edding 6 months before our event, confirming all details long before an unexpected cancellation that occurred 3 weeks before our event due him not checking our venue location which they were unable to serve. No biggie, but how do you not verify that months in advance? No refund was granted off the bat, felt like we have to crawl to get every penny back. Avoid these people at all costs.
