Hey there, I'm Rebecca Kopperud, a wedding planner, designer, and lifelong event maker based in Alaska—and I love creating celebrations that feel like they could only belong to you. I work with adventurous, fun-loving couples who want something more personal than a traditional wedding. My specialty is intimate, private celebrations and micro weddings in Alaska and Croatia, where the setting is extraordinary, the guest list is intentionally small, and the people gathered around you actually matter. Because when you’re investing so much time, energy, and money into one of the biggest celebrations of your life, I believe you should get exactly what you want—not a cookie-cutter wedding, a package of predetermined choices, or someone else’s idea of what your day should look like. You should be able to bring together your favorite people, slow down, eat incredible food, explore somewhere beautiful, laugh a lot, and actually spend time with the people you invited. And when you work with me, you work directly with me. I’m the person who gets to know you, understands what matters to you, solves the problems, manages the details, and brings the whole thing to life. After more than 20 years creating events and hundreds of weddings and celebrations, I’ve learned that the best events aren’t necessarily the biggest ones. They’re the ones where everything feels intentional—and where, at the end of the night, you look around and think: This is exactly how we wanted it to be.
