I went to every top bridal store in Houston nothing compared to their selection and service at all.

for me to try on. I gave them ideas of the accessories I wanted to use, and the overall wedding vision, and they worked hard to help me pick a dress. Although I had a bias for a specific type of dress, they encouraged me to try on other items, and I am so glad I did, because I found THE dress. I went by myself with my support team on the phone, and Janet and Aisha were there in person to provide all the hype and affirmation I didn't know I needed LOL. The experience was amazing, and exactly what is needed for such a pivotal moment leading towards the big day. I truly could not imagine it going any other way.

Janet listened to the vision for my wedding and brought me dresses that fit to that. I fell in love with the most beautiful gown and a gorgeous cape. Janet worked with me on the pricing and truly made my dreams come true. I never felt pressure unlike other stores and Janet made the experience so much fun for my family and I. I immediately canceled my next bridal store appointment because I was so overwhelmed with complete joy and gratitude. I am so FOREVER grateful truly. If you are looking for an exceptional dress and service, this is the place for you!!!! And Janet was really phenomenal.

Many bridal places also double up on weekends, but even on a Saturday, I was the only bride my consultant was working with. I would recommend La Reve to anyone looking for a dress!

w had purchased her dress for her wedding but for some reason when I arrived I felt like the girls at that certain store were not as attentive as the girls at La Reve. I had a certain dress in mind already, so my appointment at the other previous location was quick. I had lunch with my mom and sister/maid of honor and then headed to my last appointment at La Reve. Mimi was BEYOND helpful and she also had pulled the dress that I had tried on at the other location (the one I had in mind). I explained to her what I wanted and what I was looking for, so she gathered some dresses for me to try on at my budget. When I tried on my dress, it was exactly what I was looking for, but it was still missing something that I couldn't quite put my finger on. She asked me to close my eyes and at the moment, all I felt was tugging, pulling and applying. When she asked me to turn around and open my eyes, my mom and sister were balling in the back and the dress literally blew the wind out of me. It was PERFECT, everything I was looking for. When I told her I wanted the longest cathedral/ royal veil, they made it happen and personally called the designer if they could extend the length. Now I am just counting down the days to receive my dress, I absolutely loved my experience at La Reve!!

ordered online when it arrived wasn't a right fit or color, so I just walk to this store even without appointment, and they were so nice to me especially Janet, the sales rep and the store manager, honestly everyone was super nice, also the owner herself gave me a huge discount when I told her of my predicament. I do not want you to waste time looking at other places, because it can be a difficult task. I found my dress here in less than an hour, after trying on just two dresses the third one just brought tears to my eyes, something I said to myself I wouldn't do, but trust me when you find your dress you will know, my friends were like that's the dress , very gorgeous but reasonable. intments the day that I went to La Reve with my sister, two Aunts, my daughter in law and my granddaughter. They were so accommodating to all of us. The other two appointments that I had that day were not so accommodating and not near as helpful. The associate that helped us that day was Bayan. I cannot express how wonderful she was. She pulled dress after dress for me since I had no idea of what I wanted, and was very honest on how each style looked. It turns out that my top two choices were one from a different store, and one from La Reve. When I went back to La Reve for my second fitting to try and decide, Bayan found a dress that was very close to the one from the other store. In searching the internet for the dress that was not from La Reve, it turns out that they used to sell that dress and were able to order it for me. Bayan was so very helpful with ideas on how I could embellish the dress. I also had found a veil that I liked from a different store, which Bayan found one very close and I truly liked the one she found better. I ordered the dress and the veil. We put a rush on them just to make sure that they would be back in time for me to get alterations done for a June wedding. I was so surprised when I got the email that my dress was already in. I went back for my final fitting and was so amazed with the dress. Bayan was so accommodating, so sweet, helpful and kind throughout this whole process. When I was paying for the remaining balance on the dress and veil, I asked what else I may need in which she showed me the Bride and Bridesmaid robes. If I bought the Bride’s robe, I received 4 free Bridesmaid robes. So I ended up needing one more extra bridesmaid robe that was very reasonable. When we had finished all of the paperwork, I asked if it would be ok if I took her and her associate’s picture for my scrapbook. They both looked amazed that I wanted to do that. I told them that they were a huge part of my wedding and I wanted to document and have pictures to remember them. When we were through, Bayan even carried the wedding gown out to my car for me. I just want to thank Bayan from the bottom of my heart for being so wonderful during this whole process, and also want to thank La Reve Bridal Couture for being so welcoming and warm.

With the little information she had from me, she was able to pick out some incredible choices for me to try on. She was also incredibly patient (I tried on many dresses, many styles – sorry Bayan!), but not once did she seem flustered or tired. She also asked the right questions to help guide me through the dress-decision process. I always felt like it was what I wanted and what I felt was best for me – not what she or the store wanted or what was best for them. lt would look good on me. She knew it was my first time trying on dresses and didn't want me to make a decision without trying on different styles and cuts. I ended up falling in love with a completely different style than I thought I had wanted, all thanks to Janet's expertise! She never put me in dresses above my price point, which I experienced at later stores, and didn't pressure me to make my decision right then and there. She was respectful of our "moments" with the dress (a.k.a. me and my maid of honor crying and grabbing the Kleenex) and had plenty of advice on accessories and making custom sleeves. I came back for a second appointment a few days later and purchased The Dress! At our second appointment, Janet called the designer of my gown and a recommended seamstress, so I could have a game plan for making my custom sleeves. She sent over pictures to the seamstress and truly went above and beyond to make sure my dress comes out exactly how I want it to! The store itself is a bit smaller than some, but the selection is still great and the staff are super warm and friendly. The atmosphere is so fun and relaxed compared to other bridal salons. It was overall a perfect experience and I would recommend it to any Houston Bride-to-Be!

She also helped me feel comfortable and gave honest feedback about how dresses looked on me. She never influenced my decision, but instead gave constructive feedback that helped me decide. My experience here was better than any of the other salons I had been to. I would highly recommend brides-to-be go here and check out the dresses and also go for the wonderful experience that La Reve provides!

had to try this one dress on. She said, "Listen, I know this has some elements that you don't like but PLEASE try this on. I haven't seen it on anyone yet but I know it will look perfect on you." I was apprehensive because of the neckline but I went ahead and tried it on and less than a second later, I knew it was my dress. I didn't even want to try on a second dress but I went ahead and tried on all the other ones I had picked out, which only reassured me that I made the right decision. My husband and I had a beautiful wedding but honestly, my moscato and ivory Essence of Australia gown was the talk of the night. The compliments were - and still are -seemingly endless. My beautiful dress is now quite dirty but only because I had a great time at my wedding. I am looking forward to going back to La Reve to have it cleaned and steamed so I can show all the ladies photos from the evening. Thank you so much, La Reve, for asking me to try on a dress I probably would not have found on my own!

The tailors they recommended to us were a little pricey, so I ended up going to someone in Rice Village who did all the alterations for $400.

I didn't want to buy my dress at the first place I went to so I didn't buy the dress yet. We went to several other salons and non of them were even close to how nice La Reve was and none of the other sales ladies had the personality Janet had. So I went back the next day and spoke to Janet and bought my dress. I am so lucky to have had Janet help me that day. This place is by far one of the best bridal shops!

I would recommend La Reve to absolutely everyone. They have wonderful prices for being such a cute boutique and all of their dresses have such character. It was easy to setup an appointment online. We even got our bridesmaid dresses from here as well! Sorella Vita in a beautiful sunset ombre, perfect for my beach-side wedding. Definitely go to La Reve for their outstanding service and their beautiful dresses.

I tried 3 ballgowns and 3 fit and flare styles. I said yes to a beautiful Allure ball gown! Her attention to detail and ability to help me narrow down my options were invaluable. I had the best time trying on dresses and it was a better experience than I cold have imagined!

I was greeted immediately and my consultant Janet, with the help of Aisha, picked out dresses that I was describing as well as sample dresses too. My consultant was patient with every dress I tried on, never rushed me into another dress. I did not come with a party so I asked the consultants to share there opinions and they were very truthful and never pressured me into purchasing a dress. I knew for sure that I wanted to purchase my dress from La Reve and I ended up purchasing a sample dress from the rack! They were personable, kind, and very patient and I highly recommend!

from la Reve for a great price and looked to be everything I wanted. I emailed Aisha from the salon about the dress and she asked for my measurements and assured me the dress would fit and what great condition it was in. I asked Aisha tons of questions sent tons of emails and she always responded back quickly and with such professionalism. I decided to purchase the dress, had a tracking number sent to me and it updated me every move until the dress was delivered yesterday. I took a deep breath, opened up the box and it was beautiful, tried it on and with a little alterations in the chest area it will be the perfect dress for my wedding. i couldn't be more thankful for the help Aisha gave me. Buying a dress for your wedding is stressful enough, but buying it online without even trying it on is even more stressful! Can't wait for the big day next April :)

I had a great appointment with Gianet who very patiently listened (and delivered!) all my specifications/wants for a gown. Gianet entertained my party (just my mom and family friend) when I was busy and paid attention to my concerns when I asked for her help. The difference between La Reve and the other boutiques, is that they are not only providing a service/dresses but they're also problem solvers. At the other places, if I said I didn't like something they didn't offer solutions. At La Reve, Gianet walked me through all the different ways I could improve/alter my gown until we finally "made" my dream gown (with the help of a petticoat). I am so happy I came here. Not to mention, the specials they offered were PHENOMENAL. I managed to save hundreds on my gown and veil together. Ladies, if you're exhausted of going gown shopping, I suggest you make La Reve your final stop. The boutique itself is beautiful, clean and spacious enough to accommodate any number of groups/guests. I can't wait to go back and pick up my gown in the fall!

, or what color I wanted. The only thing I knew for sure was that I was nervous as all get out and an anxious mess. Enter Janet and Aisha. During my first appointment, Janet was VERY patient and helped me narrow down a lot of things. In that one appointment, I learned so much about wedding gowns, how the ordering process works, what to look for, and what to expect. We tried on countless dresses without me feeling rushed or uncomfortable. I am a curvy girl and she managed to nip, tuck and slide every inch of me into a sample dress that by all rules of the universe should have split at the seams just from me looking at it. I felt like a princess but most importantly I felt like a bride. I still was unsure of what I was going for (at no fault to Janet) so I did not purchase at my first appointment. After a lot of Google searches and Pinterest themed prayer, I made another appointment a few months later and was assigned to Aisha. They were having a trunk show for a designer I thought I liked and dress that I was pretty sure I loved. Aisha started as my consultant but ended as my BFF! Just like Janet, she made me feel very comfortable, squeezed me into that poor sample dress, dolled me up, and made me feel like a million bucks. I ended up ordering "THE dress" that day. Aisha didn't blink an eye when I shed a tear and feigned a heart attack as she slid my credit card to cover the deposit (spending money hurts lol) -- in fact she gave me a discount which was an act of kindness I did not take lightly. Nor did she bat an eye when I told her the size she wanted to get was way too large. She treated me as a friend instead of a customer. When my dress came in, they were super flexible with my appointment times, a few of the ladies helped me try it on and came to comment on it, and everything was perfect (including the size -- lady knows what she's doing)! Aisha even remembered me and asked about my daughter (who was at the second appointment). I would recommend this salon to any and everyone and will sing their praises from the rooftops.
