pping- I recommend this if you are in the NYC area cause favors get heavy and the shipping can be $100+.
When I placed my initial order, I got a call a few days later saying they were out of stock for the item I picked, but the woman I dealt with helped me find a similar, better quality item which they had in stock and offered me a discount to match my original price because of the trouble. It took longer than expected to get the favors into the store- they blamed it on UPS or FedEx or whatever, but they eventually got there. All in perfect condition, just allow yourself some extra time if you use them- don't wait till you have 1 month to go like I did!!
