.
Kristin was so helpful with all of the crazy questions and details that come up before the wedding. She's done it all before and it was amazing to have her by our side throughout the process.
When I decided to go outside in the monsoon for pictures, she was right there with me scrubbing my dress clean with shout wipes as I'd dragged it through the mud. I mean - does it get better than that?

Kyle Michelle made our wedding day a dream come true. We are still in awe at how committed they were to every detail and their flawless execution. Three weeks after our wedding, what sticks out most to me is their calmness the whole day. Upon arriving, the site manager said to me "well, there's no power." When my now wife arrived, and asked Kristin what was going on, they told her "nothing is wrong!" See, if you asked them first, they'd know not to tell a bride on her wedding day such things.
We had a very DIY and Jewish ritual heavy celebration, and Meghan and Kristin were not only ready to help facilitate all the elements, but were joyful and excited at what we came up with.
As we set out to plan a weirdo queer Jewish wedding, I worried that we'd have a hard time finding vendors that were excited for us. This was never an issue with Meghan and Kristin, and in fact, they are much weirder and goofier than they seem.
I can't stress enough how much their calmness on our day made it. From music cues to decor setup to directing every incoming vendor, Meghan and Kristin and their fierce team of staffers refused to let us worry.
We could not have done this wedding without them. They have a huge knowledge of the industry, and were able to answer questions that felt baffling to us, easily. They filled in the blanks that we didn't even realize in planning, and went above and beyond with their time as we had our initial meetings.
I wish I could throw another party for my closest 150 friends so that we could keep hanging out!
Before we made a single decision for our wedding, Hery and I knew we wanted to hire full service wedding planners -- while planning the wedding, I was a full time graduate student with a full time job and an extensive commute, and my husband was working as a traveling nurse, so we knew we needed an extra hand to keep our sanity. However, we both had a clear vision of the aesthetic and overall feel of our wedding weekend, so finding planners whose aesthetic coincided with ours was crucial. The ladies at Kyle Michelle Weddings are everything we could have asked for and more. Throughout our 15 months working together, they felt like best friends, sisters, confidantes, business partners, moms, stylists, advisors ... everything I needed! From suggesting vendors, to creating contracts, attending meetings, coordinating rentals, creating and distributing timelines, putting favors together, getting materials printed, etc. they took care of all the details. On the wedding day, our breath was taken as we saw how perfectly they executed our vision (these amazing ladies not only styled the event, but they also were our florists). It was such an incredible moment seeing our vision come to life, all of the details we discussed so many months before coming together in perfect harmony.
Additionally, Hery and I joked that Kristin, Meghan, Olivia, and their intern were our own personal secret service team that weekend. They efficiently made sure we never saw each other pre ceremony while getting ready, dealt with any last minute hiccups (as they are inevitable), and kept everyone informed and everything moving smoothly the whole night.
Having been a bridesmaid 8 times in the past and Hery a groomsman 6 times, we have had our fair share of DIY weddings where we left exhausted from putting together centerpieces the night before, baking cake pops at 2 am, standing in latters hanging lanterns from trees for an outdoor ceremony, and cleaning up for hours after the event before having to hop in the car for a 12 hour ride home. It was essential that our wedding weekend felt like glamorous getaway, that our family and friends felt pampered, relaxed, and loved on the whole time. We were able to achieve this goal with the help of Kyle Michelle Weddings.
If you're on the fence about hiring planners, meet with these incredibly talented women, and you will never regret it for one moment. Our wedding was perfect and stress free, including leaving for the honeymoon only a few short hours after the event concluded, because of them. They went above and beyond at every turn (returning my Rent the Runway accessories for me the day after, putting all the cards and miscellaneous items in our hotel room that night, calligraphying our envelopes... I keep thinking of more things they did that were amazing!).
We are hugely grateful to Kristin, Meghan, and Olivia. I felt like Cinderella, and they were my fairy god-mothers. What more could a girl ask for?
I can not say enough about the Kyle Michelle team of Kristen and Megan. From the first moment until the big day they were attentive, imaginative, and incredibly supportive. They helped with all decisions, and ensured that my vision for my perfect day came to life. I have been to many weddings and have observed the bride being asked questions, make decisions quickly, and quite frankly have seen her over involvement in ensuring that the day runs smoothly actually ruin her big day. NOT ME!! I did not worry for one second, everything was taken care of and was master class.
They are also two of the kindest woman you will ever meet, my husband and I are so grateful that we found them and that they were such an important part of the journey. Some may be thinking that the cost of a wedding planner is expensive and not worth it, think again Kristen is great negotiator and helped us understand what reasonable pricing verse outrageous pricing was. I think they saved us a lot of their cost. My guests all noted that I was the happiest most relaxed bride they have ever seen, it was because I did not have to worry about a thing. This came right down to delivering all of our gifts and cake to our room following the reception. If you are planning a wedding please do not think twice about hiring a wedding planner, it was the best money that I spent and KYLE Michelle is truly amazing they will bring to life the day of your dreams!!
I used Kyle Michelle for my day of planning but they were so helpful with everything! If I had any questions I could just shoot a quick email or call. I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day they took care of getting everything set up, getting everyone where they neede to be and most important made sure we all looked great ;) I honestly thought I could be a diy bride all the way but these ladies helped tie up all the loose ends and make a stress free wonderful day! I hired Kristin and Meghan for Day-Of-Coordination on our wedding day. My venue did not offer a coordinator and, even though my caterer offered to assist me, I felt it was really important that someone was in charge of certain things during the day. Originally, I thought my family and friends would chip in and help but realized about a month out that I should probably just let them enjoy the day and let myself not have to be a boss on our wedding day. Thanks to Kyle Michelle, we all had the most amazing, stress-free, loving, perfect day! Kristin and Meghan picked up my flowers (Saving me a ton of money the florist wanted to charge to deliver them.), set-up tables, card tables, escort cards - basically all the decor, helped me with my sash, kept us on schedule, got us where we needed to be for the ceremony, found people when they went missing, helped all the vendors communicate smoothly, cleaned everything up and helped load it into our parent's cars, made sure we always had what we needed, and probably did a lot more that I didn't even notice because how smoothly the day went! They even had my toss-bouquet ready for me when it was time to do the bouquet throw, I was walking to position without it, not even thinking, and they handed it right to me. I'd also like to add, my venue was difficult to maneuver because it was an old mansion with many rooms - so no one was ever in the same place! - but Kristin and Meghan made it a non-issue. I had such an amazing experience that I am practically begging all my friends who are planning their weddings to hire them. They executed my vision perfectly without me needing to go into depth on how to set things up. They listened to what I felt the most important parts of the day were and made those things a priority. Basically, they made the day the dream I was hoping it would be by handling all those little things that people forget about or don't think of. If you're on the fence about wedding planning or day-of-coordination - just don't be - run, do not walk to call Kyle Michelle and hire them. You'll be so thankful you did.
My husband and I got married in October. We had a team of 3 wedding planners with Kristin leading the pack. They were absolutely amazing! At one point we had three different buses/trolleys transporting guests from various locations, and the wedding planners handled it all. While taking pictures before the ceremony, my husband kept getting phone calls from one of the bus drivers. We simply passed his phone off to Kristin and she dealt with it. She even gave the bus driver her own cell phone number so that the bus driver would stop bothering us. I also remember waiting on the trolley before the mass and Kristin came around with spray deodorant for all of my girls. She was a lifesaver. After the mass, she was walking to our reception venue instead of taking the trolley because she didn't think there was enough room. Obviously, we pulled over and picked her up. At the end of the night, Kristin transported all of our stuff from the venue to my hotel room, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Seriously amazing!
After my wedding, my mom immediately booked Kristin and her crew for my brother's wedding in May. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I hired Kyle Michelle weddings after a good family friend had used them for her wedding! They are amazing at what they do and I had to have them! From the beginning they made it super easy for me. I used them for day of coordination, and it was the best decision I made through out this whole planning process. They are so professional and fun and really know how to plan and coordinate. Although I only had "day of" coordination it felt like they helped me along the way. Whether it was through monthly emails, or phone calls I always felt like I could go to them for any of my questions. They made me a timeline, were there for my rehearsal and were prompt with arriving the morning of the wedding. Meghan and Olivia made me so much more relaxed and dealt with all my vendors for me, so that I could enjoy a stress free day. They are so sweet and calming. From finishing up getting ready, to the pictures throughout the day, my walk down the aisle and then to the end of the reception they were there for me. At the end of the night they delivered all of my stuff from the reception back to the hotel. They dealt with my photographer when I thougt I was going to explode! They are simply the best, and would recommend them in an instant to a bride planning her big day.
I really can't even begin to say enough wonderful things about the team at Kyle Michelle Weddings! They went above and beyond to make my wedding day and rehearsal amazing. They were consistently there to answer questions, give advice and assist me and my groom in every way possible. I had a very bad experience with our wedding caterers throughout my wedding process and Kristin and Megan at Kyle Michelle Weddings were there to pick up the pieces and make my wedding day stress free and wonderful! Not only did they coordinate our entire wedding day they also met with me several times before the wedding to do a walk through of our venue as well as to orchestrate our rehearsal. They even let me drop off items at their house so they could bring them to the venue! They were absolutely amazing and my groom and I both agreed that hiring them was one of the best wedding decisions we made! They were worth every penny and were an absolute joy to work with! Professional, smart, warm and friendly are just a few of the words I could use to describe them! I would highly recommend them to any other bride and have already told several of my engaged friends about them! They're simply the best at what they do!
This review is part love letter, part thank you note, and part actual review. Meghan, Kristin, and Co. were, hands down, the best investment we made for our backyard wedding. We knew we were in over our heads the minute we started planning our wedding last summer, so we reached out to them for assistance. They were phenomenal throughout the year leading up to our wedding—suggesting vendors, calming nerves, making site visits when we couldn’t. At one point, one vendor wasn’t cooperating and Meghan and Kristin’s words were, “we don’t have time for this,” and swiftly moved on to the next vendor without batting an eye. Their attention to every little detail is amazing (seriously, you should see our wedding day timeline—it’s hanging on the fridge like a work of art). At one point our DJ said, “Oh, you’re working with Meghan and Kristin? They’re so good, I don’t even need to show up!” Saying they are respected within the wedding industry is an understatement. Since planning was a breeze, it’s no surprise that our wedding day was exactly how we imagined (and way, way more).
They perfectly executed all of our small, big, and just wacky plans. They are the dream team with matching headsets and fanny packs. They, in no particular order, completely set up and decorated the yard for ceremony and reception (including using their own materials to make it even more beautiful—thanks guys!), picked up our flowers, kept us on time, whisked away gifts, picked up broken glass on the dance floor, and coordinated a last minute switch of tablecloths when the ones that were delivered were way too pink. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. And it was awesome. We received so many compliments from our guests that we were beaming for days afterwards. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or feeling slightly overwhelmed about the prospect of planning a wedding, you absolutely must hire these ladies. I got married about a month ago in Philadelphia at Le Meridien. My mom was referred to Kyle Michelle Weddings by a friend of hers, met Kristin and Meghan and loved them, and got great referrals from their former clients. I live in California so didn't have the pleasure of meeting the girls until much closer to the wedding. We were looking for a planner to do "day-of plus", so by no means full blown planning - essentially we wanted someone to run the show / coordinate on the day of the wedding and also help with a few other things along the way. We relied on Kristin and Meghan at the rehearsal and on the day of, and they also handled: buying all goodies for welcome bags, assembling them, and delivering them to hotels; printing all paper products (excluding invitations) and delivering to hotel; confirming all of our vendors; procuring breakfast and lunch for the bridal party on the day of the wedding; and providing advice on a variety of other matters. I really can't say enough great things!! They were super laid back and easy to be around, responsive, professional, and on top of their game. And adorable! They matched my mother, my now-husband, and me in terms of being type A, which is no easy feat! They were so helpful during the weeks leading up to the wedding, and I don't want to minimize that, but I am most especially thankful for their help on the actual day. Kristin always seemed to be there whenever I needed her - for a band-aid, to help the hair and makeup people find our room, to give readers copies of their readings, to ensure the ceremony room was perfectly set up in time, to bustle my dress, to make sure the top layer of our wedding cake made it into the refrigerator... I could go on and on. Things went flawlessly, and it was in no small part due to Kristin and Meghan's efforts. I'm sure leveraging them for a broader range of services would be an equally wonderful experience. Also, they MORE than earned what we paid, which was incredibly reasonable for a "day-of plus" package. They never said no to our small requests for their help during planning. Many friends have said to me that coordinators are worth their weight in gold - I could not agree more!
My husband and I really wanted a unique outdoor wedding, and once we found that unique place, I knew I would need a lot of help. The venue was a horse farm and was it amazing but we were going to be their first wedding at the place, and we knew we needed help. I was in grad school full time in North Jersey while my husband and family were around Philly and the venue was in Cape May County.
I decided to go with Kyle Michelle as our wedding planners after our first meeting on the phone. They were willing to work with an overstressed grad student who wasn't exactly sure what she wanted for a wedding, and that alone was a miracle. Kristin and Megan were amazing throughout the year in a half of planning and were great about keeping me updated with emails, pinterst phone calls and texts. They also were very mindful of the budget that my husband and I set, and were constantly aware of that and looking for vendors and their own contacts to keep the price down. They kept me organized throughout and gave me a lot of ideas/DIY projects to do during my summer and winter breaks that saved us a lot of money in the end and were great ideas.
The true testament to Kyle Michelle Weddings and their amazing service was the week leading up to the wedding and the wedding day. I was fishing my last week of classes/courses right before the wedding so I was already stressed knowing it was going to be a little crazy, but Kristin was amazing keeping me updated with vendors/contacts and any glitches that needed to be sorted out.
The Friday before the wedding it literally monsooned all day, and we weren't able to set anything up. Kristin and Olivia met us at the venue on Friday to receive all the wedding "stuff" and then said they would be there all day on Saturday setting up so that I could just relax and enjoy my wedding day on Saturday.
I was in awe when I showed up Saturday and the venue had been transformed into something I couldn't even have imagined. Kristin and Olivia (plus Emily and Robyn) took all of my thoughts and actually put them into realities! The place was beautiful and the rest of the day went smoothly thanks to Kristin and her team. I was able to actually enjoy my day and didn't have to worry about a thing.
My dad who was there to help set up on Saturday, in order to get out of the house while the girls got ready, had nothing by wonderful things to say about the Kyle Michelle team, including that they worked so hard and were the most patient people.
The best decision we made when planning this wedding was choosing Kyle Michelle Weddings. We had a wonderful day and without them that wouldn't have been possible and we wouldn't have gotten to enjoy our day.

These guys are the best! I found them about 6 months out from my wedding date when I was feeling overwhelmed with the process and looking for some additional help. After an initial phone call we decided that the best option for us would be their Big Day package. My main concern was the logistics of the day of because we had a large bridal party, and locations in South Philly and Center City..so logistically it wasn't an easy task. I could not be happier I found these guys, from the moment we signed on with them they made everything a breeze, got back to me with lightning fast speed, and went above and beyond on everything they did. They stepped in and handled a difficult situation with our caterer when they had a personnel change, and met us at the venue for the final walk through the week prior to our wedding. On the day of Kristen and Meghan were the best, if there were any issues that came up during the course of the day I still don't know about them. They allowed me to be a guest and really enjoy my own wedding without a care in the world. I can't say enough good things about these guys, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I didn't have to search too much to find Kyle Michelle wedding planners. Once I met them, it was already decided; these planners would be the best. The planners listen, give advice, but, most importantly, were the best advocates for me with the vendors. This is what won my (then) fiancé over: their unwavering ability to stand up for their clients. What won my mother over was how efficient and patient they remained throughout the ceremony and reception. They remembered things my mother never even considered. The decision to hire Kyle Michelle was the single, easiest decision I made over my 14-month engagement period. I do not want to think of what would have become of my wedding if I didn't have them in my corner. Without a doubt, it was money well spent through and through!
I cannot say enough great things about Meghan and Kristin (and Olivia!) of Kyle Michelle Weddings. These women saved my sanity on my wedding day! There is so much going on the day of your wedding, and they know what you're thinking and what you need before you even verbalized it to them. They're extremely professional, yet they fit in like they're one of your friends at the wedding. They work nonstop, all day and night, and always keep a smile on their face. For example, on my way to the church, I realized I had forgotten my veil. My limo pulled over, Meghan stopped aside us, and all I had to do was point to my head and mouth "veil!" and she knew to turn around and grab it for me at the house.
They were such amazing women to have around on the day of your wedding, and were also very helpful leading up to the big day. They helped me pick out vendors, helped organize all the vendors and their timing for setup during the week leading up to the wedding, and had an amazing schedule all mapped out for me and all the vendors that day.

It's hard for me to wrap up nearly 20 months of working with Kyle Michelle Weddings into one review as there are so many wonderful things to say about these two ladies! Let me first start off by saying that if you are reading this and you are thinking about hiring a planner--DO IT! It is the best investment that you will make when it comes to your wedding. And if you are thinking about hiring Kristin and Meghan-- DO IT!! They are the best of the best.
Meghan and Kristin were there for my husband and I every step of the way. They calmed me and reassured me when I needed it, answered questions when I had them, and fought for me when issues presented themselves. They knew that I had a vision for my big day and did everything in their power to make sure the day was perfect. They attended every meeting, let me vent when needed to and kept track of things I hadn't even thought of. As a result of careful planning and using trusted vendors my wedding was stress-free and drop dead beautiful. Any bumps we experienced were minor and usually ironed out within a day or so after Meghan and/or Kristin spoke with the vendor. I rarely worried about things like time schedules or logistics because the girls did that for me. I trusted them with the most important day of my life and they did not let me down.
Here are some things you can expect from Kyle Michelle Weddings:
1. Women who truly care about and enjoy what they're doing.
2. Creativity- they seriously rock at DIY!!
3. Tons of personal attention- not once did I feel ignored or unimportant. They answer emails very quickly and if they didn't have the answer right away they would at least acknowledge me while they found the answer.
4. They will do everything in their power to fulfill your requests. I'll save you the long story but I'll say that Kristin went to great lengths to get me my perfume when I realized 5 minutes before the ceremony that I had forgotten to put it on.
5. They are a wealth of knowledge and make the most wonderful recommendations. I used the florist, djs & photobooth/uplighting that the ladies suggested to me and all three vendors were exceptional.
6. Reliability. If you ask them to be there, they will be there (and usually early).
On the day of the wedding I worried about very little if anything at all. The girls kept us on schedule and kept me calm making sure that I wanted for nothing.
At the end of the night my husband and I were in the hotel room and he asked if I was sad that it was over. I thought about it for a few seconds and then said that I was not because a night so perfect did not need to be redone. I have Meghan and Kristin of Kyle Michelle Weddings to thank for making me feel that way. I doubt the wedding would have gone so smoothly if not for them. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made! :)

As the M.O.B, I hired Kristin and Meghan of KyleMichelle Weddings to help with my daughter’s wedding. My daughter lives in West Virginia, I live in South Jersey, the wedding was at a Virginia winery.
We knew we needed help coordinating out-of-state vendors, and with my daughter’s work schedule (she works 16 to 24 hour hospital shifts) we knew we needed A LOT of help.
As soon as my daughter booked her venue, I called Kristin and Meghan.
Thank goodness they were available and willing to travel.
We were somewhat of a different client as Kristin and Meghan were mainly in contact with me (M.O.B) and not my daughter (the Bride): because of my daughter’s schedule, she would text me whenever she got a quick break, and I would pass her thoughts on to K & M. I would even take detailed notes of our late night conversations and passed the notes on to K & M. By the time of the wedding, we gave them a novel’s worth of our random thoughts.
Somehow, they were able to decipher everything my daughter and her husband wanted.
Their first task: they arranged hotel blocks at 2 hotels and negotiated discounted rates, despite it being a busy weekend at the local college.
The only vendor my daughter didn’t want to hire by long-distance was a florist.
K & M came to the rescue and said they could make everything: Bride's bouquet, Groom's boutonniere, 7 bridesmaid’s bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, plus flowers for parents and grandparents. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the gorgeous flowers!
Merely two weeks before the wedding, we asked them to create numerous chalkboard signs , including two very large boards. K & M’s creativity is incredible and the boards were beautiful.
On the day of, K & M’s true talents shined through. They traveled to the venue (30 minutes from our hotel) to decorate and made it back in time to make sure the guys were on time, delivered the girls’ flowers, pinned boutonnieres, coordinated buses from two hotels and coordinated the two bridal-party shuttles.
The way they decorated the venue was flawless.
From the ceremony arbor and aisle chairs to the cigar bar and s’more bar.
From the family picture display and Escort card display to the fireplace candles and gift table.
From the sweetheart table and cupcake table to the dinner tables –
EVERYTHING was exactly how my daughter and her husband imagined it, and more.
Between the ceremony and reception (during Cocktail Hour) they took the mason jars, wine barrels and signs used to decorate the outside ceremony aisle and rearranged them for use inside the Reception space; made sure the lawn games were put out; and made sure the caterers, donut cart and band had everything they needed all while making sure our guests were happy.
After the reception, they cleaned and packed up all the decorations, made sure transport of the gifts and cards was arranged and had a small dinner basket made so my daughter and her husband could have a late night snack.
My daughter and her husband didn't have to think about anything except having a good time and enjoying their evening.
Neither my husband nor I had to worry about a thing.
We were able to relax and enjoy the celebration because we knew that Kristin and Meghan had everything under control.
I honestly don’t know how they do it, but hiring KyleMichelle Weddings as a gift for my daughter was the best decision.

I started planning a wedding for fall 2013 here in the Washington DC area where I live currently. Around Christmas 2012, my grandmother (whom I adore) became very ill so I scrapped my DC wedding and moved my wedding to South NJ (where I am from) for April 2013. I was so lost the day that I contacted Kyle Michelle Weddings. I knew I had to downsize the wedding in order to pull it off in such a short period of time but I had no idea how to plan a wedding from another state in a little over three months. I was ALL OVER THE PLACE!
The minute I spoke to Kristin I knew that everything was going to be ok. I purchased their package which allowed them to help me select vendors which was invaluable for an out of state bride. Kristin gave me recommendations for photographers, DJs, ceremony locations, limos, everything I needed. I wanted an outdoor ceremony with a restaurant reception - not very typical for South Jersey which is more customarily known for indoor ballroom space. I knew I didn't want to have a small wedding in a big ballroom space. My future husband and I are not very traditional when it came to the wedding. We knew we wanted it to be outdoors (in late April - yeah I know!) and we are foodies so we didn't want the typical rubber chicken and green beans. So we figured let's find a great outdoor ceremony location - The Mansion on Main Street -and go to one of our favorite restaurants _ Maggiano's for the reception. That's all I knew and all I could share. Kristin helped organize my thoughts into something coherent and manageable. We spoke mainly via email (my preference) and she always responded right away! By the time I met her about a month before the wedding, I felt like she was my best friend. I trusted her opinion and she proved to be a MAJOR help when dealing with the ceremony vendor who was a little more slippery than I could handle. She knew what I wanted and helped me put my foot down about getting them to honor everything that was promised to me.
She and Megan handled the ENTIRE wedding day - from set-up, greeting vendors, coordinating with every vendor, executing the timeline, and close-out. I didn't lift a finger and more importantly, I didn't worry about a thing.
Kyle Michelle Weddings also arranged my flowers for the ceremony and reception. So many guests commented on the beautiful colors and arrangements and asked about my florist. I proudly told them that my wedding planners arranged the flowers and I couldn't have asked for a better result.
I would not have been able to pull off my wedding without them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would have changed would have been to get them involved earlier. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, resourceful, and I really felt like they cared about me. They really sought to understand me and my future husband and executed flawlessly on every quirky wish. My ceremony vendor has an onsite coordinator that could have helped but I would have been lost without Kyle Michelle Weddings there to coordinate the day of. I was hesitant about getting a wedding planner because I was already downsizing and had a pretty tight budget. But they were the best money I ever spent!!! Thank you Kyle Michelle Weddings and Kristin for making my wedding day better than I could have ever dreamed. You're the best!!!!!!
I originally hired Kristin and Meghan to coordinator my wedding which was to be held at a yacht club in Beach Haven, NJ. Since the venue did not have anyone to oversee that every part of the wedding fell into place, I thought it was more than necessary to have a wedding planner. A few months after I met with Kristin and Meghan, Superstorm Sandy ruined our chance to have the wedding at the shore. We switched to a venue in Philadelphia, which came with it's own coordinator. I thought I no longer needed the girls' help until they pointed out quite a few issues I didn't even think of. And, boy was I happy I kept them. The venue's coordinator went home just as dinner was being served. Kristin and Meghan kept everyone on time, they made sure flowers were delivered to the right places, the tables were set exactly as I had planned, and they took great care of my family. Needless to say my mother was beyond thrilled. I couldn't recommend them enough. Some may think spending money on a planner is a waste, but I guarantee hiring this team will be some of the best money you spend on your wedding -- besides your dress of course!
I can not say enough good things about Kyle Michelle weddings. They were of immense help on the day of our wedding. They took care of everything so my husband and I could enjoy our day. They also were extremely helpful with suggestions of vendors and numerous things to do with the wedding.
Using Kyle Michelle Weddings was the best decision that we made when planning our wedding. I am a pretty organized and (I like to think) creative person, so I knew that I wanted to be hands-on with many aspects of the planning. I also live out of State, so I knew that I would need help making decisions, planning, and especially the day of the event. Meghan and Kristin really took the time to understand what we wanted for our wedding and they delivered more than we could have ever expected. They incorporated the ideas that I brought to the table and made suggestions for things that they thought would work with our style. My mom, MIL, and I were able to craft and make a lot of things to keep a very personal touch on our wedding. The best part was that Kristin, Meghan and Olivia then set everything up so perfectly on that day so we didn't have to worry about a thing. They recommended vendors where we needed help and worked with the vendors that we booked. They also did our flowers, which were utterly gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, not to mention well below what I anticipated the cost would be.
I thought the week leading up to the wedding was suppose to be stressful, but with their expert guidance, it was a breeze. Our wedding was held outdoors, with a backup venue on site. We did really want to have it outside, if possible, and the weather was very unpredictable that weekend. Kristin and Meghan made it work beautifully. While the weather for the actual ceremony and reception was windy, but lovely, it had been extremely windy and dicey in the morning, which I’m sure made set-up difficult. You would have never known it when we arrived at the site and everything was beautiful and in place. They helped make decisions and take action on the wedding day, so that we and our families were completely free to enjoy the day and have fun. I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
The service that Kyle Michelle provided was worth every penny and so much more. I can't recommend them highly enough and I am so thankful to them for making our wedding day so special.
I really never thought I'd hire a wedding planner for my wedding. I love to be creative and hands-on and was really excited about planning my wedding. But, as a business-owner , I knew I didn't have the time that it needed. Connecting with Kristin and Meghan was the best decision we made. Enthusiastic, energetic, creative... they made the process fun and had all the right connections. Their caterer recommendation was superb! And they handled all of the communications and planning with the events company. We had a backyard wedding by our koi pond, which you would think would be simple, but it turned out to be almost 100 people and they were able to figure out where everything would go and exactly what was needed for a venue that was not built for that. Priceless. And the day of... I was a guest in my own house. They handled coordination of the caterer, events supplies, band, photographer, officiant, florist, cake, children's entertainer, contacting the township, ushering guests and setting decorations. AND they had a Tide stain remover stick for the black mark found on the strap of my dress 5 minutes before showtime. Our day was absolutely perfect and the compliments keep coming in. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kristin and Meghan. :) I would highly recommend them - so worth it!
Let's start by saying I never would have had a wedding without them. I called Kristin and Meghan in June for an October wedding which required planning every little detail (it was an outdoor wedding in a tent which meant we had to decide on everything from the lights to the food to the flooring!). Plus, I was incredibly busy at work leaving me hardly any time to research vendors and consider details. Somehow, they delivered an amazing ceremony and reception. They are organized, meticulous, hard-working, thorough and creative. They made great vendor recommendations, kept me on schedule, gave me access to tools that kept me organized, loaned us beautiful accent pieces and created a ceremony site that was absolutely breathtaking. Not only did they coordinate, design, execute and run our day with hardly any notice but they were also strong voices on our behalf when a vendor sent us the wrong item or tried to charge for unnecessary items. On top of it all, they set up everything (including my crazy DIY ideas that I left half executed the night before) and created our beautiful bouquets and centerpieces. That evening, they made sure to secure our cards, marriage license and other items before we left that evening. They are also incredibly warm and friendly people and I simply enjoyed getting to know them. There are not enough words to say just how incredible they are and how much I appreciated everything that they did. I highly recommend them!
Kristin and Meghan are absolute angels, and without them my wedding wouldn't have been half the fairy tale it was. I didn't even meet them until the week of my wedding due to being military and out of state. Meghan is a military wife herself and understood completely. I interviewed the girls via Skype and they were very personable and reassuring. Planning this wedding had been a nightmare, and I was constantly on the verge of tears until I spoke with them. My groom was absolutely opposed to the idea of having someone else 'do things' for our wedding. It was a very tough choice, but against his wishes I enlisted their help and it was the best thing I could have done. At the wedding, my groom leaned over and said to me "I regret every argument I ever had with you about them. They are awesome." He's right. They took over contacting my vendors, assisted with decorating, did all of my flowers for the ceremony and reception, provided great ideas and cheap alternatives, let me vent to them when the stress was overwhelming, went to the venue when I couldn't and worked their tails off. The day of the wedding, I didn't do anything other than sip champagne and be pampered. If there was a crisis - I had no idea. They did ALL of the set up. During the ceremony, they ensured everything ran smoothly and everyone was in their proper place. During the cocktail hour while I was doing photos, they herded people to where they needed to be and yet somehow managed to have a drink or an hors d'ourves waiting for me between pictures. The reception went much the same way and at the end of the night when everything was winding down, they moved the gifts to a secure location for the night, packed a plate of food and cupcakes for me and my husband, and along with the caterer cleaned up the place. I recommend a wedding planner or wedding day coordinator to every bride - but I can only vouch for these ladies. They were life savers and made my dream wedding a reality. It wouldn't have happened without them, and I couldn't be more pleased.
