La Crosse Distilling Co.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner here. The food was great along with the cocktails. The guests of honor and our guests had a great time. Chelsea is amazing and super easy to work with. Would definitely plan future events at the distillery.

We held my son and future daughter in law's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at The Distillery in LaCrosse WI on October 28th 2022. We had worked with Chelsea the event coordinator prior to our event. Chelsea had worked completely with us from start to finish, she was accommodating to my many questions and had comfortably assured me throughout the process, I appreciated her suggestions and hard full faith this was going to be a positive experience. And it was! Audi was our bartender and Madi was our server. These two had given us such Top-Notch service, that we can't help but reflect/reminisce over that Special evening. My 8 year old granddaughter was even highlighted with a Special drink that Audi stooped down to ask her if she could get her something, she gave her the warmest attention as she made her a very Special Hibiscus drink, turning an upset little girl who was sad because her "little" friends went home and she was the only "little" left with all of the adults who were celebrating this Special evening Ellie went up to hug Audi a little later, saying Thank You So Much and leaned in to hug her, Audi was so receptive to this and Ellies sadness turned into huge Smiles! Thank You Audi!!! Your amazing! Madi, ran her butt off up and down the stairs refilling all of their specialty beer requests! This evening was enjoyed by our friends and family, and we still hear compliments about The Taco Bar, we chose the 3 proteins of which were very nicely seasoned. The food was refilled as it was needed, and in a timely manner. Madi communicated with me throughout the evening as to where we were with cost There were no hidden costs to our event This celebration exceeded my expectations completely by this personable, professional, and extraordinary team!
