They even went above and beyond to bring our daughter dino Nuggets and buttered pasta, since it was their favorite, what a nice touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more wonderful team to help bring our wedding vision to life. was truly amazing throughout our entire experience. She made us feel like no question was a dumb one, and that we weren’t a bother by asking as many as we needed! Denise was also so wonderful, she made our day go so smoothly and executed everything exactly as we had envisioned. The day would not have been the same without them, and our wedding was such a success due to this venue. The cocktail and reception areas are great spaces on their own, and are really what you make them to be – they are truly transformable to whatever your vision is. Our guests had the best time, and so did we! We didn’t have to worry about little things because they were taken care of. We cannot express how much we highly recommend them, if you’re considering booking you will not regret it!

were pros (super responsive, gave great suggestions, and comforted me when I was overthinking things). No ask was too big, they were there to really make sure all of my questions were answered. On the day of, Denise was super efficient with organizing and making sure our ceremony went smoothly. Jennifer and Denise were also so kind and welcoming to me when we first showed up and throughout the night. It felt like seeing family. Our guests raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Hands down the best day and so thankful to the team at La Massaria for all of their hard work in making that possible.

to our wedding everything seemed okay, but during and after our wedding the way management treated us was very poor. The steaks served at our wedding were nearly inedible due to the way they were cooked, and we were only given butter knives to cut them with. When we brought this to their attention after our wedding they did not seem to care. I can't express how upset I was with the whole situation and the way they handled it. They never took my phone call, refused to do anything for us and quite frankly they were very rude to me. This is the first negative review I have every wrote, but I think it is a fair one with how they treated me. I also want to mention that the other wedding websites like The Knot and Wedding wire removed my reviews so I would not trust all the 5 stars you see on those sites.

seemed to be handled very differently from our previous experiences. The venue was the right size and worked for us, but the issue came with the staff. Unfortunately the steaks were almost inedible and we had multiple family members mention to us how they couldn’t even cut the steaks. They also did not give anybody steak knives. When we brought this to their attention nothing was done for us. Everyone was nice and helpful until halfway through the wedding then it seemed no one cared and after the wedding they seemed to quickly get rude and refusing to do anything for us. I am not one to write negative reviews but after hearing how they talked to my wife and treated us I feel it is honest and fair. Another thing to note is all negative reviews on the knot will be removed so take that into consideration while reading. My wife was extremely upset with how they handled the issues we had, and I thought it was very disappointing we couldn’t even get them to talk to us on the phone. I am more than happy to share my emails with them if anyone has any questions since I’m sure they will respond to this negative review in an dishonest way. Hopefully this review allows you to avoid having your guest complain to you about a very special day.

beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for! From the beginning, Jennifer was extremely helpful and accommodating. All of my emails / phone calls were responded to quickly. She is very knowledgeable and calmed my nerves on several different occasions - not an easy task lol. Always pleasant and helpful. The wedding was amazing! Denise and her Team were great and made sure everything was taken care of - again very accommodating and helpful. The venue looked beautiful; everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The food was great, and our guests had a great time. We have been getting non-stop complements on how wonderful everything was. What a great day - I highly recommend La Massaria!

Our “day-of” coordinator, Denise made sure everything went smoothly even though we were running a bit late. La Massaria provided finger food lunch for the wedding party prior to the ceremony. This was super convenient and less for us to worry about. The food was amazing, my husband’s steak was cooked perfectly. We received many comments from guests on how wonderful the staff was. Making sure hors-d’oevres made it to each guest throughout cocktail hour. My Husband and I would like to say thank you to La Massaria and all of the staff for making our “big-day” special! We would definitely recommend La Massaria, especially to those looking to have an indoor wedding.

t was nothing short of amazing. Jennifer the Food and Beverage Director was so patient in answering all of our questions and trust me there were many and she always responded timely. Denise, our wedding coordinator, Roslyn and Crystal were absolutely outstanding on the day of. I wish I knew the names of all of the staff as everyone was professional, attentive and extremely accommodating. The venue was gorgeous and our guests kept asking how we found it! Now onto the food - OUTSTANDING! Everything from the hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour to the main course, etc. Scott the on-site florist did an amazing job as well. Everything was just beautiful . Here we are two weeks later and I am still receiving calls, texts and e-mails about how great everything was. I cannot think of one thing that I could say could have gone better. I wish I had another daughter to get married because it would 100% take place at LaMassaria!

her assistance Denise, we had Roslyn to assist us all day. Roslyn just hung out near us, within calling distance, just in case we needed anything. Roslyn ran to get missing people for photos, turned on the air conditioner when the room we were dressing in got too hot, held our purses and sunglasses and phones as we got our pictures done - even took pictures with our phones. It was so great having her with us. That's the before the wedding. Denise was there for the rehearsal and the whole day of the wedding. Denise made things we need magically appear. And made everything we asked for pretty. We needed a podium for the Deacon, Denise made one appear - and made it pretty for the pictures. We needed two chairs for the Bride and Groom for the ceremony, Denise found two very pretty matching, fancy chairs for them. My father is in a wheelchair, Denise made sure to watch out for him and make a special spot for him close to the front, so he could be comfortable and see his grandson get married. I so appreciated that she made room up front and not just in the back. Jennifer, the event planner was there the whole day. She even got me a soda!!! They thought of everything and took care of everything. They were there - every moment. Caring for everything. The food was AMAZING! I would go back just for the food. And the DJ and Flower people that they suggested when above and beyond. The DJ was so friendly and helpful. But not overly needy. He just asked for a few songs and built an amazing play list we ALL loved - we danced the night away! Everyone Danced! The flower people were so friendly and kind. And the place itself was beautiful! The stone wall had tea lights shining in it. The windows were curtainless and reflected all the lights. It was so beautiful. No one thing escaped their notice or attention. They were happy, friendly, helpful, always smiling, just amazing. I have three more daughters - I would love it if they all got married at La Massaria at Bella Vista with Jennifer, Denise and Roslyn! Definitely 5 star service! The look, the food, the people, everything - 5 star!

Denise walked us through our rehersal and day of, while Jennifer worked with us to allow my family and friends to set up decorations ahead of time. The food was delicious and the bar was flowing, our guests are still talking about it! It was an incredible day and the Bella Vista staff was amazing.

The food was excellent. We received a ton of compliments from our guests on the food, including those who got vegan meals. The venue itself is very beautiful. The stone walls look amazing with LED tea lights on them and great a warm atmosphere.

The food was good, they have a great list of preferred vendors, and the staff was absolutely incredible on our wedding day! They provided great direction so we didn’t have to worry about an itinerary and could just focus on the day. One of our bridal assistants even carried around water for us during our first-look photos so we could stay cool and hydrated in the summer sun. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose La Massaria in a heartbeat!

After Autumn helped our photographer with the staging of our pictures, she literally found us at cocktail hour and stood in front of us with hors d'oeuvres making sure we got to eat them. Our glasses were never empty and Denise made sure we were able to actually sit down and enjoy our dinner. I can't say enough about how perfect La Massaria was for our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our wedding happen, especially in the middle of the pandemic. Carly, our Wedding Specialist/Food and Beverage Director was such a huge help in the planning of our wedding. She helped us to figure out each and every little detail to make our day seamless as possible. It was like a fairytale. Our banquet captain, Denise, and our bridal assistant, Grace, were such a huge help with making everything flowed and was moving on time with Grace helping the bridal party get ready in the morning and Denise making sure the cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, etc. was on time and was often checking in with us to make sure that we were happy with everything. The food by Chef Jim was absolutely delicious. It's not like banquet food at all. It is like going out to a five star restaurant and being served a perfectly hot meal. Even our bartender, Dan, was awesome! He made sure our glasses were always full and put a smile on all of our guests faces. The team of people working at La Massaria is one you won't find anywhere else. I would highly recommend working with them for any occasion, including big events like our wedding. They were professional, yet felt like family with making us feel special and like we were the most important people. Hands down, our best decision for our wedding. Thank you!

Planning during a pandemic wasn't easy for us or them...and although at times they didn't have answers to certain questions or communicated was delayed they always made things right in the end. They were extremely flexible with changes due to COVID (for example with a reduced guest count under their typical minimum). Our day was perfect at La Massaria and I highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a rustic venue!

we knew this was where we would celebrate our marriage and throw the biggest party of our lives. From the gorgeous barn exterior that we wanted so much to the beautiful inside. The 40 foot bar and spacious 1st floor and lovely outside had no problem serving our 200+ guests during cocktail hour. And the upstairs was absolutely breathtaking. The rock walls on each side of the large yet cozy room were absolutley my favorite part of the upstairs. Scattering votive candles along each wall really made them pop. We met with Roy and he really made us feel comfortable. He understood that this was our special day and everything needed to go just as we planned with no issues. He assured us that his team was a well oiled machine and we had nothing to worry about. And he was absolutely right. Roy and Christina and the whole team at La Massaria really knocked it out of the park with tremendous service to us and all of our guests. I’ve been told by many of our guests even almost a year later that our reception was hands down the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding. Not only does that make me feel pretty great but it really speaks to the excellence that La Massaria and it’s employees deliver. And the pictures! Our photographers were fantastic but the gorgeous landscape of Bella Vista made it pretty easy for them to capture a lot of special moments.
