oved—the cakes were dry, or the flavors felt flat. Then we made the drive to Longmont to sample Michelle’s cakes, and instantly knew we had found our dessert vendor. Everything was moist, flavorful, and beautifully made.
Michelle made the entire planning process easy, even though we were on a tight timeline. She guided us through cupcake quantities and sheet cake portions—advice that proved perfect, because our guests loved the desserts. Many told us they had two or three pieces of cake or cupcakes. We ordered double what was recommended, and we’re so glad we did.
Our cutting cake was not only delicious but deeply meaningful. The almond cake with raspberry filling was decorated in an Aspen tree design with our initials carved into the trunk—a perfect tie-in to our Aspen planting unity ceremony. Michelle also incorporated our live floral accents seamlessly during setup. It all looked effortless and elegant.
A standout moment: Michelle was traveling in Europe when we first needed to finalize details, and despite that, she coordinated everything promptly without slowing our timeline. Truly above and beyond.
It warmed our hearts to later learn that La Momo Maes is a multi-generational, family-run bakery of incredibly talented women. Supporting a business like theirs made our wedding feel even more special.

astic and our guests loved the cake and lemon bars. Most people didn't even know they were gluten free and I personally could not tell the difference. Throughout the whole process Michelle and her team were great to work with. They suggested flavor combinations and gave us reasonable estimates for costs. We even went in for tasting two different times. I would highly recommend them for any glutinous or gluten-free baking needs!
