After reading numerous bad reviews about the staff I was a little leery, but when we arrived at La Copa I was pleasantly surprised! All the staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The room was in perfect condition when we arrived and was very nice to stay in. I felt right at home. The outdoor area with the pool and hot tub was very nice and relaxing and I loved the boardwalk to the beach! I loved everything about this hotel and can't wait to go back again.

great every morning! A special thanks to the manager, Edwardo. Even though he was busy with other issues, he never hessitated to assist us with our questions or concerns. He and his staff went above and beyond making sure the ballroom was ready for us and make sure our guest were happy. Thank you so much!! :)
