Cat is fantastic and I was so happy to have her leading my wedding team. She is extremely organized and always available to answer questions, no matter how random. She gave us reco...
mmendations on all our vendors and we were beyond thrilled with all of them!! With the partial package, she attends a number of appointments and really helps with the overall design and feel of the wedding. Our day was perfect!! If there were any issues, I had no clue! If you are looking for a planner, you will not be disappointed working with Cat! Best money we spent!!
By far, the best money we spent on our entire wedding... Cat was not only professional, and SUPER organized, but always 2 steps ahead! As I would fall behind, she would politely "n...
udge" me and get me back on track... Our wedding went off without a hitch, and all of our guests were amazed with how seamless the event went. She was not only reasonable priced, but by far the best in the business.... I would pay double what we did to have her again!
Working with Bella Vita Signature Events was such a joy. From the moment we met to the wedding day, Cat was there 100% to make sure the day ran perfectly.

oving parts of the day, and leading up to the wedding, Cat followed up with all of the vendors, ensuring everything was in place prior to the day.
On the wedding day, I was able to completely relax and was stress-free knowing that Cat and her team were handling every detail.
She was so organized, and handled any blip in the day with grace and professionalism.
Cat is professional, kind, patient, respectful but firm when she needs to be with a big bridal party!
Hiring Bella Vita Signature Events is a must with wedding planning decisions. I highly recommend her to every bride and groom.

e tastings, rental appointments to finding us the perfect officiant. Cat was always available whether it was early in the day or late at night. The best thing about her as a planner is she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. I couldn't have done it without her!
Cat is who 100% made my wedding absolutely perfect!! I can not begin to say how grateful I am that I had Cat to help me through everything. We had our wedding at Camarillo Ranch Ho...
use in the barn. I had not a clue as to what I was looking for in decor, flowers, place settings ect. . . all I knew was the colors I wanted to use. I stressed for weeks about everything because I felt so lost. But after my first meeting with Cat I can't explain the weight that she had lifted off of my shoulders because I knew she had everything under control. I basically left all decisions up to Cat I had that much faith in her ability. When my wedding day came and I walked into the Camarillo Ranch House Barn I was completely taken back on how beautiful everything looked. I was truly blessed that day by Cat!! I still have people tell me how amazing my wedding was even people who were not there but had seen pictures. If anyone has any questions or doubts whether or not to have Cat do your wedding I will put my email address at the bottom and I can show you actual pictures of my wedding and all of the hard work Cat put into it!!

You really don't get much better than La Bella Vita Signature Events. I have worked with Cat many many times and she is always organized and on top of things. She is very dedic...
ated to what she does, and when it comes to planning or running an event there isn't a task that is below her. She is extremely hard working and one of the classiest vendors I have worked with.
Being a fellow vendor in the event industry, it is very important to have a coordinator be respectful to each person making the event happen. Cat is always very sweet and friendly to each one of our team and crew members, even if she doesn't know them. Cat is great at communicating and if there are any issues with an event she is quick on her feet and can fix a problem as if nothing had happened. If you are looking for a coordinator, she's one of the best.
