Loved working with Emilie and her assistant for my wedding. She has previously done my makeup as a bridesmaid and knew I needed to connect. Her services are reasonably priced and she does a great job! I am not a makeup girly- so she was very helpful and we had a great discussion with what would look best at the trial. She has such a fun personality and I would recommend her to everyone for her wedding!

I can’t say enough good things about Emilie. She was so fun and sweet to work with. Emilie was so patient with my bridal party and I since most of us had never had our makeup done before and she made sure we were all happy with how we looked before she left. We all got so many compliments throughout the night for how beautiful our makeup was AND how long it lasted. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Starting off by saying HIRE EMILIE it’ll be the best decision you ever make!! I knew from the second I sat down for my trial with Emilie that I was in the right hands! Reliable, committed, passionate, and enthusiastic are just a few words that come to mind. She was always there to answer any questions I had, making communication a breeze. Not only was Emilie professional, she was so fun to work with! It was like having a longtime friend there to make our day so special. She made everyone in my bridal party look and feel beautiful, especially me. I’ve never felt as beautiful as I did the day of my wedding and it’s all thanks to Emilie! Emilie was professional and SO fun! My makeup made me look glowing and lasted all day/night! My whole wedding party looked natural but glowing if that makes any sense! Her natural upbeat personality matched my wedding party and we all loved working with her! Emilie was absolutely amazing! I hired Emilie for my wedding in June and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. As someone who never wears more than some foundation and mascara, I wanted as natural of a look as possible. Emilie delivered exactly that. In addition, when Emilie first tried lashes for me during my trial, we learned I was sensitive to the glue. Not wanting to give up the option of lashes, Emilie found a different glue to use and even different lashes that were so much lighter on my eyelids. I had no issues with them on wedding day and wore them for nearly 12 hours! My makeup lasted through the entire day, which was a huge plus considering we did first look at 2 and ended our wedding at 10. I can’t recommend Emilie enough and definitely suggest hiring her for your big day. Myself and the bridesmaids all looked so great thanks to her!

Emilie did the makeup for my wedding on June 24, 2023. She is so incredibly talented!!! There were 8 of us getting makeup done and she did a fabulous job on all of us! Emilie truly listened when I asked for a natural look. I've been in weddings before where my makeup was way too much and did not want that for my special day. Emilie did an amazing job making me look glam in a natural way :) It was exactly what I asked for! One other thing I loved about Emilie besides her amazing skills was her personality! I booked Emilie for my wedding in on 6/3 after she did my makeup as a bridesmaid in a wedding a few months prior. I chose Emilie not only because she is an incredible makeup artist, but she was so easy to talk to and just a joy to have around when all the ladies were getting ready. It was important to me to have a stress free morning with my bridesmaids and Emilie made that so easy to achieve. Emilie was easy to communicate with in the planning process and made the drive all the way to RI bright and early to get started. We even finished ahead of schedule so we had some extra time to hang out and relax before the festivities started. All 10 of my bridesmaids absolutely loved how their makeup turned out and my makeup has never looked better! Emilie is amazing!

This girl got me all beautified for a whole year leading up to my wedding and it was the best thing that I found her! I will still go to her even though my wedding was just this past weekend because she does the best job on whatever I have gotten done. I could not recommend Emilie any more for your special day! After struggling to find a responsive makeup artist I found Emilie- who answered me almost immediately! She was professional from the start. She was set up and ready to go before her start time on my wedding day. All my friends loved chatting with her, and she is truly a kind and wonderful person. She made sure to ask what everyone wanted for their look and made each of us feel the most beautiful we have ever felt. The only way I could describe her was an artist who's canvas is faces. She gave us tips on how to best preserve the makeup so it lasted all night long. I cried a lot of happy tears that day and my makeup did not budge! Emilie was fantastic! She arrived on time and was extremely organized. She brought pictures from my trial with her and remembered what we talked about during my trial regarding tweaks that we wanted to make for the big day. My make up stayed all night long!

Emily was not only able to squeeze me in last minute but did an amazing job! I was a bride from out of state. I am living in Texas however my wedding was in Danville NH. All my family lives in New England so it was easier for the guests to do my wedding back home instead of making everyone fly to Texas. My wedding was supposed to be in September 2020 however COVID pushed it back. I had 3 previous makeup artists cancel on me leaving me with no makeup artist less than a month before my wedding. One canceled because they no longer worked in the area after COVID, another ended up canceling because they overbooked, and the last one never replied after we discussed the terms and I received a quote then a month before my wedding said they couldn't do it because of another job. I have had my makeup done by many people before since I model and I am very picky but Emily made me feel very comfortable, didn't rush me when I was being indecisive, and always had my best interest in mind. I explained to her my concerns, skin type, and makeup ideas, and together we chose a look that fit my face and style. She also did my mom's makeup who was my matron of honor and my two grandmothers who were my bridesmaids. Their makeup looked amazing. It didn't make them look older or cakey. They looked so much younger and absolutely beautiful. This just shows she is well-versed in ALL skin types and ages. I could not have hired a better makeup artist.

I would recommend Emilie to anyone and everyone! she was great at communicating, always punctual, and she always had a big smile on her face the whole time. Not to mention what she does with makeup is pretty much magic. She was such a great person to have there on my special day, she had great energy and made me and all my bridesmaids feel and look our absolute best! Emilie is an insanely talented makeup artist and I was SUPER lucky I found her for my wedding day! I have never felt more beautiful and more myself in my entire life! Emilie did an absolutely wonderful job for my bridal shower and wedding makeup! I was very nervous about makeup because I don't wear it often, but Emilie knocked it out of the park. She was such a wonderful and professional presence, really knowledgeable about what would look best, and cares a lot about her clients. She was also very talented/efficient to get through 5 bridesmaids, two moms, and a bride all in the morning before! It rained on my wedding day, and my makeup did not budge. Emilie was amazing at my wedding in October! She was super flexible with me and my crew when I was undecided on the number of girls that would be getting their make up done until a week before! Emilie is incredible! I booked her for my engagement photos and wedding and my makeup photographed so beautifully in both! She did airbrush makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom and everyone was so happy with their looks! My makeup barely moved during the day and at the end of the evening still looked fantastic! Airbrush is 100% the way to go. In addition to the fantastic makeup, Emilie was a pleasure to work with and was so quick to respond. Emilie is so fun and personable, everyone was so comfortable working with her and it was so nice having her there while getting ready!

Emily was superb!! I never wear makeup and she was very accommodating at giving me the look I wanted for my wedding while making it comfortable. She is such a fun person to have doing your makeup. My entire bridal party loved her as well! I really enjoyed that she does before and afters as it helped me know right away she would be the one for our wedding makeup!

Emilie was fantastic! The trial was fun and the few minor changes we decided were perfect for the wedding. I don’t wear a ton of make up and was worried about looking unnatural, but she made me feel like the most polished version of myself. Emilie was amazing! I got married at a summer camp...we got ready in bunkhouses and I was worried we might not have the right set up. She was amazing. We had everything we needed. She took her time with everyone, including the Moms. When her assistant didn’t quite hit my Mom’s makeup quite right, she jumped in and added the needed details and changes. I loved my makeup so much! I felt like myself, but like the hottest version of me. It wasn’t too much or not on brand...it was perfect for me and my venue. I’d definitely hire her again! Emilie was so great to work with! She showed up right on time and had a great attitude the entire day! She was really helpful in giving us suggestions about what she thought would look good but she was also very open to requests from us. She stuck around afterwards to do touch ups, which turned out to be very helpful when one of the bridesmaids got champagne in her eye! Emilie is the best! She’s very accommodating with your needs and makes sure everything works as you expect it. A true professional! I had my makeup done on the 31st of Dec and she did a great job. Not only is she updated with techniques and products, but she knows what goes with you and your personality. She was perfectly on time and this was a game changer because we had already set our kids up with the sitter and all worked out as planned. I will schedule a future event with her for sure!

Emilie did my make up on a wedding 3 years ago it was a vintage 50’s kind of wedding so needed eyeliner and red lipstick of course! I looked so glam !! Not too much make up as I don’t usually wear it, so Emilie just did what I needed and I was very happy about her work!! I would recommend her 100%

Emilie was great about hearing me out but coaching me through what looked nice for photos etc. she did a trial so that I could make adjustments and had it all written down for the wedding day. Emilie did my wedding in May of 2019 and her and her assistant had 13 girls done in just a matter of hours while making everyone look incredible. I changed my makeup last minute and Emilie was so calm and collected about it, it felt so relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend her for any event, she really does magic with her brushes!

I have too much to say about Emilie... to sum it up she is absolutely amazing. She nailed it... I probably was the worse organized bride ever! She arrived on my wedding day and tackled myself, two moms, my daughter and two bridesmaids. Which one of those were added on the day of the wedding! The house we were getting ready in was complete chaos and it didn’t stop Emilie from working her magic and having us ready on time. I got airbrushed and I would highly recommend it, especially if you are getting married in hot weather. My wedding ceremony was in direct 90+ sun and my makeup was not at all affected. Ceremony thru end of reception (9 hours) my makeup still looked fresh. I would highly recommend using Emilie for any occasion! I myself just rebooked her for family pictures!

Emilie is such an incredibly talented make up artist! Ive know her for years - ever since she did my cousin’s make wedding make up. Since then, she’s done my makeup as a bridesmaid and as a bride and I will be recommending her to all! She’s super sweet, well organized, flexible with scheduling, and has an incredible eye. Ive has both the air brushing and regular makeup and both were exquisite and SO fast I’m really hoping the weddings I’m in this summer choose her!

I cannot say enough good things about La Poudre! Emilie and her assistant did my wedding makeup a few weeks ago and I could not have been happier with it. They completed makeup for myself and NINE other girls and every single person was happy with their makeup (which is rare for a group of 25 year old girls)! Emilie really has an eye for what will look good on everyone and did a wonderful job seeing my vision. Most importantly, Emilie is an absolute joy to be around. She is always smiling, and she makes you feel as if you’ve known her forever. It’s really nice to have somebody like that on your wedding day, when everything else is stressful enough, Emilie is truly a calming presence. Emilie’s prices are also extremely reasonable which is super important when you have a huge bridal party! La Poudre did both airbrush and normal makeup for myself, my bridesmaids and a few other women in my wedding last August. I was endlessly impressed by how beautiful everyone looked. Not only did they do an fantastic job, they were also very fun and professional. A friend of mine is getting married this summer and we get to have our makeup done again by Emilie and I cant wait!

I made the best decision when I decided to work with Emile for my wedding, July 1, 2017! She worked with me to do a trial when it was convenient for me and absolutely knocked it out of the park. She made suggestions and recommendations and showed me some examples of other makeup jobs in her portfolio! All my friends in my bridal party loved her too! I wouldn't have changed a thing! She contoured me perfectly and took what I thought I wanted and made it so much better!!

Working with Emilie was great and she is so easy to trust! I was nervous about getting bridal makeup since I don't wear a lot normally, but Emilie was perfect! Emilie is amazing! She definitely knows what she is doing! She listened to what I wanted and had several great suggestions to enhance the look. I hate wearing foundation or a lot of make-up, which Emilie was super understanding and accommodating of. We threw a few last-minute changes in timing and location at her and she didn't even flinch.
