Hiring LaBella Planners was the best decision. They are experts at what they do, and they do it with patience and compassion.
Jeanenne listened to our vision and created a beautiful design and experience. She is very creative and detail oriented and she found the perfect vendors to bring it all to life (within budget). Jeanenne and Gabriella are very communicative and they never hesitated to jump on additional Zoom calls. Jeanenne and Gabriella could not have been better the day of the wedding. They ran a great schedule and made sure it was a special day. Our guests called the wedding Magical and that is exactly what is was! LaBella Planners are the Best!
We used La Bella Planners as our "month of" coordinators and we couldn't have been happier with Gabriella and her assistant Francesca. Leading up to the wedding, Gabriella was always accessible to us and made suggestions for the wedding that we wouldn't have thought of, such as having a violinist who was hired for the ceremony, come out to play for the guests waiting in the foyer so that they had some music to listen to. She coordinated with all of our vendors so that we did not need to, and everything came together perfectly for our wedding day. I didn't have to think about being places on time or worrying about anything, on my wedding day, due to her and Francesca. We could not have been happier with our experience with them.
My wife and I recently used La Bella Planners to help plan our wedding. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and professional, particularly Jeanenne and Jesse, who handled everything for us leading up to the big day. Between site visits, Zoom calls, e-mails, etc., Jeannene and Jesse were with us every step of the way, including helping to keep everyone organized and on time during a particularly rainy wedding day! All the vendors noted how easy it was to work with La Bella as well. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Jeanenne and her team were absolutely excellent. I actually got married almost 9 months ago, so this review is extremely overdue. I worked with Jeanenne for a majority of the lead up to our wedding. Aside from being reasonably priced, the communication was amazing. I'm an organized person, but not the best with timelines and Jeanenne understood this and kept me on track. She provided advice when I had questions and gave me input based on her experience. Not to mention, she was pregnant throughout most of this and had her beautiful baby in the lead up and was still fully available and responsive, which was comforting for us and just impressive overall. I could go on and on, but I think this gives a pretty good idea at what I am getting at.
On the day of, Jeanenne and her team were outstanding. From directing our crazy families around, to getting everything set up and flipped from the ceremony to the reception, I wasn't concerned one bit. They even organized having the caterer bring my husband and I cocktails and the food from our cocktail hour, so we didn't miss a thing. They also took it a step further and made sure to get me to eat something throughout the night, which I really did appreciate (especially given the drinking that was occurring). Needless to say, my wedding would not have gone as smoothly (or probably even happened) without La Bella Planners.
Jeanenne is a comforting, calming presence and exactly the person you want around you during a time like this! Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and frustrating but Jeanenne helped us with putting all the pieces together and making sure everything went according to plan and on time as could be! We had 3 ceremonies which was a bit overwhelming but Jeanenne and her team did their best and everything flowed in the best possible way.
Jeanenne and her partner Jesse were attentive and very responsive whenever I would email, (which was often). We all have so much going on in our lives and it shocks me how Jeanenne is able to juggle it all! We came to her with any questions/thoughts/concerns/ and she was able to answer right off the bat or give us an answer shortly after doing some research. She also made sure there were things we prepared for and had that we didn't even think of, so thank you for that!
Overall, although there were some hiccups on our big day that couldn't really be avoided, we were able to march on and still make the most of it.

've worked with La Bella Planners (LBP) twice. Both times I was so happy that I had hired them. They made sure I enjoyed my events as much as the guests did.
My husband and I decided to get married in Chicago on August 11th, 2018. I wanted a simple wedding with good food and beverages and originally decided to do all of the planning. I had a bare minimum list of what needed to be done and I had a fixed budget. With 2 and a half months to go and lots left to do I called LBP. They delivered a wedding that was everything I wanted, but better. I was able to focus on being a bride. I enjoyed the details that they put in, the regular updates via email and calls, and the day of service. I was blown away by the decor, LBP was absolutely right about the florals.
The services provided included:
- budgeting with what was left of the original budget to include things I had left out:
- florals
- place cards
- menus
- day of food options
- recommending hair, makeup, photographer, florist, and transportation company
- a trip to chicago to meet with all vendors
- review of all contracts
- day of coordination (included runs for red bull, wrangling groomsmen, dealing with all vendor questions)
- coordination of transportation for bridal party and out of town guests
- working with my officiant (friend) to ensure she felt prepared
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! My Husband Brandon and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jeannene her team! They were so warm and welcoming and totally took to my organized plans and went with it every step of the way! All the ladies were extremely professional and were so much fun! They went above and beyond on the day of my wedding. Watching my wedding video I saw Jeannene escort my 3 year old flower girl down the steps onto the beach (a detail that did not cross my mind) and Jeannene stepped right in and held her hand all the way down to the isle on the sand! She is quick to respond when a situation occurs (which something will) but I never knew it as the bride! Jeannene and her team helped bring my vision to life and after seeing my highlight video I can without a doubt say hiring her and her team was THE BEST decision I made throughout wedding planning! We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely, professional, and creative the decorations were...especially the flowers and bouquet arrangements on the beach, candle lighting and GORGEOUS centerpiece they arranged on our table. Most importantly, the girls made us feel apart of their family, and made sure we were taken care of ( shots of tequila during the reception ready for us every time we turned,our favorite!) I highly recommend Jeannene and her team for any event! Also came back to my husband and i's room with decorations left over from the reception, pictures, flower petals on the bed with lit candles.. Jeanenne and her staff at LBP are amazing! She and I started working together approximately one year before my June 2018 wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club in Southold, NY. I already had a vision of how I wanted the wedding to look and Jeanenne helped to realize that vision. She put me in touch with great vendors and managed all of the details of the wedding, from reviewing the vendor contracts to making sure that my parent’s dog got to her boarding location for the night of the wedding. She was always immediately responsive on e-mail and by phone and traveled out to Southold on several occasions to arrange things with the venue and the hotels that were holding our room blocks.
Three days before the wedding, a huge wrinkle was thrown into our plans when the china company (who I had mistakenly found) informed us that they would no longer be able to provide us with dinner plates. Jeanenne worked to solve this problem for hours on end, ultimately locating a china company in Maryland who could get us what we needed. I don’t know how I would have managed this without her.
On the day of the wedding, Jeanenne and her team arrived at my parent’s house, ironing bridesmaid’s dresses, organizing things for the photographer and taking care of all of the little details that helped to make the wedding so wonderful. She was always nearby on that day and took a great deal of pressure off of me. The wedding was beautiful. When we got to the B&B we were staying at the night of the wedding, we were so surprised to find a bottle of Moet and a lovely note from Jeanenne and her team.
I can’t imagine how we would have pulled off this wedding without Jeanenne. She thought of every detail, including all of the small details you never think about in the lead-up to the big day. I know that my husband and I and my parents are eternally grateful for all of the love, sweat, and energy she put into the wedding. Thank you LBP!
Ugh. What a mess. At the end of the day, the bride had to do all of the work on the day of the wedding that La Bella should have done. They failed to handle a bunch of items that were important to us and clearly communicated to them. The details matter, and they really came us short. We had a two-person team. Both failed on a litany of items. Fortunately, our guests won't know the failures. The problem is that WE know the failures.
Now YOU know that they failed us.
From the second I sat down with Jeanenne for our first meeting I felt like I was in the company of a close friend I would be able to entrust to execute on my wedding vision. After speaking with several other planners, Jeanenne was clearly the best. She connected me with vendors she knew could carry out all the customizations I wanted, within my price range. She planned and facilitated meetings & dress appointments and was responsive to all my inquiries- no matter how random, scatterbrained or frequent they were....she has the patience of a saint! Come the big day I did not have to deal with or worry about any of the logistics, her team truly knows how to take care of a bride! I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without LBP and highly recommend their expertise.
I honestly don’t even know what to say about Jeanenne, other than without her I don’t even know if our wedding would’ve happened. I had literally no idea what I was doing, no clue what planning a wedding entailed and then decided to pick a venue which required us to bring EVERYTHING in from the outside, all while in nursing school. I remember when she first mentioned furniture and chair rentals and to be honest, I had never even thought about it!!! We would’ve just eaten dinner standing up, no biggie! But seriously Jeanenne was so amazing and easy to work with, I (almost) never felt anxious because I knew how hard she was working for us. So thank you Jeanenne and La Bella, for making our wedding day so completely perfect and keeping me from losing my mind 😹
La Bella Planners are the best! They have been such a pleasure to work with during my whole planning experience. They made sure to respect our budget, provided us with vendors who were just as amazing as they are, and ensured we had everything we wanted for our wedding day. They were very responsive during planning and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. My wedding day was absolutely beautiful and I know that is thanks to their hard work! I cannot recomend them enough! You will not regret having them help plan your big day!
If I could give her 6 stars I would! Jeanenne was amazing! We did the day of coordination package which was worth every penny. This also included an assistant for the day. She was present at our rehearsal which was a huge help because she made sure everyone knew exactly what was expected of them. Because of this our ceremony ran smoothly. The day of our wedding we did nothing. She coordinated with all of vendors and made sure every detail of the day was taken care of. We dealt with nothing and neither did our bridal party or family which allowed everyone to enjoy the day. I cant remember every little detail of the day but I know Jeanenne worked hard for her money. She sewed several members of the bridal party including the groom when their were multiple wardrobe malfunctions. She even went as far as feeding the bride in between pictures. Having her there allowed us to enjoy the day stress free, well worth it!!
My absolute saving grace!!! If you are looking for a little help, or a lot of help look no further. From the big stuff, little stuff, fun stuff and even some sad stuff they were with me for over a year, helping me plan this insane wedding of mine. I could not have had a better team to guide me through the madness. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner take it from me, do it! So many things come up that will drive you crazy that La Bella Planners helped with, no questions asked. They knew my vision, they added to that vision, and they made that vision come to life. Words can not describe how amazing Jeanenne and her team are! I didn't want a wedding planner (as I am a bit controlling and knew exactly what I wanted) I wanted someone to help me the day of and to ensure everything ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything, Well Jeanenne did that and beyond!! She was on point! I did not have to worry about a vendor or being on time or if my vision was being properly executed. From the day I met Jeanenne she knew exactly what my vision was and was able to fully understand it.
Jeanenne did something that no words could ever explain for my family and I the day of my wedding. My grandfather was very ill with cancer and during the cocktail hour he was getting really tired and didn't think he would be able to stay. The car service hired to take him home would not be able to get to Flowerfield for at least an hour (as we didn't get the limo company much of a heads up on the time) my grandfather did not think he could wait the hour. My whole family was scrambling to see who would take him home and leave the wedding. Jeanenne stood up and offered to take him home so no one had to leave my wedding. The simple gesture meant more to us than she would ever know. This is something that will stick with me and my family forever!
I would recommend Jeanenne over and over and over again! If you are lucky enough to have her and her company take care of your event you have nothing to be worried about!!
Jeanenne really delivered on the day of our wedding. She was well prepared, punctual, and had a keen eye for details. She was crucial in keeping our wedding photographer on schedule and the two of us focused throughout the day. I first met Jeanenne through a good friend several years ago. As my wedding day approached I began to doubt my ability to pull all my ideas and plans together, I thought of her and reached out immediately. My husband and I are so thankful we decided to hire her and her brilliant team as “day of coordinators”. She and her team were amazing the whole way through! They were very professional and thorough. They met with me before the big day to discuss details I had envisioned, conducting a walkthrough of the ceremony the day before with my wedding party, assisting my photographer ensuring he got all my requested shots, followed up with all my vendors up to the day of to ensure that everything ran smoothly including deliveries... she even came with an emergency kit which came in handy when a guest got their red lipstick on the sleeve of my wedding dress! (she calmly got it out while I cried…sorry Jeanenne). There really isn’t a person I could think of that could have provided the support and guidance she did during this overwhelming time. I honestly don’t know how I would have pulled it all off without them. Thank you Jeanenne and staff, you made my vision come to life!!
We hired La Bella Planners for our month-of wedding coordinator. It was honestly one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Jeanenne was extremely helpful with recommending vendors, as well as suggesting tips/ideas/advice for our outdoor ceremony and reception at Salt Air Farm. Jeanenne coordinated and communicated with all vendors and the venue. In addition, she also helped out tremendously with details and wedding party/hotel welcome gifts, favors etc, for the wedding. On the day of, Jeanenne and Jessie ensured everything ran smoothly and handled it all perfectly! We couldn't have asked for better, it was exactly what we hoped for! Jeannene really made everything happen and fall into place perfectly for our wedding! From the days leading up to the big day, to the morning of all the way through the night, Jeannene was absolutely amazing! I honestly could not have had my dream wedding at the Bronx Zoo without her! She was so helpful with every detail of the day! She made sure all of my vendors were set and prepared, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I cannot explain enough how grateful I truly am for her services! She arrived at my house the morning of to make sure everything g was set, to pick up all of my crazy decor, and to make sure that I was happy and enjoying every last moment from the very start! Jeanenne, Barbara, and their team were instrumental in making sure my wedding day ran absolutely smoothly. We hired LBP for day-of wedding planning services - they helped reduce stress the entire day and enabled myself, my groom, our families, and our bridal party to truly enjoy our day because they handled EVERYTHING. As a bride, it was so amazing to have someone always ready to hold my bouquet, to make sure we got all the family photos we needed, give my wedding dress a quick steam right before the ceremony, and to make sure everything ran on time. My wedding was in New York City and involved some complex logistics since our ceremony was not at the reception location and we went to a 3rd location to take photos - LBP helped ensure that everyone in the wedding and all of our guests were transported timely and comfortably. They really went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect and I was so thankful to have them there. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
The ceremony is the most sacred part of the day for the bride and groom. I hired La Bella Planners for "day of" only services. ($1,000 for one day, which was okay with me to make this a dream come true ceremony). The ceremony site was very special to my daughter and her new husband. It was outside at the
Vanderbilt Mansion overlooking the Northport Bay. I wanted Jeanenne and her (so called team- one young girl, Jesse) to put bows on the chairs for the ceremony. She put me in touch with a company that rents bows for ceremony chairs. However, the La Bella team could not tie the bows appropriately to the chairs. They were all over the place. It looked like a child had attempted it. I had expressed to Jeanenne that I thought it may be very difficult to tie bows on 90 chairs. She kept returning my emails saying "we can do it." WELL, THEY CAN'T DO IT. I wish I had hired the company that rented me the bows to do the job. The ceremony site looked horrible and now we have a video with a beautiful ceremony and a setting that had great potential if only La Bella Planners had done the right thing. Either know how to tie bows to chairs so they don't slip off and look like rags hanging or inform your client it is too much for you to handle. Also we hired a beautiful harpist to perform at the ceremony. Why would you put the harpist in the back corner? No one could hear her or see her play this beautiful huge harp. Very disappointed to say the least. The video of the ceremony is beautiful but it's beautiful because of the great videographer. Just so disappointed. $1,000 should have bought an exquisite ceremony site. Not to mention the $300 spent on bow rental and $600 for the harpist no one saw. To see the video go to: fairytalestudio
LaBella Planners made the daunting task of having a wedding in midtown Manhattan look easy! From moving around to 3 photography locations, to having buses exactly where they needed to be, to keeping everyone on schedule throughout the day they executed flawlessly. They somehow seemed to be everywhere and were always exactly where they were needed at any given time. As a mother-of-the-bride, I can't imagine having done it without Barbara and Jeanenne!

I just wanted to take this time and recognize LaBella Planners and the unbelievable job they did with my wedding on April 16, 2016 @ Bear Creek Mountain Resort. Looking back on that day now a month later my wife and I could no have imagined a more perfect day. Without a doubt their are not two more hardworking women in the business right now!!!! I remember leaving my rehearsal dinner that Friday night of our wedding at around 11:30pm and seeing both Jeanenne and Barbara ironing every inch of burlap on each and every one of our guests tables. It was views like that set these women apart. From the first moment I meant Jeanenne I was blown away by her personality. She is one of those women who lights up a room when she enters but also has an amazing talent of putting her customers at ease in high stress situations. As my wife can definitely vow to I can be very hard to deal with but Jeanenne and Barbara have this talent to always know when I needed to be reassured that everything would be alright. They instilled this trust with my wife and I that we knew that the night would be perfect. Now on to the best day of my life!!!!! So as I walked downstairs to meet the women of my dreams for our first look I had to make my way through the reception space in order to greet her. That moment I had so many nerves going through me as I was about to see the new Mrs. Fitzsimmons as well as walk through the space that we worked the last year with LaBella planners and my wife to create. As I entered the room with extreme anticipation and my heart beating a mile a minute, my jaw dropped at first sight. I could not believe how perfect everything had came together.. Every suggestion that LaBella planners made as well as every personal touch my wife had added had come together to create this surreal environment. From that magical moment to the next when I saw my beautiful wife for the first time the day continued flawlessly. Jeanenne and Barbara took care of every detail in order for my wife to enjoy every moment of our night! Waking up the next morning and heading down to our brunch the compliments from our guests were endless. Every guests that was at our wedding that night had a smile from ear to ear as well as such praise for Jeanenne and Barbara and the astounding job that they did. Words could never express the amount of gratitude that my wife and I have for LaBella planners. But simply put if you are looking to create the most magical event and would like to work with two of the most professional, personable, detailed oriented women in the business then look no further then LaBella Planners!! After I got engaged, my first mission was to find a great wedding planner to help me navigate the overwhelming wedding industry. After interviewing a few vendors, La Bella Planners and Jeanenne really stood out from the rest and it was the best decision we made. Every step along the way Jeanenne provided professional and terrific guidance and made sure our day was perfect. No detail was overlooked and I truly owe the best day of my life to La Bella Planners! My advice to all my newly engaged friends? Hire a wedding planner (or at least a day of coordinator) and hire La Bella Planners!
La Bella Planners did an amazing job with our wedding. Jeanenne worked with us for a year prepping our big event. Due to our unique jobs we were in two different countries during the planning and having La Bella Planners was the only way we could have made it happen! Jeanenne worked all of our personal touches into the event and it went off perfectly. All the vendors she recommended were top notch and fit our budget. The flowers and centerpieces were beautiful. We were married at my husband’s college on Kings Point with a reception to follow on Long Island. I can’t imagine how stressed I would have been if we had to do all of this ourselves. Jeanenne was absolutely great to work with! I reached out to her at the last minute when I realized that I would need someone to keep everything running smoothly at the church.
Jeanenne was very responsive vie email and met with me in person prior to the event to go through the details. She attended the rehearsal and was authoritative without being pushy – which couldn’t have been easy as my family can be difficult to wrangle. She also gave me a great price (better than anyone else I could find for ceremony coordination). The ceremony went off without a hitch!
Jeanenne and Barbra were a great help in planning my wedding. I was able to come to Jeanenne w my own thoughts and wishes and she was able to help put them into action, make them actually happen as well as adding her own tips and input to make it even better! They were able to provide me w vendors based on what I had described I was looking for, helping me cut down on a long process of looking for vendors that fit my criteria.

She was so incredible to work with and our wedding day ran so smoothly. The entire day was perfect. She knows all of the best vendors on Long Island and gets everything done according to plan. Jeanenne is creative, organized and such an amazing planner. I hope you get to work with her!
I used Jeanenne as a day of coordinator. She worked around our budget and helped to make our wedding as stress free as possible. She was easily reached via phone and email and kept us on track both the day of and the weeks prior with a clear schedule of events. She allowed me to enjoy my wedding instead of stressing over it. When my husband and I came up with an off the wall idea for our wedding Jeanenne and Barbara welcomed us with open arms and were very open to something different. They made sure that our day was perfect, they took care of all the details so that my husband and I could focus on our day.

Our church was beautiful and we were expecting around 350 guests! Barbara and Jeanenne came to our rescue! With only 4 business days left, they managed to order all our supplies and made our church decoration vision come to reality. Both of them were very responsive and cared about our big day as much as us! It's not easy to leave a lot of responsibility to people you just meet but both Barabara and Jeannene were very reliable and so creative! My husband and I had a marriage celebration for our First Anniversary since we had an intimate wedding a year prior. We did the majority of the planning ourselves but I felt we needed a day of coordinator to assist with all the little things that are so important plus making sure everything runs smoothly the day of. My husband was a skeptic about hiring a DOC but was supportive of the idea. We initially hired someone recommended by our florist but after several weeks of absolutely no communication we got nervous since our big day was approaching. I began searching for another DOC and came across LaBella Planner's website. LaBella came on board approximately 4 weeks prior to our 11/9/13 celebration. What stood out about LaBella is that they did not have a "cookie-cutter" approach to the process rather they listened to our ideas as well as made suggestions to ensure the day was "ours". They were available day and night leading up to the day of our celebration. The big plus for us is that they were practical in their ideas to ensure we were able to keep additional costs to a minimum. The day of, we simply cannot say enough about LaBella's wonderful work. First, they work as a team so we had one person - Jeanenne-at the hotels handling the transportation for our guests since we arranged for a shuttle service and the second person- Barbara- who was at the Swan Club overseeing the set-up. Also, they assisted in giving out the tips and final payments to our vendors.My husband and I was able to enjoy our evening with our family and friends. My parents and guests also noticed and commented about their attentiveness during the evening. My husband had to admit that LaBella Planners was definite worth it. I definitely recommend them to anyone who requires a full wedding planner, day of coordination or any type of celebration.
