I hired La Di Da Beauty for my wedding in August 2024 and unfortunately, didn't have the best experience with my makeup. I hired a Level 1 artist for both hair and makeup and got a trial for both about 4 days before my wedding. The trial was fantastic and I was happy with the results. I was looking for a dramatic "fairy glam" look and both hair and makeup artists achieved that at the trial. Unfortunately, my actual wedding day didn't go as well. On wedding day, the makeup was hardly sparkly and it looked different than it did at the trial. The artist also applied my eyelashes crooked and I asked her to fix it. She didn't actually try reapplying the lashes and just tried to move them around and it ended up being crooked the whole day and in all of my pictures. I wasn't able to have her fix it because we ran out of time. The salon organized the schedule and had me scheduled to get my makeup last. I was totally fine with this as I wanted it to be fresh, but they only allotted one hour of time for my makeup. The artist ended up taking 30 extra minutes on me and it made me 30 minutes late to my venue and I lost out on photo opportunities with my bridesmaids. I wish someone would've told me to add more time, I just trusted La Di Da assuming they were the professionals. The salon did refund me for the trial as I had asked what the point of paying for it was if the makeup on wedding day turned out differently. The salon tried to say that the artist felt like she had too tight of space in our hotel suite and she felt rushed. She had about 6 square feet in all directions, was right next to a window and had more space than the other two artists who we had no complaints with. They also told me she was late because I was eating and I stepped away to brush my teeth. I ate about 4 bites of wrap in the course of an hour and a half and maybe stepped away for 5 minutes tops to brush my teeth. I had one bridesmaid who had the same makeup artist completely redo her makeup because it didn't match her inspo pics and another bridesmaid who had to fix hers for the same reason. I'm not sure why they recommend inspo pics or trials if they don't get followed but this my warning to all my brides out there! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXTRA TIME - MORE THAN THE SALON GIVES YOU FOR THEM TO FIX MISTAKES! I'm horrified that my crooked eyelashes are showing up in all of my pictures, the more that come out. They told me they were going to send me a gift as an apology and I also never received that. I am definitely not satisfied with what I received for the price of what I paid. I would pick elsewhere or choose at least a level 2 or 3 artist if you have any sort of high standards with makeup. I have posted a picture of the makeup from the trial and the makeup during my wedding so you can see what I mean. It sucks to leave these types of reviews but I hope to send this message as a learning lesson to future brides!
Above and beyond!! I booked hair & makeup for me and my mom for my wedding in July. Rosella was our artist and we were blown away! Truly amazing service, from the proactive communication to the trial run, to the day of hair & makeup. La Di Da made me feel so special and I made the best choice booking this salon.
La Di Da was perfect for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding. They are very detail-oriented and made sure that I still felt like myself on my wedding day. During the process, they ask you to complete a few forms that help them get a sense of your style, preferences, and what you're hoping to achieve for your wedding day look. I found this really helpful and made me think a bit deeper about what I truly wanted.
I had Kenzie as my MOA and Becca as my hairstylist, and they both were wonderful. I also strongly recommend doing a hair/makeup trial with them to ensure smooth sailing on your wedding day. With Becca, we ended up making a few small changes to my hairstyle and the trial gave us room fully solidify what worked best for me. This helped me feel more confident about my hair the day of. It was also super fun chatting with Kenzie and Becca during my trial and we got to know each other better that way, too.
La Di Da was also very responsive in email correspondence and was flexible in helping us determine a day-of beauty schedule. Go with La Di Da!!!
Loved the La di Da team so much! They made the process so easy from start to finish. They are super professionals, very organized and also very fun to have around the morning of my wedding. I loved my hair and makeup and loved all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup. I didn't fall in love with my HMU trial, so we had a couple zoom sessions to fine tune my vision and they executed perfectly the day of.
If I could recommend this salon to every bride and her bridal party for their wedding, I would. Everything about them is so professional and I felt like the prettiest person on my wedding day. I truly hope every bride feels the way I did. I model as my career so I have had my makeup done a lot, and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so I was wildly skeptical about getting my makeup done for my wedding day, so much so I almost though about doing it myself - so glad I didn't. On top of that, I was not local, so I couldn't do a trial. Kyra was my hair and makeup artist and I can't say enough good things about her. My hair (hair extensions) and makeup was absolutely perfect! I lost my hair from COVID so had extensions, and she did exactly what I wanted for my hair and my makeup was impeccable and lasted all night. Then Mirranda, Tammera, Diana and Hannah did my GIANT bridal party of 11 plus two moms and everyone loved them so much and their work. They were fun to be with and did a beautiful job. My mom is 57 and was nervous about getting her makeup done because she thought her face was old and saggy and because she's never had it done before. Kyra made her look absolutely beautiful. My niece kept saying, "My Grandma just looks so beautiful." Everyone looked stunning. In addition, I loved how they set up consultations with me, had a payment plan option, and everything was cut and dry when it came to pricing so I wasn't blindsided by anything on my wedding day. I had some big changes I had to do a month out as well, and Thea was so responsive, kind and awesome in making sure things will be okay for my big day. Thank you beyond words to LaDiDa Salon! I am a little delayed in writing this review, but pictures don't do justice how great they did. I would recommend to any and everyone.
I hired La Di Da for my wedding day makeup and was so happy with how everything turned out! I was lucky enough to have Marissa from La Di Da on our wedding day, and let me tell you - SHE IS AMAZING. During the trial she took her time getting to know my aesthetic and what I was looking for, and made me feel so comfortable. My makeup felt like me, it was spot on and I've truly never felt so beautiful. On the wedding day, Marissa worked her magic and somehow managed to make me love my makeup even more! I received so many compliments about her and her work from the mothers and bridesmaids who also had their makeup done. I will never trust anyone else with my makeup, thank you Marissa!

I used La Di Da for my wedding and I was soooo happy! Mia did my make up and Shaena did my hair and I was so incredibly pleased. Both of them were attentive, accommodating and so receptive to feedback. There were 12 of us getting hair and make up done, and everything went so smoothly! I can't recommend La Di Da enough :)
After a negative experience I had with another hair and makeup artist for my engagement photos, I knew I needed a better more professional team for my big day. After reading many reviews I went with La Di Da and I did NOT regret it! My bridal hair hair and makeup team was absolutely amazing! Nicole, my hairstylist, absolutely nailed the hairstyle I wanted for my wedding. She took the photos of what I wanted and created a unique style that I loved. Ginnie, my makeup artist, did a fabulous job. She even gave me a kit with lip gloss, lip liner, and blotting papers to freshen up my look throughout the night. They were both super nice and kept the whole atmosphere fun. They were professional and on time.
Couldn’t have been happier with how my hair & makeup turned out for my wedding. I did a trial & they were so responsive to changes I wanted. The whole process was so easy & they were very responsive. I appreciated that they have different options for people based on their financial needs & even though I booked the lower end they did a phenomenal job.
I hired 4 stylists (2 hair + 2 makeup) from La Di Da Beauty for our wedding. They exceeded expectations! Even my most hard-to-please bridesmaids were delighted with their hair and makeup. The owner, Thea, was very responsive and worked with me to make all the adjustments I needed. I hired a makeup artist to stay an additional 3 hours to touch up makeup, which was worth it. I was very pleased with the professionalism of our stylists, and the fact that I could get hair and makeup done with one vendor made the process twice as easy!

If you're like me, it can be hard to know where to start and who to pick for something as important as hair and make up for a wedding. I simply picked based off reviews and gallery pictures and am so thankful I went with La Di Da (while they have a salon, they specialize in wedding hair and make up). It was extremely easy to set up a consultation and book the services. I chose level 2 services for both hair and make up, did a trial for both, and then had hair and make up done for myself and 4 bridesmaids the day of, as well as a make up touch up service. Marissa and Courtney were fantastic. I loved the trial day as they recommend you go in early so you can wear your hair and make up all day and see if there's anything you want to change and how it wears throughout the day. For the day of, all my bridesmaids looked so beautiful and I have never felt so beautiful myself. I absolutely loved working with Marissa and Courtney and would definitely recommend La Di Da for wedding day hair and make up.
Getting our hair and makeup done with La Di Da Beauty was a wonderful, totally stress free experience. My daughter got married at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and it was nice to have hair and makeup come to us. My mom, my husband’s mom, the mother of the groom, myself(the mother of the bride), and my daughter(the bride) all got our hair and makeup done. Hannah(makeup) and Tammera(hair) were amazing! Very professional, sweet, really listened to what we wanted, and they were totally focused on our comfort and making us look and feel beautiful. My mom is allergic to a lot of hair and makeup products and they were totally open to using the products she brought with her so she did not have an allergic reaction. My daughter looked and felt like a princess. Thank you for helping to make my daughter’s wedding day so special!
The ladies at La Di Da (Rachel, Marissa, and Ginny) were the best hair and makeup team for our big day! They helped the bridal party and moms look and feel their best. I loved everything about my hair and makeup and it lasted ALL day and night.
I ended up not booking this company and going with another because of my experience. I reached out in February for a June wedding and asked for makeup quotes. I was fine with my quote, I asked for a stipulation that the artists be vaccinated (at the time we were in the middle of the large wave). Also, I did not need it to be a company policy by any means, just that the makeup artists working my event would be vaccinated. The coordinator, Marissa, said she could find availability. She eventually found availability and wrote up a formal quote, but it was for the WRONG DATE. We had been going back and forth for weeks and she had the wrong date. In addition, every time I emailed, it took her multiple days to get back. Sometimes over a week. Finally, after I am ready to sign the contract, I double check the vaccination status, this is the time she chooses to tell me they don't disclose this information. The first time I asked back in February she said she could find people! First of all, I am totally respectful of this policy, however from the BEGINNING, I made it clear that every vendor we are hiring had to be vaccinated due to the older nature of some guests. Lead with that the first time I ask! The fact she waited for me to waste 3 weeks invested is ridiculous, she had long response times, and got my wedding date wrong. They are unorganized and I was unimpressed.
La Di Da did a fantastic job on my (bride), both mothers, and all my bridesmaids makeup at my wedding. Hannah and Marissa were top notch - listened to what everyone wanted and went with it. Everyone looked so good, and I absolutely LOVED how my makeup turned out. I had a trial with Marissa a few days before the big day, and she was super receptive to all the changes I wanted to make the day of. For logistics and planning, Laura (their bridal point person) was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Absolutely loved working with them! Highly recommend!
Marie and Kara were amazing and so fun to get ready with. They were professional, kind and worked through everyone’s requests for hair like pros. Everything ran smoothly, as we had 7 people and one add on (my mom). I am so happy they were able to accommodate and have time for my moms hair, as she canceled her original appointment at a different salon in order to be with me all day!
Marie and Kara helped pick the perfect hair style to go with my wedding dress and made all of us girls feel beautiful. I would highly recommend the two.
This company was incredible! I have zero experience with hair and makeup and wanted very minimal work done for my wedding and they seriously impressed me! I was super grateful for the option to do a trial as we were able to adjust things a little easier on the day of.
They did a fantastic job of making sure that not only me, but my girls as well, looked absolutely stunning! I am super grateful to the amazing professionalism and wonderful charm of the two women who helped my fairytale wedding come true.
Their range stretches across different skin tones (which was very appreciated!) as well as minimal makeup/hair-dos to an all-out makeup and hair-dos. I had quite a bit of unease before, but once we did the trial all my worries disappeared!

The La Di Da Beauty team, specifically Kaela, worked her hair magic for me and my bridesmaid's at our small mountain wedding last fall 2020. From start to finish, the planning process was super detailed, yet so easy. The team was thorough, and pricing very reasonable for the stunner service they provided. Not to mention, with the hiccups of 2020, they were very accommodating with all the last minute changes we had to make. And my hair, woah! It was everything I pictured it to be and more. Kaela was so sweet, personable, and lovely to have around with my closest friends, sister, and mom during the getting ready process before the wedding. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like a movie star!

I was beyond impressed with La Di Da Beauty! Our original wedding was cancelled then rescheduled then cancelled then we ended up having a more intimate ceremony with close family and friends...so I didn't have time to schedule a preview. I was a little nervous having no idea what I'd come out looking like and I have very curly hair which not every artist knows how to style. Everything worked out better than perfect. They showed up on time with everything they needed and transformed my parent's cabin living room into a salon. Both Amylyn and Marie were easy to talk to and listened to exactly what we asked for. We got hair and makeup done for myself, 2 mothers and a sister in law and all were thrilled. Would highly recommend La Di Da Beauty!
I had a fantastic experience with La Di Da! It is a lovely and professional salon and the staff are so friendly. All of my bridesmaids had their hair done here as well. I had such a good experience for the wedding, and would highly recommend them
Miriam was our makeup artist and by the end of the day we all had huge girl crushes on her. She was incredibly receptive to all of our requests and was genuinely concerned about making sure we all looked and felt our best. During photos she touched up my lipstick and made sure my hair was laying how I liked it because she is just that sweet. Our makeup looked amazing and stayed out even after the tears started.
The contract part was a little confusing. We had a few miscommunications so I recommend a phone call before you make your deposit. Once the deposit is made changing the contract becomes more difficult.
The service on the other hand was easy and well worth it! These ladies came on time. Finished everyone ahead of schedule. They nailed the visions of all of my bridesmaids and myself. I felt very beautiful and was really pleased with the services.

I worked with Bailey (hair) and Gloria (make-up) from La Di Da Beauty on my wedding day. Throughout the planning process, Kenzie was our point of contact for scheduling my trials, collecting feedback, and setting up our day-of hair and makeup timeline.
I went in for my first hair and make-up trial months before the wedding date, with plans to head straight to our engagement photos afterwards. The "bridal bar" in Reno is super cute and they were very welcoming as I entered for my appointment. Bailey looked through my inspiration and reference photos and designed a loose braid that achieved my romantic vision perfectly. For my make-up, Gloria was very receptive to my Pinterest board (which was, admittedly, all over the place) and stayed over my appointment end time as we tried tweaking a few different things.
After the trials, Kenzie collected my feedback and I expressed some issues I had with my make-up and false lashes during the engagement shoot. Gloria was so nice as to offer me a second trial so that we could try to get it right and put my mind at ease leading up to the wedding date. By this point, I think I had a clearer idea of what I wanted, and she was able to nail it perfectly at my second appointment!
On my wedding day, they came on-site extremely early in the morning to start setting up. With me, my two bridesmaids, and four VIPs, this meant that they had a very long day without much breaks in-between. I really appreciated how upbeat they were the entire time and we actually ended ahead of schedule. Bailey and Gloria were so patient as many of us have never had had our hair and make-up done professionally before. Everyone loved their look and they really made our "getting ready" phase a wonderful experience!
I would use Bailey and Gloria both again in a heartbeat for my hair and make-up needs! You couldn't be in better hands on your wedding day (And if I lived closer, I definitely would seek out La Di Da Beauty for their other services.)
Laura did the makeup and Bailey did the hair at my wedding and I can't even begin to tell you how awesome they are!! They are both very talented and professional and will make sure they captured everything you are looking for before moving on to the next person. The bridal party, the moms and I were all very happy with how everything turned out. As the bride, I couldn't believe how amazing I looked. Laura and Bailey did my sisters wedding this past weekend in kirkwood, CA and absolutely killed it. Not only are they super personable, but they are extremely talented. They took each person’s vision for hair and makeup and made it a reality. From the trial run to the wedding day (and everything in between), it couldn’t have gone smoother. My sister and I loved the experience with them from start to finish and they put my sister at ease with her perfect wedding day look.
Laura flawlessly put together lighter looks for the moms that they loved and a more bold look for the maids that perfectly complimented the dresses.
Bailey took each persons inspiration for their hair and put her own unique style into based on each individual persons vision.
The coordination was on point keeping everything on time while also ensuring that each person absolutely loved their overall look. HIGHLY recommend :)

I cannot say enough amazing things about my hair and makeup the day of my wedding! Gloria and Kaela made me feel beautiful and my hair and makeup held up throughout the night well into the after party - with no touch ups!
Kenzie was responsive and even though I had a less than ideal trial with a different artist (why I took off a star), LaDiDa accommodated the request to have my artist changed and gave a complimentary trial - this made a world of difference, as they really practice what they preach and did everything to make sure that I would be comfortable and feel beautiful on my special day. What could have been a major headache and expense, they turned into a stress free situation. They really understand how you look affects how you feel on your wedding day and even sent email nudges leading up to my wedding with tips and tricks for getting your skin prepared.
We had a small wedding and got hair and make-up services for myself and some family and guests. We opted to get the services in salon as it is a pretty significant price difference. The girls we had were great! Super talented, friendly, and fun. Everyone looked fantastic. Only deducting 1 star because my lashes started coming off after a few hours. But I’m also not used to false lashes so not sure if it’s sonething I did.
I was fortunate enough to have such a dream team for hair and make-up on my big day! Bailey did my hair (and extensions!) and I was so thrilled with the results! She and Gloria made me feel super relaxed at my trial. Shana also was amazing and made all of my bridesmaids happy with their hair on the big day, as well. Gloria did my make-up and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. She is beyond talented. Hannah also worked on my bridesmaids’ make-up and they are blown away by her talent, as well! The entire team went above and beyond to listen to what we wanted and made us feel very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Kenzie also worked very well with my wedding planner from One Fine Day on all of the specifics prior. She was so detail-oriented and professional. My husband (he got hair services, as well!) and I couldn’t have been more confident in choosing La Di Da for our wedding. We are so happy that we did.
I feel beyond lucky to have had La Di Da apart of my wedding day. Bailey did my hair and Laura did my makeup. The process with La Di Da for booking, payments, appointments, details, etc was so simple and stress free. Perfect for a busy bride that has a lot on her plate!
Laura guided me through a trial appointment where she helped me create a wedding day vision. She really listened to what I was and wasn't comfortable with and created a flawless look to what felt like a custom look just for me.
Bailey is the BEST OF THE BEST. I had a trial appointment with Bailey where she created a hair style that I absolutely loved. But on the morning of the wedding, I threw Bailey a curve ball. I wanted to change the style of my hair due to the weather. I trusted Bailey THAT much! She handled it with such grace and professionalism and created a stunning wedding day hairstyle that was beyond what I imagined.
Laura, Bailey, and the entire team made me feel loved, special, and absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and for that I am forever grateful.
I have never taken the time to write a review before but these ladies deserve it. :) I don't even know where to begin with this incredibly talented group of women. I got married this past June and used LaDiDa for my hair and makeup for our engagement shots, rehearsal dinner and then again for the big day and they even did my spray tan at midnight in my hotel room the night before the wedding. I usually do not love the result when I have my hair and makeup done but they made me feel and look my absolute best for every event. They also did an incredible job on all 10 of my bridesmaids, my Mom, Mother-in-Law and flower girls. They are absolute pros at what they do and everything went beyond smooth on my wedding day. From the first consult, you can tell that they are passionate about what they do and will customize their services to match your vision perfectly. It is also big time worth the money to have someone stay to touch you up after the ceremony before pictures and the reception. I will never forget Jessica of LaDiDa praying over me and my Mom right before we walked down the aisle, it was an emotional moment as I lost my Dad in February just before the wedding and it just shows the heart of this amazing group of women. I couldn't recommend them more, look no further because you have found the most talented and wonderful crew for makeup, hair and tanning services!

The ladies of La Di Da Beauty is absolutely amazing. From their talent to their professionalism, I was at ease knowing my face and hair was in good hands. The two ladies whom I had the pleasure to work with was Laura for makeup and Marie for hair. I've known Laura for a long time now and she's always so calm and sweet, so I knew she would help calm my nerves. When I met Marie during my trial, I knew she'd be a great addition to the crew as I got ready for my special day. I provided an elegant hair piece to Marie and although I wasn't entirely sure how to secure it to my head, Marie nailed it! My makeup and hair stayed in place the entire day from morning to dancing. One of my favorite moments was after the ceremony, The Best Man grabbed a whiskey on the rocks for me and before I took a sip, Laura pulled out the most beautiful straw and placed it in my drink so I wouldn't ruin my lipstick! I highly recommend the team at La Di Da Beauty and especially recommend upgrading to having your artist(s) there until after the ceremony, so you are picture perfect every step of the way!

I would give 5 stunning badges of sparkle stars for this queen of beauty!!! Laura and her team made my entire weekend palate-perfection. She was accommodating on all special requests and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel like she had my back....or face for that matter! She is a true artist and was open to collaborating with me on a multiple looks that were unique, special, and unforgettable. Not only was her attitude and attention to detail on the day-of festivities was spot on, but she was also extremely attentive to all my requests and professional needs leading up to the big weekend. My wedding required some major scheduling and she made it so incredibly easy to handle +10 bridesmaids and family friends during TWO separate rounds of make-up. If you want someone truly top notch that treats you like the princess slash goddess slash queen you are, there is no one I would recommend other than LA di DA Beauty! If you need to see a little more proof of her skill set, you can go out and find the most recent copy of the Knot regional magazine because our wedding is feature on the cover, as well as inside the issue! Thus, LA di DA is #covergirl official! Her ability to deliver and elaborate on my aesthetic vision is something I appreciate and find extremely inspiring.
Laura and her team are the best! We had them travel to Edgewood for the day of and they brought 4 girls to do hair/makeup for 9 people. My makeup (done by laura) and hair (done by veronica) held up perfectly all night against the heat and tahoe wind. We went with LaDiDa on the recommendation of our photographer who sees first hand how everyone's hair/makeup holds up throughout the entire day and night and we were soo happy with their recommendation. Veronica stayed and did touch ups which I would also recommend. She was outstanding and I can't say enough good things about her sweet personality and amazing skills for both makeup and hair! Laura definitely knows how to the hire the best!! All of the bridesmaid and mothers were extremely happy. Would highly recommend.
I'd highly recommend Laura and her team! They were amazing and made us all look for very best! The make/hair turned out great in all our pictures! LOVE. IT. Also I got the full bridal package with included Laura coming to the venue and doing touch ups before pics/ceremony which was great and I'd highly recommend doing.
My experience with La Di Da Beauty was truly perfect. Kyra (hair stylist) and Jessica (makeup artist) were so extremely talented. I have honestly never felt and looked better lol :) Their professionalism was really appreciated. We kept to a tight schedule and they were really able to make each bridesmaid feel and look amazing. Kyra and Jessica were able to custom the looks of each bridesmaid to reflect their personality, but also to make up look great together. It was really important that each of my bridesmaids look how they felt most comfortable and both Kyra and Jessica did just that. Both mothers of the bride and groom were unsure to get their makeup done (because they don't wear much) and Jessica was so sensitive to their comfort levels. Both moms looked amazing and were very happy with their looks. Thanks La Di Da Beauty!! We love you!!
