We cannot say enough wonderful things about La Momo Maes Bakery and Michelle. We were behind schedule choosing a bakery and had sampled several places without finding anything we l...
oved—the cakes were dry, or the flavors felt flat. Then we made the drive to Longmont to sample Michelle’s cakes, and instantly knew we had found our dessert vendor. Everything was moist, flavorful, and beautifully made.
Michelle made the entire planning process easy, even though we were on a tight timeline. She guided us through cupcake quantities and sheet cake portions—advice that proved perfect, because our guests loved the desserts. Many told us they had two or three pieces of cake or cupcakes. We ordered double what was recommended, and we’re so glad we did.
Our cutting cake was not only delicious but deeply meaningful. The almond cake with raspberry filling was decorated in an Aspen tree design with our initials carved into the trunk—a perfect tie-in to our Aspen planting unity ceremony. Michelle also incorporated our live floral accents seamlessly during setup. It all looked effortless and elegant.
A standout moment: Michelle was traveling in Europe when we first needed to finalize details, and despite that, she coordinated everything promptly without slowing our timeline. Truly above and beyond.
It warmed our hearts to later learn that La Momo Maes is a multi-generational, family-run bakery of incredibly talented women. Supporting a business like theirs made our wedding feel even more special.
We are so grateful for Michelle and the team—La Momo Maes Bakery is an easy 5-star vendor.

and cream cheese, champagne and raspberry cream, and almond with lemon cream. It was delicious!!! And the cake was exactly as I dreamed of! They delivered and set up everything perfectly and on time! They were super competitive on price compared to the other bakers I talked to. I would definitely recommend!

is that she didn't put our dog cake topper on the cake, as discussed. But that didn't interfere with how delicious the cake was! Highly recommend her!

My mom got her wedding cake from La Momo Maes when she and my step dad got married in 2013, and I have been (im)patiently waiting for my turn to get married so that I would have an...
excuse to eat that cake again. My now-husband and I got married last week and the cake did not disappoint!
We ordered an almond cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream (the same as what my mom had 11 years ago!) and it was incredible! I admittedly only ate one bite at our actual reception, but we had leftovers the next day and I think I ate four pieces. The cake was SO delicious!
And Michelle was very accommodating and responsive throughout the planning process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Not only was her price THE BEST, her cakes were delicious!!! We did a wedding cake and a bday cake. I just wanted something simple, but man the taste was out of this world. Was so ...

The desserts are delicious, look amazing, and were delivered exactly when she said they would be despite our remote location in CO. We’d heavily recommend her if you’re having a wedding in CO.

Michelle at La Momo Maes made wedding cake tasting so easy. We met her at a tasting with our venue and had the opportunity to sample some of her desserts. The Lemon Delight cupcake...
was the most delicious dessert we had sampled. We knew that we wanted to offer multiple desserts as wells as a wedding cake but live out of state. Michelle and her team put together sample boxes for us to take home. Michelle worked on finalizing our order on a Sunday with some last minute changes and pulled everything together perfectly. Our desserts and cake received rave reviews from our guests. We sampled many bakeries and nothing came close to La Momo Maes.
My only wedding regret is that I didn’t eat more cake! La Momo Maes’ cake is so good! They helped our vision come to life with a tiered cake and sheet cakes to serve guests. They w...

Absolutely amazing bakery! Michelle was fantastic to work with and her cake was delicious. Recommend for any Boulder County wedding.
Amazing bakery! Michelle did a great job of communicating with us about our cake and inspiration. I sent her a picture and she made our dream wedding cake a reality!
The cake was absolutely delicious and the owner was a joy to work with. She had the cake delivered to the venue and then decorated it on site with the flowers I left for her. When ...
we did our tasting, I was struggling with trying to make all my guests happy with the flavors and she pretty much helped me realize that is an impossible endeavor. She helped me find the strength to pick what my fiancé and I liked and have the wedding cake I truly wanted. You know who eats the leftover cake? You! So, get what you want because it’s cake and people are going to eat it regardless. I loved my cake and my experience with this bakery. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The owner loves what she does and it really shows in the quality and appearance of your cake.

tself, she had us choose multiple flavors of cake, frosting, and filling and each was more delicious than the last. Michelle then took the time to go through our wedding day plan and help us figure out how much dessert to have available. It was an experience that should have been overwhelming, but Michelle took the time to talk us through everything and make sure every detail was covered.
I highly recommend La Momo Mae's for literally anything! She hand delivered our wedding desserts and helped set up, and even had a special tray wrapped for myself as the bride. Our wedding cake and dessert table was absolutely perfect, and I can not speak more highly of her and the bakery.

dible, too. Michelle knows her stuff! She is responsive, helpful, and talented! I would honestly visit her bakery just to have more of her delicious desserts as a snack. Our guests loved the flavors we provided, and I loved that we could pick and choose what we wanted to serve. Please consider La Momo Maes, if not for your wedding, but just as a place for extremely tasty and flavorful treats!

joy to work with and I would highly recommend going through La Momo Maes for your wedding dessert needs. They also have cookies so you could even mix and match if need be. Our wedding cake was beautiful and all of our guests talked about how good the cupcakes were and I was shocked at the end of the night we only had a handful of cupcakes leftover.
We had our wedding cake done through La Momo Maes. They were very professional and so tasty!! Our guest were raving about how beautiful it looked and how good it was!

We got a small personal cake for our wedding party and 3 kinds of cupcakes for our guests- red velvet with cream cheese frosting, chocolate with raspberry filling, and strawberry with chocolate ganache filling. They were delicious with the chocolate raspberry disappearing first! We even got a few gluten free ones for a dietary restriction, and she loved them.
I would highly recommend them!

I called to check on things we were told that our file couldn't be found by staff and that we would need to chat with Michelle. Michelle is only in the office in the early morning, making her very difficult to get a hold of. The cake and presentation were fabulous!

We went with a simple 6" cutting cake instead of a multi-tier wedding cake and also served mini cupcakes to our guests. Everything tasted amazing and the cake turned out so beautiful. e a ton of cake and cupcakes left over, but they were so delicious everyone had one. We went with a death by chocolate and carrot cake cupcake variety, with a cake topper to slice on the big day. All of them were delicious and beautifully decorated. This was truly one of the easiest parts of our wedding to plan thanks to Michelle and La Momo Maes Bakery. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks for making our wedding fantastic!

and so good at communicating with us. The wedding cake was a huge hit and we really enjoyed working with them. Michelle let's you pick what kind of cake up until the day before, too, which is so cool so you have lots of time to make changes and decide what you want to do. It was a great experience, is reasonably priced and you get the best wedding cake ever. Thanks, La Momo Maes and thanks Michelle!!

re so pleased with how it all turned out! They even did a side cake for our sister-in-laws birthday that was the same day, and everyone shared how much they enjoyed our cake! We had basic white with buttercream on 1 tier, cherry on the next and lemon on the bottom- then had the side chocolate cake- everything was so perfect! They also brought it in, no questions asked- knew exactly where to put it and was an effortless handoff. You won't ever steer wrong going with La Momo Maes!!!
