ether layout, to the staff this venue will make your wedding day truly enchanting. We are still looking back on pictures and videos in awe of our wedding. Jenna was such a help and quickly answered any questions and resolved any problems. I couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else with any other staff. I don’t think our wedding day could of gone any smoother and it’s all due to Jenna, at La Puesta!

earsal dinner stopped working for this company a couple of weeks before our wedding and he didn't have any info of our rehearsal in the system. Kristina quickly helped us out with this and made sure our day was what we envisioned, but it did add more stress on what is already a very stressful time. We did a room block with the We-Ko-Pa Resort and we had a terrible time with this. The front desk staff was extremely rude. I had several guests complain to me about the front desk staff. We had a hard time with check ins and it seems as though all employees at this company are not on the same page. Transportation was very hard, as well. If I am paying tens of thousands of dollars to get married here, I would think I would be able to have transportation provided to the venue that this resort owns. This was not offered and is a problem, in my opinion. The front desk was the worst part about this venue, honestly. However, the rooms are nice, the pool was nice, and the scenery at our wedding was worth the headaches I had to go through. The food service was generous and we were given champagne and macaroons on the night of our wedding. We did get 2 nights comped for getting married here, as well. There were pros, but there were cons, for sure. However, our guests absolutely loved the venue and the scenery. The guest experience was 10/10 and they all had a great time. But, it was a hard time on me, as the person planning the wedding. My husband and I are nice people and we are not hard to please. I hate to complain about anything, but I am just trying to be as honest as I can for future brides.
