I only had them do my bouquet and it was beautiful! It was also less expensive than we expected. I also didn't know I was going to need my bouquet until about a month before the wedding, when my aunt, who did the rest of the flowers, decided I should get that professionally done, however, they were very accommodating and didn't even charge me extra for the short notice.
