The portraits of my husband and I are absolutely stunning. She is so energetic and can wrangle any large, rowdy group into a photo and have it look good. (She did family photos for our wedding with 75 people in one photo! It turned out amazing!) All of the pictures we received are gorgeous. And we got them all early! Kymmy is also so efficient- we were on time or ahead of schedule all day. We were able to get all the photos we wanted and planned for, plus extra ones. I recommend Kymmy to anyone who needs a photographer, especially a wedding photographer!

king natural, to which Kymmy said “no problem!” And boy did she mean it! We look like naturals in our engagement and wedding photos! When we booked Kymmy in December 2020, we were still in a long distance relationship and hadn’t been able to commit to an engagement photo date. Soon after, we both moved 8 hours away, putting an even bigger wrench in our potential engagement photo date. We found a weekend to come back to KC and Kymmy helped us pick outfits and locations that went with our vibe to prep. We made it to KC, but the weather for Sunday was looking like we wouldn’t be able to do any outdoor photos, so more than 75% of our session wasn’t going to be possible. Kymmy worked with us to squeeze us in Saturday evening last minute so we could still take our engagement pictures without coming back to KC again! We even got amazing golden hour photos!! We had SUCH a fun time with Kymmy during our engagement photos! Kainon is anti-pants with buttons, so making him wear leg prisons for 2 hours was going to be a struggle, but after our session, he admitted he had such a fun time, even in leg prisons! After our engagement photos, Kymmy kept in touch to help us plan for wedding day! We didn’t hire a planner/coordinator so Kymmy was SO helpful in creating a day of timeline and walking through logistics with us. She was so responsive to all our questions and made us feel as important as her sooner couples through the whole process. We had the best time on wedding day with Kymmy, too! After seeing the finalized timeline, Kymmy suggested cutting an hour off our contract as we had plenty of time to capture everything we wanted in 9 hours instead of 10, saving us a little money, which we really appreciated! Kymmy came early and was so prepared for the day! We got fabulous getting ready shots and candids of both sides of the wedding party! Kymmy’s eye for flat lay photos is unmatched! She worked with the layout limitations of the venue so well and managed to keep Kainon and I separate before our first look despite both areas looking directly at the front door. Kymmy was so much fun during our portraits and party photos! Our entire wedding party was laughing the whole time and everyone looks so natural! She found the exact right spot to do portraits where you couldn’t tell we were in the middle of downtown and had the best lighting! Kymmy was so efficient during the ceremony and family pictures. We have big families and lots of photos to take, but we ended up getting through them in enough time to enjoy some of cocktail hour! Despite the dance floor being cramped with tables while we had our first dance, Kymmy got amazing pictures during our first dance and cake cutting! We have such fun memories from the reception memorialized because of Kymmy’s eye and ability to predict the best angle/subject for the moment. After the day, Kainon and I were so impressed with how well she commanded the room and kept us on track and on time. Kymmy really went above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful! We had sneak peeks before we got to our honeymoon destination and our full gallery less than 3 weeks later! Overall, we cannot recommend Kymmy enough! Truly one of our wedding day MVPs!

She is so great to be around that you could be taking photos for 4+ hours but it hardly feels like that at all! Not to mention, that because she becomes your friend the photos and moments, she captures are beautiful! We got our entire gallery WAY sooner than expected and are obsessed with all the shots to the point where it’s hard to decide what are my favorites! Highly recommend booking her and we will definitely be using her again!

turned out so well given the freezing cold snow. She is QUICK with taking pictures, there is hardly any downtime, which I loved! And don't fret, if you don't know how to pose - she will help and talk you through it. During the wedding, of course, more horrible weather...it rained. But, she was able to adapt to a change in ceremony location that day and still found picture locations to accommodate the rain. She also takes bomb reception pictures, that are hilarious to look back at. I would book her again in a heartbeat!

absolutely nailed our engagement photos in August. Lots of tears were shed when viewing our gallery. 3. Sis is FAST!!!! She is quick and extremely efficient. Our first session with Kym was in 30 degree weather and a little under an hour. we had so many amazing pics to choose from and you would’ve never known it was freezing. 4. She helps you pose. She tells you if you need to relax your hand, move it, go in for a kiss, laugh, etc. 5. She makes taking photos FUN! My fiancé and I will forever cherish our almost 3 hour long engagement session.
