Highly recommend! Cannot say enough great things about Northside Florist. Kathy was easy to work with my last minute additions and drop off locations. The blooms were absolutely gorgeous, you can tell they took the time to attend to each and every arrangement and ensure each looked beautiful! My mother said they were the most beautiful flowers at a wedding she had ever seen and has been to hundreds of weddings! Pricing is very reasonable and the work is gorgeous! Would use again 100%!

t BOUGHT OR BRIBED through free merchandise in the store (this is true just go in yourself and he’ll tell you leave a positive review for something free) Tampa community and couples - please ignore this shop as he refuses to take ANY accountability and is horrible to his customers. I’ve come to learn Brenda is lovely at weddings after speaking with my friend, but Carlos is the nightmare.
Carlos is THE most unprofessional, incompetent, and narcissistic business owner you can imagine. I came in week of Valentine’s Day to pick up flowers on TWO occasions. First time - he is over the phone yelling and bickering to a young man outside after I decided to come back another time from how chaotic it was and because there was already yelling in the store. The second time I see him yell at a young black girl and call her dumb then storm out of the store. Called back and came to find out she WAS LET GO not even a day later. I truly think the florist are talented and you just might get flowers that you want here but oh my goodness this Carlos man is a nightmare. The way he treats his employees are disgusting and when I asked if the front staff if there was HR I could speak with after that incident, she told me HE IS the HR. Absolutely not. I could not support such a place. There are better options in Tampa that deserve to be supported rather that this indescribably inhumane store. I could never imagine having such stress added to my special day because of him. Please take your business elsewhere

She was able to create gorgeous wedding arch accents, aisle accents, reception florals, and wedding party florals to name a few. And for my bridal bouquet … I was OBSESSED!!! Kathy was so kind, professional, and also flexible when we wanted to add additional florals and remove others. It was such a pleasure to work with Kathy and Northside Florist and I cannot thank you enough for making my wedding so beautiful!

I sent an inspiration photo from Pinterest, and didn’t meet with them in person to confirm what the final result would look like before the wedding day (talk about a leap of faith!). What we got was even more perfect than the Pinterest photo! I got so many compliments on my flowers. Kathy and her staff were so flexible with last minute requests for extra boutonnières, etc., and promptly delivered everything as promised on the day of. I was already super happy with the price I got for the order, but when I saw them, I could not have been happier. ook into florists I realized so many of them had a minimum charge of much more than I was willing/able to pay. Kathy had no minimum and was totally open to do whatever we needed. In the end, we decided Kathy would make all of our arrangements and deliver them to the venue. There we had our catering team set them up. We met with Kathy twice before the wedding. I made some changes between the 2 meetings and Kathy had no problem with that. She is so knowledgeable about the different kinds of flowers & what might work best, etc. When I arrived to the venue the day of the wedding I was so happy to see all of the flowers and how everything turned out. She did a great job and I am so thankful how easy she made this part of the wedding for us. Thank you Kathy! :)

Working with Northside Florist was a customer service dream! Kathy is kind, patient, and knowledgeable about everything Flowers and Weddings. She was able to guide me about flower choices, color, design, and the ambiance that the flowers would and did add to my Wedding Day. She also has a vast collection of rentals available to her clients and she doesn't overprice them like other florists. Her pricing is fair and she will make sure that you are getting the most beautiful flowers for the money that you spend. I would highly recommend Northside Florist and Kathy to any Bride with no hesitation. I hope to use her again in the future for other special occasions.

meeting I felt that Kathy and I really clicked about what I envisioned and she was very helpful in giving ideas to add to it and make even better! She is very sweet and easy to work with. Although I only got one other quote, I had a number in my mind and the quote I received from Kathy was in my budget and I felt was very reasonable. Kathy also worked with me a little to make things a little less cost-wise so I felt that she really looked out for your best interests rather than her own, or try to get you to spend more than what you wanted to. All of my bouquets were gorgeous and I absolutely LOVED my centerpieces. It was exactly what I wanted and we got so many compliments on our arrangements! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and I wish I could have kept it alive forever it was that beautiful! Thank you for everything Kathy!!!!

I have lived in Hyde Park for 17 years and rarely leave my neighborhood, but I didn't want to pay the prices charged by florists in S. Tampa when it came to flowers for my wedding....
I am so glad I received a referral for Kathy at Northside Florist. I cannot say enough about the quality nor the level of service I received from Kathy. My flowers were perfect and Kathy was a complete joy to work with. I brought Kathy pictures of what I had in mind for my wedding, and after talking through my vision with her, I knew I would have nothing to worry about come my wedding day; and Kathy and Northside Florist did not disappoint. My flowers were incredible and her price was more than fair. Do yourself a favor and go see Kathy. You will be so glad you did.

From the breathtaking arch that we got married under and then used as the backdrop to our sweetheart table, along with the three different variations of stunning centerpieces displayed all around the ballroom, Kathy and Northside Florist literally leave me speechless. Their work is untouchable; I just got our pictures back, and I look at the flowers and all of the millions of details they worked all around, and I can't believe it is my wedding. You will not find a sweeter woman on this earth than Kathy, and who else could you want to help take care of such a big component of your wedding day. I am so thankful for Northside Florist and for their work at our wedding, my dream became reality- x1000- because of them. Choosing Northside Florist was easily the best decision that we made through the entire planning process!

We added last minute additions and Kathy had no problem with that. She was on time at the wedding, with all her beautiful flowers.
My mom loved the flowers so much, that she had Kathy prepare a silk arrangement replica of my bridal bouquet as a keepsake. It, too, is stunning.
We got so many compliments at the wedding on our beautiful flowers. Truly, they were stunning. I cannot speak highly enough of this florist. If you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and call Kathy at Northside Florist.
