I really liked the customer service I got from La Posada. There was an issue of someone not putting my dad's rooms under my block, however that got fixed right away (in a matter o...f 5 minutes the issue was resolved). I stayed at La Posada for my bachelorette party and the rooms were nice and clean and perfect to stay in. My family who also stayed there loved it as well.
