This wedding venue was absolutely perfect! Casie and her momma are EXCELLENT! They are reasonably priced, we had the venue all day Friday AND Saturday, they were easy to communicate with, they let us use SO MUCH DECOR that they have in a giant closet for no extra cost, the bridal cottage was the cutest little place to get ready with my girls, and the list goes on and on. It poured on our wedding day, and Casie made it so that it wasn’t an issue. She had large umbrellas and a golf cart to get us from the bridal cottage to the barn no problem. They basically do EVERYTHING to help make your day exactly how you want it! It’s also a HUGE added bonus that they are SOOOO FRIENDLY and KIND! If you’re on the fence about picking a venue, pick this one. You will NOT regret it! I absolutely promise you!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place was. Set up beautifully. Worked with us. Helped set up and tear down. Helped coordinate everything. Made sure vendors were showing up and doing what they were supposed too. I cannot brag enough on how wonderful this place and these people are! ♡

Since 2018, the L & B Farms team has been making couples’ dreams come true with a property that seems to step out of a fairy tale. The two couples who own the farm, Rick and Debbie Lanford and Steve and Casie Barnwell, will craft an elegant ceremony and reception space that feels like home. Whether you’re searching for a chic outdoor event or an intimate function inside, they have you covered. The wooden beams and chandeliers of the barn lend the day its timeless southern charm, especially when dressed in gauzy, romantic draping. The barn can comfortably hold 150 of your nearest and dearest, while the surrounding grounds offer a larger space for outdoor activities. By the end of the day, the folks at L & B Farms will feel like family.

The barn is absolutely beautiful! We knew this venue was the place for us the minute we pulled up. They are very reasonably priced, and they don't tack on a bunch of charges either...
. They have a very nice collection of decorations left from previous weddings at your disposal to use for free. The things they do charge for make sense (draping the barn, floral arrangements, renting plates/silverware etc). They also allowed me to visit the venue as many times as I needed as long as they didn't have anything going on. Always fast to respond to any questions I had, and just an overall amazing family to work with! They even worked late into the night the night before my wedding to finish up their new bridal cottage so I could use it for my wedding.
