We loved this venue! They have two buildings for weddings and we got married at the General Sam’s building. It’s a beautiful place right on the river with a cozy rustic feel. We loved that the venue had a bridal suite and honeymoon suite on site to use too! We got so many compliments about the reception space and staff. Very happy with La Pointe!

We got married at LaPointe on Saturday and it was absolutely amazing! The LaPointe team made us feel like they genuinely cared about our wedding and us from day one. We did our wedding at La Pointe Events in May of 2022. 5 stars across the board! The venue was stunning, especially doing an outdoor ceremony with Apple River in the background. There are two venues at the location and the one we did was the former General Sam’s bar. It is right on the river and allows your guests to easily move inside or out, especially when the large retractable doors are opened. The owners do an absolutely fantastic job with their customer service from the first introduction meeting through the entire event. Their pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees or unforeseen add-ons. The food was good and we received positive reviews from all our guests. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and the venue’s coordinating team!

I would highly recommend Profile for your wedding venue! For planning, it was SO easy! Our coordinator, Sara, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She made our wedding day run so smoothly that we had nothing to worry about! She genuinely listened to what we wanted, even down to the small details. We chose Diamond Hall and it was so convenient to have our ceremony in the Madeline room. I can’t stress enough how easy planning was. It was extremely nice to have the majority of things at Profile and didn’t need to contact outside vendors. Also, prices were very affordable compared to other venues in the area. Highly recommend Profile especially for smaller weddings and easy planning!

My husband and I got married here in September. It was the perfect day! When we came for a tour in 2020 we knew this was going to be where we got married. We loved everything about the location and Liz. Everything from the planning process to the day of was handled so well. Liz and Brock do such an amazing job, and we are so thankful for everything they did to help make our day so wonderful. We received so many compliments about the venue, food, and the wedding as a whole. Thank you to Liz and the whole LaPointe team you are wonderful!

Liz and Brock have thought of everything to make your day run smoothly. From our first meeting we knew we wanted this venue from how easy Liz would make our day be. They take care of everything in house- food,drinks, shuttle bus, cabins, even decorations! The venue is stunning, right on the river and have a beautiful space to get ready in the day of. This place is really a one stop shop. All the guests loved the food. Prices are reasonable and everything is very customizable. Highly recommended La Pointe Events!

My husband and I got married at LaPointe Events in June, and despite the 95 degree sweltering day, Liz and her team made the day feel like a breeze!! One thing that was so unique and kind is they let the bridal party wait in the air conditioned bridal suite until minutes before the ceremony, then carted us in the ranger and cars to the site so that we weren’t melting in the heat under the tent. It made all the difference in keeping our energy levels up and sanity in check haha! Liz’s husband Brock took us to some awesome locations for sunset photos that we would have never scouted out on our own. We appreciate that so much, the photos turned out amazing! We got so many compliments on the beauty of the venue, it’s so unique and naturally gorgeous. Overall, Lapointe Events was a great fit for us, and the planning team there is accommodating and compassionate. -Colleen Andersen

This venue is above and beyond any other venue my husband and I toured. We got married this past June and our day was absolutely perfect. Liz and team are amazing to work with, they think of every detail and helped us along the way. As soon as my husband and I walked in we knew this was the place to have our wedding. The location is right on the Apple River and the property is amazing with beautiful landscaping and so much more. Our guests were able to spread out with the ability to open the garage doors and make the reception space inside and outside. The service was phenomenal, the food was delicious and the whole staff was amazing. We have received so many compliments on the venue and the food since our wedding. Our day ran smoothly and I would not have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else. The beer/alcohol selection is like no other place. My husband loves different types of beer and La Pointe offered the widest selection that we had ever seen, it doesn't compare to anywhere else. Liz is there to help every step of the way and she knows what she is doing. She has a lot of experience and can help make decisions that we were unsure of! La Pointe was the greatest and I cannot say enough good things about it. If I could give them 10 stars I would! 150% recommend La Pointe for your wedding.

Liz and her team were absolutely incredible. I got so many compliments that the wedding day and night ran so smoothly and Liz and her staff were on it. Liz is such a pleasure to work with and I honestly could not have asked for anything more for my wedding day. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it and I give all of the credit to Liz. Absolutely 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a wedding venue!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing our wedding was thanks to the team at La Pointe. We got engaged Oct 2020 and were nervous about finding a vendor that would help us navigate wedding planning and a global pandemic. Liz and Brock went above and beyond to make sure each detail was taken care of. It truly was the full experience and my husband and I felt so cared for on our wedding- we even got to use their side by side to go take amazing sunset photos! Not to mention- the food is amazing and we were able to customize our menu (burgers and pastas). I wish I could give La Pointe 10 stars because they deserve more than just 5. Know that if you book with them, you will be treated like family and that the team will work to make your dreams a reality. You will not regret having your wedding at this unique venue!!

My husband and I got married here last October and we could not have asked for anything more perfect. From the moment we found out about this venue, met Liz, and toured we knew right away this was exactly what we were looking for! It is located in a beautiful place right along the Apple River and perfectly captures an outdoor/woodsy feel with elegance and charm that awed all of our guests! Our guests loved the cabin option and the Honeymoon suite onsite made everything so easy for us not having to travel after the reception! We cannot begin to recommend La Pointe Events enough! From the moment you meet Liz, you will know you made the right choice! They helped make our wedding the wedding of our dreams!

Let me start by saying, La Pointe Events was the first and only wedding venue that I toured. We found it on the Knot, toured it the same week, and booked it the same day. Not only that, but we snagged a postponed wedding day, so I only had 5 months to plan. At first I thought I was crazy, but I knew right away that it was the perfect venue for me and my fiancé (now husband). It’s hard to find the right words to express how perfect, flawless and magical my wedding day was. I got married in the middle of a pandemic, and it went off without a single glitch. All the thanks are owed to Liz, Brock and their staff at La Pointe Events. With all of the uncertainty and questions leading up to the big day, not knowing if it will even be able to happen was terrifying. I called Liz a handful of times and not only did she answer all of my (and my moms) calls, but she knew all the answers and made everything okay. Liz was the contact for all of my vendors, she created the table lay out and set them up, set up all of my decorations for me and took all the decorations down and packed them away. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing!!!! Coming from the bride, it truly was a stress-free experience. The property is beautiful, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the whole day was flawless. Not only did I get married there on a Saturday, but we had our pre wedding rehearsal dinner and run-through there on Friday night, and a post wedding brunch there on Sunday morning. I had about 175 people attend my wedding, and every single of them have expressed to me that the venue, food, cabin stay and experience was the best that they have ever seen. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way. La Pointe Events is truly a one stop shop which made my wedding planning and wedding day everything I dreamed of. I will recommend to everyone I know!

I cannot express how amazing La Pointe Events truly is. Liz and Brock are a dream team when it comes to weddings. From the moment we met with Liz, we knew she was going to transform our special day into something amazing. Their property is beautiful especially when it comes to the fall colors, the river and inside the venue itself. Our guest could not stop raving about the property and everything it had to offer. Planning a wedding in a pandemic is stressful to say the least... Liz was there at EVERY step of the way answering our questions and reassuring our day would still be perfect. We even had our flower vendor fail to produce bouquets for my entire bridal party a week and a half before our big day. I was in a full blown panic mode but Liz and Kate stepped up and took on the task. They had never even created bouquets before but with Liz's attention to detail they turned out better than the ones I originally ordered. The food, the staff, the decorations, the property, everything was a dream come true.

I can't fully express how perfect this venue is. First, Liz and her husband and their team are amazing. They made planning a wedding so incredibly easy. They truly make dreams come true. Second, the property is to die for. Everyone who came to our wedding was raving about how beautiful everything was. Our family and friends loved being able to camp in their RVs or rent a cabin with a hundred yard walk to the ceremony and restaurant. Thank you La Pointe Events!

La Pointe Events exceeded all of our expectations for the biggest day of our life. The experience was absolutely incredible from planning, meeting, tastings, and putting on the most beautiful wedding. La pointe is a one stop location for outstanding views on the Apple River, delicious food, the coolest bar & the most wonderful crew to work with! The moment you meet the coordinator, Liz, you’ll know you’re in the right spot!

My husband and I were married here last August 31, 2019. The host talent Liz, her husband and the crews have done an amazing job with decorating the inside bar and area even the inside has 4 garage doors that open up to a long patio right along side the river also it's so perfect for the weather too. My husband and I thought that we will be getting married in Minnesota , but end up here in Somerset, WI. The food is amazing and the staff have been very responsive and organization. We're so honored to be a part of this vendor and wedding and everything ever we fell in love with this beautiful place.

I am getting married here in October and this place is beautiful! Liz and her husband have done a great job with decorating the inside bar area and bridal suite. It is so convient to have everything is one location. I really wanted a venue right off the water and did not think I was going to be able to get it for my price range near the twin cities until I saw this place. Not only is the ceremony going to take place off the river but the inside has 4 garage doors that open up to a long patio right along side the river! The food is amazing and the staff have been very responsive and open to all my ideas. I am beyond excited to get married here and definitely worth a look!
