Jenna was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and awesome at finding multiple diamonds and band styles we could use. We picked up our custom rings within about a month, and we couldn't be happier to have found this amazing shop! Jenna and Meredith are the best and we can't wait to shop for more gorgeous pieces with them!

She talked us through the process and proposed options to us for a custom redesign, adding a band to the setting, or a new setting with the old stone. Once we decided to go with the custom redesign, Jenna rapidly worked with their team in Philly to send us an initial rendering. The team was flexible with various modifications we suggested, and shared updated renderings of the ring with each change. Overall, from the first appointment to receiving the ring, the process took about 3 months. We're delighted with the finished product and would recommend working with Jenna and the L. Priori team on an heirloom redesign.

She was always well prepared for every appointment we had with her and offered very informative details and explanations every step of the way. She helped us make decisions we would be comfortable and happy with. I loved the process of choosing the diamond for my engagement ring and am beyond happy with the end result. It is clear that Lauren is invested in making her client happy by providing a high quality experience and is passionate about her line of work. We purchased my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands from Lauren and couldn't be happier!
