Laura was a delight to work with us as a wedding planner. She met with us in downtown Denver to set expectations for our sons upcoming Vail wedding. We hired her for "month of" planning. She made sure we had a plan and that all vendors, budget info, items inventory for wedding, VIPs identified, people at each table including allergies and more were tracked and provided a planner to ensure all were on the same page. She also had multiple calls with us the weeks following up to the wedding to ensure no detail was overlooked. For the day of, we had a very concise time plan for the bride and bridesmaids, the groom and groomsmen, family and where everyone should be. We had additional complexity in that shuttle service that was required for the wedding in Vail for all attendees and she ensured that everyone was where they needed to be at the right time for family photos, bridal photos, drop off to the ceremony as well as drop off to the after hours fun and tracked all the vendors and set up all the items we brought in the reception area (centerpieces, table runners, flowers, yard games, light wands for dance floor, etc). Everything went incredibly smooth that day and I was not even aware that a bear and her cub had approached the reception until the evening was over - all dealt with. I got to fully enjoy the day with not a worry. She also had my car fully loaded with everything we brought within 10 minutes of the event ending and all attendees on the shuttles to the after hour party - so I was able to be on time for the after hours and continue enjoying the day. She's a delightful yet firm person to ensure the day goes smooth and I would hire her again and encourage others to use her service.
