We hired La Di Da Weddings for the Day Of/Month Of Coordination, but Lisa went above and beyond this. Between gathering vendors' insurance, putting together our timeline, document preparation, reaching out to our vendors for coordination, and the number of things she did on our wedding day -- I would have had no hair left on our wedding day. Lisa, Jasmine, and Mike -- We cannot thank you enough for making the day go over without a hitch. You all truly made the day seem like a fairy tale and kept any stresses out of sight for us, which I couldn't express enough gratitude for. How you interacted with our guests and bridal party was unique, and we received so many compliments on your professionalism and friendliness.

We actually found the perfect florist through Lisa - which helped on the actual wedding day as they had worked events together before. Lisa provided a detailed timeline for our wedding day that helped all vendors with their specific duties, and she orchestrated the wedding party and our duties perfectly…. We got married on a military base, which has its own challenges with base access, but Lisa and her team were PROs at managing that added factor. We provided our decorations to Lisa the morning of the wedding, with *some* instructions, and I told her that for everything else I trusted her vision, and I couldn’t have imagined wedding looking any better. Lisa and her daughter worked tirelessly throughout our wedding day, but I never felt any stress myself as they let it be OUR day (while working behind the scenes to make it that way). Our families absolutely loved Lisa, and it felt like she was part of the family by the end of the day.

The first time I meant Lisa in March, she asked me what my favorite thing about wedding was. Honestly, because I was clueless about wedding planning, I hated planning my wedding. Therefore, my answer was nothing. I was already overwhelmed looking for vendors, going through my master’s degrees and moving to a whole new state. All I knew I wanted was elegant and romantic wedding. After that consultation with Lisa, I knew she was going to be great. From day one, she sent you a list of details that you need to start thinking about. She helped me dig deep and find exactly how I envision my wedding. She went wayyyyyy beyond her duties. Unlike many days of 1-month coordinators, she is always available to answer your questions. She is always willing to give you advice when requested and she never overpower your decisions. She always giving you ideas that will inspire you for your big day. She does a venue walk through that help you envision your dream setup and more. As a day of 1 month coordinator, she provides you with a planner and she check on you to make sure that you are on top of everything. Trust me you will need that to make your life easier. A month before, she makes sure that all the vendors met the venue requirements then created a very detailed timeline that allows you to enjoy your day. She ensures everything goes well and smooth. If you want your wedding day to be magical and have everything plan out perfectly, you need to hire Lisa. She makes you feel like you are her only client with the amount of attention she gives you. On your special day, you are going to need to build a team with great personality and know exactly what they are doing. With her personality, I feel that she has becoming a friend. I don’t think I would have been able to have my dream wedding without Lisa. Lisa is it!

s. From the moment I talked to Lisa and daughter in our first consultation, I knew she was going to be perfect for our wedding— and she was. She stayed on top of everything with our vendors, sent me ideas, consistently coordinated with our wedding party and families, created a super tight timeline and kept everything in one place. She event allowed me to send the favors, decorations, etc., to her house and she prepared, packed and brought everything to our wedding venue. I didn’t have to worry about it! And she also became like a family friend throughout the process. Wedding planning is stressful and dealing with family dynamics during the process can be difficult, but she made me feel at ease. Our wedding day turned out to be perfect and unforgettable because of her coordination and attention to detail. We could not have pulled off our wedding without her! She’s one in a million.

ut with the set up and breakdown. When Mike and Lisa got married, I walked into the door and it took my breath away! I didn’t recognize it. Neighbors from the area walked by and were in complete awe. Lisa had handcrafted 99% of the decorations herself, including a chandelier that suspended from the ceiling, dripping of florals and crystal, which was tied off in tulle from every angle. A fireplace also served as a gigantic floral centerpiece and the room sparkled. On January 26, 2019, I hired Lisa for a baby shower. My son and his wife were expecting my grandson. Lisa again made almost all of the decorations, centerpieces, favors and games for that day. She had created a photo backdrop of clouds and rain to match the theme of the party. Her talent, combined with my other family’s excellent cooking skills, made the day flow perfectly. My son, daughter-in-law and I were deeply touched and amazed!!!

She has also created several lovely gift baskets for me to give at both wedding and baby showers that were just the highlight of the event. I attended a large graduation party that she planned and it was perfection from the ethnic food specialities to the beautiful floating lanterns for all the guests at the end of the evening. graphy. During this time, Lisa and I worked together on all of the details and Lisa stayed in touch with my fiancé by e-mail. Eight weeks before the wedding, Lisa began calling our vendors and found our baker had gone out of business and closed shop. The baker did not notify us or call to refund our money. Lisa was able to quickly find another baker for our wedding (at a comparable rate) and get our money back. Lisa created useful Welcome Bags that left an impression on our guests from all over the world. Above and beyond are the only words I can think of to describe how Lisa, Jasmine and Mike assisted the staff at Horton Grand in setting up our ceremony, cocktail hour space and the ballroom for our reception. The florist forgot my father’s boutonniere and Lisa created one out of thin air 10 minutes before the ceremony started. Everything looked great, the food and other vendors were consistent with Lisa’s timeline. Jasmine assisted the photographer with setting up his equipment, Mike ran a bubble machine above our ceremony and the list goes on and on. Our wedding was so much fun, memorable and one of the best days of our lives. To this day, I tell everyone that the best decision we made was to hire Lisa & Jasmine.
